first time at this location it was great the staff greeted me soon as i walked in, The store looks clean Manager Edward was very informative helped me with my headlight install i will be going back !!! this place is awesome !

I just purchased a battery for autozone and went there and asked him to install it in the vehicle. They never had an issue doing this in the past. Tonight they left me stranded in the parking lot with a dead battery. I had a jumper box that no one would help me put on the battery. The sales associate just said there was nothing he could do and had no problem leaving a female stranded in the parking lot with a dead battery.

This location is incompetent with figuring out their parts. Staff couldn't tell the difference between ceramic vs semi metallic brake pads and wasted a trip out here after calling ahead of time to confirm availability.

Have bought multiple times from this store with no problems until today. Got a battery and was using a company card, the guy ringing me up added on some terminal cleaners and when I asked him if they cost any extra he said no. Come to find out they did in fact cost extra. When using the company card my transactions are looked at closely and while I may have only been 3 or 4 dollars it can get me in trouble and I don't appreciate being lied to.

Store team is full of snotty teenagers that don t want to help you with anything. Don t go to this store if you want assistance finding a part or installing it, bc the response you ll get is it s not their job to do it.

I went and jump started my sisters car. She said she would go to the location close to her house for a battery and have them install it. I left and got a call later that they refused to install the battery. Her car died again and I had to go back. I removed 1 10mm bolt they were afraid of and replaced the battery myself.

I got a list of recommended services from a Lexus 4S store but the price was very high. So I came to this store and ask if they sell some parts and whether they could help with some car issues. Luckily, their Manager Edward was there and helped me check the car. He provides very professional advices on which part is needed to be fixed immediately and which are still okay. Although his store doesn t sell the needed part, he gives some tips on where I might could get it done for cheaper price. Finally, I purchased an engine air filter in this store and he changed it for free. Thanks to him, I have learned a lot about the car! I highly recommend this store! And I appreciate your help, time and kindness, manager Edward!

I was grocery shopping near by and unfortunately my car was not turning on. I am 8 months pregnant and my husband was not in my area, I made a call to this autozone that was very close and was able to speak with store manager Edward. He went out of his way and came to where I was to bring me a new battery and also did replace it aswell. I am very grateful for his help, especially since it was over 100 degrees outside. Will recommend this place to anyone wanting great customer service and a helpful/caring manager!! Thank you again edward for your help! :)

The priceon the display and register is not match and am trying to told the clerk but he got attitude and call next customer over me. Please don't bring your bad attitude to work Place. Am not return back this store again.

Pete the manager was just amazing! I was in need of new windshield wipers. He offered multiple choices and even put them on for me. Amazing customer service skills & such a genuine person. Felt like I was interacting with a life time friend . I don t live in Plano but I would go out of my way just to go to that Auto Zone just for the customer service Pete provided . An amazing manager and person. Thank you Pete.

Had an issue with my battery and alternator and being someone who does not know a whole lot about cars, Isaac was very helpful to make sure I got the right parts and tools needed to replace my battery and alternator. He went above and beyond to take the time to give me the best customer service experience. I highly recommend this store and Isaac.

This store is awesome. A+++ customer service. I came in needing a new battery for my truck. No pressure, no upselling; they just explained what options were available and then the employee that installed the new battery for me took great care to make sure it was done properly. I will be returning to this particular store as a repeat customer for all future auto part needs!

I had a tail light lens fall off and went to AutoZone on Avenue K in Plano for advice. I was informed by "Joe" that I would need an entire assembly, you can't just replace the red lens. He looked up my car information, quoted me a price and then later in the day (after checking with FireStone), Joe special ordered the part for me and advised when it would be in. This morning Joe called and said my tail light had come in and to come by and he would help me out. Joe replaced the tail light assembly for me, made sure the lights worked properly and helped me back to my car. I am disabled and have great difficulty in walking so this meant a great deal to me. Joe went above and beyond, has EXCELLENT customer service skills, is extremely knowledgeable and is definitely a keeper!! If you go to this AutoZone, definitely ask for Joe!! This damsel in distress is now a happy camper!

Great tools at a great price. It's like a grown-up candy store, I always find what I'm looking for and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't have the part, they can get it for you sometime the same day or the next. Awesome store

I came in today and saw a guy by the name of Pete he was professional, courtesy, helpful, and customer service was superb I'm glad that I chose this location today especially while spending money, it's always good to spend money with a smile. Stopped by AutoZone after a minor car accident. The local auto shop couldn t work on my car for weeks and I was worried about the safety of driving my car in the mean time due to parts of the bumper looking ready to fall off. Unsure of the best way to hold the bumper in place, I went to auto zone. I asked Jon, one of the employees at AutoZone, to look at my car and point me in the direction of a product that would help. Jon came and looked at my car and was able to securely finagle the bumper back in place, no purchases or products need. I m incredibly thankful for Jon and will happily come back to this location for car related needs in the future! Thanks Jon!

I thought I needed just one taillight bulb, but awesome Pete walked out to my car to confirm. Low and behold I needed 2 bulbs! Pete even came out and changes both bulbs for me. We have live in Plano since 1987 and the personnel at this particular Autozone has always been so friendly and helpful.Thank you, Pete!

Made 2 trips to this Plano store this week. Replaced windshield wipers and a battery. Both employees who helped me and also installed for me were great guys. No extra charge for installation. I offered them a tip and they refused. I also joined their club membership (free) and saved $18 on the battery. I like that they help with installation and provide many options of parts that they sell.
