Unfortunately, I've been here twice within the last 8 months due to being rear-ended. Fortunately, the quality of service and repair work was exceptional on both occasions. Jesus was our main contact both times and was amazing. He kept us in the loop when there were updates and fought hard with the insurance companies both times to ensure things moved quickly as possible and that we got original parts. Highly recommend them and especially Jesus. Thank you!

I had my Tesla repaired at this collision center and was extremely happy with the customer service, and workmanship in the repair. Total repair time was a month and a half which was quicker than I anticipated, and they had my car ready earlier than the estimated completion date; returning it cleaned inside and out. The estimator that I worked with, Derek, provided me prompt weekly updates on my car s status and estimated completion time. He was great to work with, and happy to help anytime I reached out with a question. Would highly recommend this collision center!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

His name was Bryce. He was awesome to go through my car s repair. He is informative, and giving me updates when it s available. I had to rent a car for a month, but when I drop off my car, enterprise shuttle was already there to pick me up. Everything was ready for me made much easier process. Thank you so much!!

My new Audi A5 Convertible s bottom right bumper got rubbed against my garage door, ripping the casing around the headlights. I took the car to Autonation Collision Center on the dealership recommendation. An estimator, Jesus Medina, assisted me. I reported the accident to my insurance company. They assigned an adjuster to the case.Although it took a long time ( seven weeks) to get the repairs done, it had valid reasons, like parts delivery, discovery of additional damage, etc. one of the most expensive repair required a cable going from front to back of the car connecting various sensors to be replaced.During this time period Jesus Medina responded promptly to my inquiries.The repairs made the car look like new and I have no complaints except for the time it took but it had valid reasons. The new upscale cars although great for all the electronics to make them safer are also expensive to repair. I have no hesitation in recommending Auto Nation Collision Repair Center to get your car repaired in the event of an unfortunate accident.

Repairs were fine, but this shop is very very slow. Was quoted 2-3 weeks but it took 6 weeks to get my Vehicle back for a minor collision. The guy, Jose maybe, was proud that he had finished ordering parts a week after I dropped my car off. Why does it take a week just to place an order? I won't ever go back to this place.

I d say that this is one of the best, if not the best, body shops out there in Dallas. I had some paint work done to my Tesla. I couldn t have asked for a better estimator than Bryce. He updated me at every aspect of the repair process, from the day I dropped my car off to the day I picked it up, and the end result was quite good. It was a very smooth experience overall and got my car as new as the day I picked it up from Tesla.

Derek was great to work with! Having an accident is never fun, but he and the team at AutoNation in Plano did an amazing job fixing it. They had a realistic timeline and kept us up to date throughout the process. They worked directly with the insurance company and we had no issues throughout the process. Would trust them again!

One of the best collision centers in the city for Audis and higher-end vehicle models. I received exceptional service from their estimator, Brian Sullivan. He was extremely professional and friendly, and he always answered his emails and phone calls whenever I reached out. He was also very expeditious in communications with my insurance company. The repair work done on my Audi Q7 was superb. I highly recommend!!!!

I want to express my appreciation to Brian Sullivan from Autonation Collision Center in Plano for his exceptional responsiveness regarding the repair. His communication has consistently been friendly and courteous, making the overall experience pleasant. I am a satisfied customer. I required repairs for my Tesla, and the service was excellent. They not only addressed the necessary fixes but also took the extra step to re-buff and smooth out uneven edges when I picked it up. Additionally, the cost was almost fully deductible from my insurance.

Autonation did a very good job on my Tesla. They took 6 weeks but the quality of work was great. Bryce was very helpful and kept me informed all the time about the progress. He was very responsive and clarified all my questions. Thanks Bryce and Autonation.

I went to automation after a service center was not Abe to repair my car completely. Bryce Slagle took care of the car and found out what the problem was and helped me get my car fixed. excellent customer care and handling. definitely recommend going to them for a repair for any vehicle.

No one WANTS to visit an auto collision business, but service here was excellent. Derek was on top of things and made sure I was kept up to date and my car returned in perfect condition.

My car was dropped off for light hail damage, and some rock chip damage. It took 14 weeks for me to pick up my car, there was little to no communication. The wrong parts where ordered, parts that were not needed were ordered further delaying the process, and the agent I was assigned eventually quit leaving no records of what was being done to may car. AutoNation was fighting with State Farm from the beginning by posting claims with no details. Its was a horrible experience.

I took my Tesla Model Y to Autonation after I was in a collision with an insured motorist. Autonation and their representative Bryce were able to fix my car seamlessly. Of course the insurance company gave a lowball estimate. Bryce was able to work with them to get the car repaired perfectly.

AutoNation was Amazing!!!! I drive a 2010 Porsche Panamera and they fixed the chrome trim around my passenger back window. My car was damaged from a drive through carwash from one of their flaps. The Porsche Dealership gave me a pretty high quote for Repair, so I second for another quote. AutoNation not only came in way under budget but delivered on their service. I will definitely use AutoNation for my repairs from now on and recommend my client's and friends. Thank you AutoNation for your High Quality Service.

This shop is a complete disaster. We had a fender bender that caused the driver door to not close right. It caused damage to the driver side door, the front driver panel, and a sensor. We had previous incidents that caused damage to the back bumper and wheel well, so we decided to get the work done at the same time. There were 3 separate claims. The initial estimate was less than 7k because Tesla parts are expensive. We took the car in June 2, and it is now Sept 5th. During this time, the INS drug their feet, but more infuriating is that the shop submitted over 5 separate price adjustments to the INS amounting to over 20k in repairs. Additionally, the shop worked out with INS that they combined the previous two claims, saving us at least one deductible. I should note that all of these incidents were where our car was stopped or parked, I guess it's a magnet for stupid drivers that don't look when parking. Throughout the ordeal, we were led to believe that there would be 2 claims rather than 3 because the rear bumper they could not differentiate the 2 separate incidents per the shop and adjuster. I wement to go pick up our car after 88 days, 88! The shop slammed down 3 separate claims and will be taking them to court over misrepresentation price gouging and a host of other issues. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Also I listened to another owner asking for an estimate who stated that he had gotten 3 or 4 other quotes that day and that Auto Nations quote was the highest priced by over 2k than the others he had received. Unfortunately, having a Tesla limits your approved shops for car repairs.

Although the communication was top notch, this time around, the level of detail was lacking and the work was sloppy. I have used this location in the past getting my car back in like new condition, but this time around and I got my car back with replaced parts not working or misaligned, glue residue on replaced glass, missed aligned panels and others. I did bring this up and had to take the vehicle back to get them addressed, but there was still items remaining to be fixed.Unlike last time where there was a follow up call/email after a few weeks, I received no follow ups after I last drove off.I get that there is a whole shortage or labor or parts, but that shouldn't mean the service should lack in anyway.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

AutoNation Collision Center fixed my car after it was hit. The driver side door of my 2008 Mustang was smashed. Cody communicated with me regularly. He made sure the door sent to replace my door was good - he was sent three doors. The car was completely restored to the way it was before it was hit. I am very satisfied with the service. A couple of months back I brought my car in to have the front bumper replaced after it was damaged by my carwash (got them to pay, ALWAYS check your car before driving off). My service advisor Jon Robbins was with me every step of the way, from the quick estimate to following up with the carwash as they dragged their feet to send the funds to get the repair going.I was at all times kept apprised of what was going on and the status of my repairs by Jon, who was just a phone call or an email away if I had any questions or concerns. The repairs came out perfectly, like it never happened and took less than 4 business days when the carwash finally ponied up. Without Jon and the body repair staff at AutoNation Plano the process would've been 3 times the headache it already was.Top notch service, top notch repairs, and quick turnaround times. Do yourself a favor if you need body work done and go to AutoNation Plano and ask for Jon!!Service: Body & Trim

I chose Auto Nation Plano to repair fender dents for both of my Teslas and had a great experience. They understand Teslas and they work well with insurance companies. I worked with Bryce both times and everything exceeded expectations. Bryce is professional, helpful, punctual and explains everything thoroughly. If I have a future repair, I will reach out to them in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

This low rating is not because of the actual work but like others have rightly said, these guys make the estimate and supplement submission so complex to squeeze every $ possible from the insurance company that it delays the overall process by weeks, and the customers have to suffer by paying for a rental car during that time. What insurance company states doesn t match at all with the body shop representative. Don t know who is lying but it looked obvious because of the number of supplements submitted and some of the charges. I ended up paying almost $1200 out of pocket for the extra month of rental for relatively minor body work. I might go to another Autonation next time.
