James and Beck were so helpful when I needed a new battery today. My current battery died. Beck discovered that I bought it at Autozone and was still under warranty. I had no idea. Such great service and actually got a refund bc I changed to a recommended battery that was better for my car. Plus fresh start on a New 3 year warranty. Very refreshing to have good people that stand by what they sell! I will be a customer forever.

I went to Auto Zone yesterday (Tues Nov 7) in need of a bulb for my headlight. I m on a walker temporarily but it s hard to get in and out of car! I called into the store as I sat outside the front door to see if they had the bulb before getting out. Steve was thebest like a angel that came from no where to help me. He looked at my car found our the correct bulb. Took my credit card and came back out with bulb and replaced it. I didn t have to go through the hassle of getting g in and out of car with the walker.Thank you for the great customer service.

My Check Engine light came on so I went to AutoZone for a diagnostic test - no charge. It was a problem with my gas cap. I got a new one and problem solved. Thank you to Henry G!

Had a bum DuraLast 3 year battery purchased 2 years ago. Dave (beard) was so awesome and swapped my battery at 100% free replacement. Drop everything and go Ask for Dave. Give him a huge raise !!!

The manager of this store was awesome! I'd been pulled over by a cop for a burned out tail light. Was in this AutoZone parking lot, bought a replacement light, manager installed it and I was on my way! Especially helpful since I'm down here for a short stint visiting my brother who's in hospice. It was my brother's 21-year-old car. Fortunately I received only a verbal warning.

AutoZone is much better than O'Reilly's, the employees are so much more helpful , AutoZone employees act like they actually don't mind working but when you go into O'Reilly's they look like they can't believe you actually walked in the door.

Ken V....the most honest, amazing, and helpful man I have ever dealt with at any automotive store and also a few other places as well. This man did research on what atf I needed and was going to help me put it in my car. Once HE realized with some more research that that was not the issue, he told me to come back in so he could give me a refund and also suggested the BEST mechanic that I could go to. Amazing, AMAZING store. Everyone there was so kind but Ken...awesome!

I went there for fuel cap replacement and was helped by Dillon and a sweet lady at the register there( I can't recall the name of). Very professional and gave me honest advise to get car checked out if malfunction light stays on. Will definitely take my business there and recommend to office colleagues.

Needed a replacement battery and the store manager (Ken I believe) was super helpful and friendly! He offered to install the battery and gave us an extra 10% discount which was really kind of him since we are college students and the battery was pricey. The customer service and experience was great!

Very helpful people. I had to make multiple trips due to my own incompetence with like not buying a oil filter when I should've and then having to find a tool that would properly fit the oil filter because the ones I had at home were a big pain to work with. One of the guys ended up giving me a free oil filter after feeling bad for my situation. Anyways, y'all have a loyal customer!

Today I had to get a jump from a neighbor because my car wouldn't start. This is the third time since November, but after testing, was told the battery was fine. Turns out it was just old so any little stressor could do that and it was time for a new one. I called first and showed up about 9:15 and Ken helped me out. I told him I wanted to test it but may need to come back if it needed to be charged because I had to be somewhere very important and had to leave by 10:00. He tested the battery, told me what he saw, gave me options for replacing it, and replaced it on the spot with time to spare. He was kind and accommodating and efficient. I will definitely go back to this Auto Zone in the future and would recommend to anyone, 11 out of 10 for customer service. My car is running smoothly and I was on the road in no time! Sorry, no pics this time. I'm sure y'all know what a battery looks like.

They were SO nice. I purchased a headlight bulb at a different AutoZone location but after I got home, I couldn t get the old bulbs out.I stopped at this location after work and they were SO amazing. Got the new bulb in for me!

Ken helped me tremendously when I pulled into his parking lot with my car overheating. Not only did he help me determine that it was due to low coolant, he also gave me a wonderful lesson on how a car engine works. This will become my home autozone for all of my auto part needs because of his superlative level of customer service. Thanks Ken!

Edit; business has changed in 3 years since my first review. It appears now the representative was quick to charge me for a part at their hub location. Unfortunately the hub location did not have the part and inventory was incorrect. Make sure the representative will call ahead to check on the inventory being accurate before wasting your time.Scott took care of us from start to finish when we walked in. He assisted with reading the check engine light code on our vehicle and even found the correct part and ordered it for me. Great customer service! Would highly recommend this location and Scott.

Ken is the man, he set me up with all I needed for a proper oil change with a good price and made sure I was taken care of. No 5qt bottles? Nbd, he got me 5x1qt for the same price. Checked out all the right parts against my make/model too! Super kind people to chat with; it's on my way back from work so I'll probably see 'em again.

Had a first class experience today at store 1600 Custer Rd, Plano, TX 75075. Was having odd problems with my 2017 F250 and drove over to have the battery checked. Tge f250 has two batteries that were both dead/dying. Batteries were replaced, alternator was tested, and was on my way. James and a young woman did a great job. Recommended!

Went in to get something simple and everyone greeted me and didn t just brush me off. They were not just pointing to where items where David I believe his name was were showing me what s best for me. Took a look at my car and gave me great advice on that as well. Great customer service wasn t biased didn t look at school color or religion! Just flat out did everything he could do to help. Of course this store is recommended
