I highly recommend this store. I had to jump start my car today and thought I had a dead battery, so I went to this store to get a new one. Jim at the store was extremely helpful and honest. He told me my battery had a loose connection and the battery itself was fine, so I didn t have to buy a replacement. I m very thankful for his honesty, which is rare to find these days. Thank you Jim!

I came in because my key fob needed a battery and I wasn't sure how to take care of it. Sandra Ventura went above and beyond to help me. She figured out what kind of battery I needed and changed the battery for me. I'm in the middle of moving and had to get this done and she made my day by taking the extra time and helping me with this issue. I'm now living in Plano and I am making this location my go to store. Thank you Sandra!!!!

Prices for even basic stuff like windshield wiper blades have gone to the roof! I feel like I m being stalked by a predator. They run their metrics and decide how high the market will bear and that s the price. I just spent $140 for for wiper blades. Not fancy wiper blades and certainly not top-of-the-line wiper blades. Just wiper blades. Last year the same blades cost me about 35% less.I also did not feel that the sales staff were deeply invested in my successful execution of a purchase that made me happy.I think that I would be happier probably at a different store or perhaps a different franchise.

I have always found them to be very help for me when I m looking for something, especially when I have an idea of what I am looking for but not actually one hundred percent certain of exactly what it is or does.They are very patient, empathetic and listen carefully. Then they ask questions to try and determine the exact item and then finally they help me find it at a reasonable price.Lastly, they ve been great for my younger daughter. I feel comfortable with her going here because they treat her with respect and kindness too. As a Dad that s extremely important to me too.So . I would definitely recommend them if you have any type of automotive need or just have questions. They ll help you out for sure.

Every time I go to this store, the WORST customer service I have experienced. It all comes from Sandra the manager there. I dont care if I need help or not, I will try to avoid her at all costs! She even accused me of stealing before when I brought in an old part for warranty! Please Autozone Do Better!

Almost got scammed by another autozone but these guys saved us! Our 3-year 2020 car battery was failing so we needed to get it replaced. The first autozone we went to said that we needed to pay for the new one because it's been 3 years but because their system was down and they only took cash we decided to go to this one instead. When we did, they told us that the warranty didn't expire until June and changed our battery for free! Totally recommend.

I have been coming here off and on for 12 years. Never had an issue with customer service or communication. The manager a lady, is always very professional and helpful as well as the associates.Most recently my car is having some electrical problems to say the least. It has potentially caused my battery to die on three separate occasions in the last month. Twice I happened to be parked in their parking lot(on the other side, a good walk for most Americans nowadays) and they offered to jump my car both times. I believe a young man named Jonathan and most recently a gentleman named Luis. This isn't in their most immediate financial benefit, but excluding the event of an emergency I would gladly drive past the other local automotive stores to give this one my business.I am not sure about AutoZone as a company, but I am sure about this location making the company look great!

We went in last week to get some brake pads that were under warranty on my brother's commercial account and the manager Sandra Vantara, well she told us they're not under warranty for "lifetime brake pads". She yelled and talked down to us like we had lied about our purchase. We left store and went to Autozone on Ave K. We were in and out with our lifetime warranty brake pads within 5 min. We will be contacting corporate office about Ms. Sandra.

Bought the wrong battery, totally my fault so I asked to exchange it because I can t wait 5 days for a refund and he said sure, in retail, exchange means literally that. He then proceeds to charge my card saying he can only do a return that actual exchanges aren t allowed so now I m out $135 and my card is overdrawn. Not cool. Won t be back

While I understand it is sales they tried to sell me a $90 part I know I don t need when I just needed a bulb replaced. Was greeted in a unfriendly manner and was given attitude. Selection is fine.

We needed to change the oil and diagnose a check engine light on my fiancees Buick Lucerne. We worked with Mitchell (hopefully spelt that right) and he gave us some recommendations for oil and the canister while also running our car's OBD. This guy has an amazing attitude and we will be definitely coming back to see him If we need help with part suggestions!

The staff in this store is extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. They do a superb job of going the extra mile to make sure that you do get the correct part and tools to resolve your problem. Highly recommended, this is my go to auto parts store.

Antonio Young helped out with a battery i purchased and replaced it for me in 28 weather. He did the whole thing with a smile and a great attitude in spite of the cold and wind. You don't see extra effort like that much these days. Awesome experience! Thanks Antonio!

AutoZone is a great parts store they have or can get almost any part you need BUT on most parts I can buy them at about half the price if I'm willing to wait two days. I realize when it comes to your car you can't always wait but when you have a little more time you may want to shop the internet.Let me say this in all fairness sometimes you get what you pay for. And remember if the internet part is not exactly what you need I will take way more than two days to exchange not to mention what if it fails under warranty and you need a replacement no internet store around the corner.I edited this review because I really didn't think it out at first and the owner of this store actually reads these reviews and cares enough to reply it makes a huge difference in the way I think about his business.

Customer service here is great! They helped me put in a new battery and fixed my tail light that was out! Sandra the store manager helped me out the whole time until both things were fixed out in the heat. I always come here for my car needs. Thank you!

We went in needing a list of items and the man who helped us had us in and out of the store within 10 minutes with everything we needed. He also sold us some washer fluid that was on sale and also saved us an additional $4 on our total sale. Then, he proceeded to follow us out to our car (in the rain) and helped us install our new wipers onto our car. Such great service should not go unrecognized. Thank you!

Went to get my money back for the old battery. The employee obviously doesnt know what hes doing bc i waited for at least 20 min while he called the manager. Never says sorry for the inconvenience just says try it again tomorrow. So i go back the next day and guess what those employees say the same thing. We dont know how how to do that come back tomorrow!wth like i just have all this time to.keep coming back bc these the employs dont know what they are doing. So i guess ill try again tomorrow. Very frustrating! Waste of time!

Poor service!!! I came in to get my battery changed and they were making excuses on why they couldn t. I had to go to other two locations to get it changed. Do better or find another job
