I cannot recommend Autoscope highly enough for all European vehicle service and repair needs. They have worked on both my daughter's Volkswagen and my own Porsche, delivering exceptional results every time.What sets Autoscope apart is their specialization in European cars and trucks. They have an expert-level understanding of the unique needs of these vehicles, allowing them to diagnose and resolve issues with incredible proficiency. I wholeheartedly trust them with my high-performance Porsche.Beyond their technical expertise, the team at Autoscope is incredibly personable and professional they truly feel like family. From the initial consultation to the final work completed, their communication and customer service are top-notch, putting me at complete ease.For my daughter's VW, a daily driver during her college years, Autoscope ensures her car is safe and problem-free. I stopped in to Autoscope to discuss getting a second opinion on a very extensive repair that my dealership recommended for my Land Rover. I was absolutely blown away at the level of service and of the product knowledge that this team had. I didn't even have to speak with a technician. Nicole and Melanie were so well versed in Land Rover that they were able to give me the information I needed. They gave an honest assessment even though it put them at risk of not getting the business, and this was a multi-thousand dollar repair. This is one of three locations for this family-owned business and it's no surprise they've been in business for over 40 years. Honesty is a quality that often lacks when it comes to car repair, not to mention actual product knowledge. I would absolutely trust this business with my car and plan to make them my forever repair shop going forward. And as a woman, approaching car repair can be extremely daunting and unpleasant on so many levels. Even as an educated woman, you always feel a little vulnerable when it comes to talking shop about your car. The fact that there were two women who were qualified to actually discuss the car in a way that made sense was an absolute joy.

Honest, upfront evaluation of service needed and customer cost, estimation of time to complete was in line with customer expectation, price was fair and transparent, offered transportation to/from the shop if needed, Cody and Melanie in the front office were communicative and forthright. Top notch personalized service from management down to the front end. Melanie and Cody were a pleasure to deal with and puts a premium on customer care, making sure that their service technicians will deliver for them and to the customer's satisfaction. Happy to have made the decision to bring our Discovery Sport to Autoscope in Plano and avoided long wait times and paying more for the same services. Highly recommended!

Will absolutely use Autoscope in the future for any oil changes or repairs I may need! Cody was very informative and in constant communication about my vehicles status. The report they send you with photos of the safety checks performed is above and beyond. I highly recommend using Autoscope as they made an unfortunate car repair a pleasant experience.

Cannot express enough gratitude for the team! They worked around my schedule to fit me in for a Pre-purchase Inspection on a used X5 listed for sale by a local BMW dealer. Their attention to detail and thoroughness saved me from buying a preowned vehicle that was hiding a lot of major issues.Cody, their automotive consultant, was always available for questions and responded in a timely manner. He helped me navigate the always stressful experience of buying a car with ease. It was also clear after reading the inspection report that their technician had spent a lot of time to go above and beyond to make sure that there was nothing missed. Cody G. Was extremely helpful. I came all the way from Denton to Plano to get my car serviced only to be rejected by my dealership. He took me in and recommended me to another location since my car is a Hyundai. He was very kind and considerate to someone who didnt even have a Eruopean car If I had a European car I'd definitely take it here for service. Extremely friendly and overall a pleasant experience!

If I was able to give a zero i would because the car window seal was damaged and badly touched up paint wise while under their care. I was not notified until time of pickup even though they had the car almost a month for a parts issue. I would have let the customer know at the time they damaged it not at the time of pickup. This is dishonest and unethical behavior. I gave them an opportunity to do the right thing, they refused. I would never recommend this business to anyone based on my experience.

Wish I hadn't brought in my Maserati for repair here. Subpar labor introduced a noise in my car which has ruined my driving experience. Lack of any ownership from mgmt, combined with attempts to pass it off as "normal" made me take this to the dealership directly. There I found they would have done the work for the same price and also the cleaning and re-assembly service they recommend now, would have been covered.No wonder this place is not BBB accredited.----------------------Reply to Autoscope Mgmt. Your feedback in this forum is lacking scruples and good intent. Here's my response to it and I am Happy to share data for any of these below:1> No report from Maserati was shared with me which stated that this persistent noise is normal. However, I can produce the invoice and repair recommendations from them. Let me know if you would like that.2> Happy to share emails where I am accepting your offer to have it checked by any dealership but autoscope refused to pay for it. Is this the offer you refer here?3> Attached invoices show Autoscope marking up parts by 60%+ to cover labor costs. This was confirmed by Nicole and apparently this is something that she is working with you to fix.Sorry to affect your carefully curated reviews and score. It was not easy posting my comments here as my reviews kept getting blocked. I brought in my M2 for service including tire change around 3 months ago. I allowed some time before posting this review. Starting with the good, the customer service really makes you feel welcomed. They do seem to enjoy working with high performing vehicles and do provide worthy suggestions and recommendations. I ve had no mechanical nor tire issues. Now the bad, they don t seem to manage properly. I went to pick up my car cause it was ready but a simple state inspection was missed so I went back home without it (they did compensate by picking up and dropping my car at a later day). One thing that bothered me is that they changed my key battery, but I was never alerted by my car that it was needed. $9 bucks for a new battery that costs a couple cents that wasn t requested nor needed, no big deal. However, I ve had issues with the remote start and unlock ever since only to be alerted recently that it needed a battery change. So, what was the point? Overall, they are good and your car is in good hands. For their price though, one shouldn t be questioning their competency or honesty over a simple key battery.

Asked Cody and Nicole at AutoScope Plano to perform a pre-purchase inspection (really a post-purchase inspection) on a 2014 BMW 335i Xdrive with 76K miles my son purchased. Galen (the technician) did a very though inspection and found a couple of items that needed immediate attention (motor mount, steering UV joint, font thrust arms, battery) and a few items that I should keep an eye on (struts, rear toe arms). No leaks of fluids (engine, coolant, transmission., diffs, transfer case, etc). Galen made himself available for a short consult afterwards to answer my questions. Cody went beyond the call of duty riding around with me to diagnose the possible source of a few suspension related sounds. The car came with a 90 day / 4K mile warranty so the vehicle is now in having some of those items repaired. AutoScope Plano has been servicing my 2017 340i since falling off warranty in 2021. Highly recommend the team at AutoScope Plano for your pre-purchase inspection needs.

I have taken my car here several times and each time I am amazed at the quality of service for my car and customer service they provide. Melanie has been the absolute best customer service I ve ever experienced, she will always keep me updated and offer solutions to anything that pops up. I can t express how grateful I am for the quality of service they provide. They always provide photos with an in depth analysis or description of what it is that is wrong with the car. I recently picked my car up and it is running better than when I first bought it. It sucks when something s wrong with your car but it s a relief to know that you can trust Autoscope will provide you with the best service. Can t thank Melanie enough for always providing the best communication while my car is in the shop.

I had an excellent experience at Autoscope European Car Care in Plano. The staff was very professional, the quote and the work performed was accurate and first rate. A small rear wiper cover went missing after the car was washed and there was absolutely no issue with the replacement of it. The service and care I received was outstanding. I had an excellent experience with AutoScope Plano. The office staff are wonderful, professional and respectful of your appointment window. There is typically no wait when dropping or picking up my vehicle. My most recent experience with Autoskope required quite a bit of work on my vehicle, which came with several challenges. My service advisor Cody did a spectacular job in minimizing frustration on my end. Cody went far and beyond what was necessary to have my car repaired, with minimal help from me. He was an awesome advocate to help obtain approvals from my warranty company, which provided a very favorable outcome. I will continue to trust AutoScope with the service of my Mercedes, and would recommend their services to others looking for professional and quality auto maintenance and repairs.

I ve been a customer of Autoscope for 21 years. I wouldn t trust anyone else with my cars. Did you know, and you can verify this with your dealership if purchase or Mercedes-Benz of America, BNW, VW that you can do the required services (oil changes, etc) that are not part of your warranty at an independent shop. One need only document that the car was maintained according to manufacturer specifications. I ve done this with my Mercedes-Benz cars.Recently I had my Mercedes Benz S550 (4.7 liter twin-turbo V-8) in for service. For 21 years this shop has been consistently awesome.

I ve been bringing my out of warranty cars here for about 25 years. Autoscope is excellent. The staff and technicians are beyond helpful. There is no upselling and hidden fees. I highly recommend this shop. I just picked up my car today and it s better than new.
