First and foremost I never go to Autozone but I had a brake light out, and I had no idea what needed to do be done to fix. Tremaine (Store Manager) found the right item for me because I had no idea. He was very patient with me because I asked him a million questions lol. I don't post reviews often but I seriously appreciate it.

Good place to buy all your Auto needs.Very nice customer service.Sales person was little bit loud but he was excellent in handling customer needs.So the improvement needs in voice thats make customer comfortable

Quick stop to evaluate a check engine light on my dash. Within 5 min I was back on the road with the assurance I would make it home. I had a purge canister valve that needed replacing but opted to purchase closer to home since I have an AutoZone near my home. They were able to print my code and the part for purchase later in the evening and brought on a 10 min repair.

The manager is super nice and helpful. He was swamped with requests but had a great attitude. He was busy with another customer so he told his worker "he'll help you here ma'am", and the worker responded with "Will I?" in a rude tone. When I asked him to search for a headlight he gave me an aisle and product number and just pointed there. Which would usually be fine but he followed it up with "you gonna remember that?". This guy was not kidding. He was having a bad day or something and taking it out on customers. Autozone usually has super friendly employees so this made me so peeved that I'm willing to post a review about this guy.

Conner went over and beyond to help me narrow down issues I am having with my Maserati. Knowing how complicated the engineering for these cars are, he took time to test all areas of concern, replace fuses, read the owners manual, research online and even change the fob battery, which took the skills of a trained professional. I appreciate his patience and time in taking care of me today. Thanks for helping me today, Conner. You're the best!!

TC helped me so much. I was confused with what to get and she made everything so easy even printed paper and written how much of each I needed plus sending me to other the exact other store that have what I needed. Whatever car or truck or van is your baby/ project!I suggest you let Auto Zone teem @4140 Spring Creek in Plano help you out.Jim is my main service professional!I love this dude!Always friendly and even more helpful.I mean really!!!!He sold me the right spark plugs answeredMy many questions.Making sure that I d have the easiest time putting them in.And it was a great success!!!!!!!!Also, he helped me replace a purge valve. Who even know what that is .. JIM does.Took two minutes and hooked me up!Little things go a long way.The owner at this location understands consumers and our needs.Thanks for being here and more importantCarrrrrrriiiiiinnnnnnggggg.

Came to AutoZone because my car would stutter when turning on, which I assumed was the battery. Biff, the associate that helped me today, not only tested the battery and helped out with changing it, he was also knowledgeable and answered any other questions I had, so I learned something today! I wanna give a big shoutout!!! To Jim!AutoZone on Spring Creek and Coit inPlano!Very helpful in helping me find the right tools at a price I could afford!He also was patience with my returns.I bought some things I didn t need!Dude made me aware of a $20 reward that I had coming thru their reward program.Etc etc !!!Wit Jim s and autoZone help!I was able to put my on K & N Cold Air Induction on.And I cleaned my throttle body!My first attempt at this stuff!This is my finished product!

I will never return. It was my turn to attend to this person with a Hispanic appearance and very politely I asked him in English if she spoke Spanish and instead of answering me, he made a face of repudiation; After 10 awkward seconds he told me "what does he want" and from that moment he was not friendly at all, quite the opposite, he was very rude and despotic to serve me and finally, there was not what he was looking for. I left very angry. He is a lousy salesman. Instead of helping those of us who don't speak English, he hates us. He shouldn't be in Auto Zone.

I always get my parts here. The company has changed things, or the people maintaining the website and inventory are lazy. The website showed the window regulator motor in stock, but when I drove there, the guy said they didn't have it and could not get it. I had to order from Amazon. What is the use of having a local parts store that says they have parts to end up not having any. Total waste of time. The guy at the counter said, "that's because you looked online ...that is different than our computers".....well dude, i don't have access to your computers, i have to rely on the website that says, "Yes, this part fits your vehicle, and yes it is in stock locally at your store for pick up." If your website is incorrect because of ignorant people that can't count with their shoes on when doing inventory, then you need to make changes in the hiring process. We rely on the website that you have always directed us to check before driving to the store. If you have spent any time in your store ,you would know that your staff does not answer the phone, we all have been in line watching the staff ignore the ringing phone time and again. what am I supposed to check... a Chrystal ball? Fix the website, fix your inventory....Gary

I use to like going in here but the young man Elijah or emmual which every his name was. He waiting on me then he stopped to go wait on someone else like I wasn't standing there so I left and didn't purchase my item I told Alex about it it said he would talk to him I was not treated fair

I have gone here a few times and each time has been amazing, but today went above and beyond my expectations. I went in to get new wipers and Aaron helped me out greatly. He went above what I was expecting and was absolutely amazing. He helped install them for me and even was extra careful and clean with my new front windshield. He was the sweetest with cleaning off my windows and lights for me! I will definitely keep coming back here and will try and ask for Aaron when I can. I felt so taken care of today! Definitely made my day better!

I went in today because my car wouldn't start this morning. Aidin was super helpful and nice, and got me in and out with a new battery installed in less than 15 minutes. He even told me about a part my vehicle was missing that they didn't sell, but told me to bring it in when I get it and he would install for me. I was so impressed by Aidin and his customer service! Thank you!

Amazing! I went there to get a battery for my fence automatic gate. My car was locked behind the locked gate so I decided to bike over, not fully appreciating how heavy a battery was. The manager looked at my bike in one hand and my battery in the other and asked if I needed a ride back to my house. I can t believe empathy they showed me. This is truly one of nicest thing a store has ever done for me. Thank you! I will be a customer for life!

I have been coming to this particular location for years due to spectacular service by Mr. Beff. This gentleman has always gone above & beyond in delivering a smooth and pleasant experience. Beff is a true gentleman and a loyal employee that needs recognition by his company absolutely. It s the client experience that matters and my regards for Auto Zone is due to people like Beff. I look forward to be a long term customer. I have passed Beff name to my family and friends. My spouse and kids too have become Beff fans as well.
