I recently had the pleasure of visiting Autobahn for my car s routine maintenance, including tire rotation, oil change, and overall check-up. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the staff.The technicians at Aurobahn are truly top-notch. They were thorough in their inspection, taking the time to explain each step of the process and address any concerns I had about my vehicle. Their attention to detail instilled confidence in me that my car was in good hands.Not only did they perform the necessary services flawlessly, but they also went above and beyond by providing additional recommendations for future maintenance to ensure the longevity of my vehicle. I appreciated their honesty and transparency, as they prioritized my car s safety and performance above all else.I highly recommend Autobahn - you won t be disappointed!

I was pretty shocked when I first looked this place up to see on Google and Yelp they have 5 stars.....because that is VERY rare for an auto shop! Now that I've been here a couple times, I can see why they have such high ratings. Ray and Alan are who I've worked with both times for my Mini Cooper, and they were awesome. With such high ratings, it makes sense that they're always extremely busy. However, they were always able to squeeze me in in a relatively short amount of time. I didn't feel like they overcharged me for anything, which is also rare for an auto place. Even just waiting in the lobby and seeing the kindness in the way they speak to every customer, really made me feel at ease. I hope I never have to see them again haha, but if I have another car issue I will be back FOR SURE!

AMAZING SERVICE! Mechanics there were super friendly, efficient, and quick. I was in and out within 30 ish minutes for a wheel alignment. I have a lowered car and they got my car on the rack no problem and showed me how they corrected my extreme toe in on my car. Overall amazing experience. Plus the prices were very reasonable and definitely gave me a reason to come back!Service: Wheel alignment

This is my second time writing e review for Autobahn guys. They do such a great job on both my German cars that I feel obligated to acknowledge and recognize their work! Trust me, this is not just about the quality work of their mechanics! I love taking my car to Autobahn. They fixed my Jaguar with no hesitate. Order the part for me and put it on. I recommend Autobahn to my family and friends. Great service the STAFF is very friendly. Price was A OK with me. Keep UP the good work AUTOBAHN

Very very thankful to this place and their staff, especially Ray, Frank and Alan. They re always taking care of me and my car especially whenever I have an emergency! They always make sure to get the cars ready quick and make sure and explain what s wrong with my car so I get a better understanding! Great shop!

I recently visited their shop to get my car fixed, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The staff is not only knowledgeable and skilled, but they also took the time to explain the repairs needed in a way that I could understand. This level of transparency and communication really put my mind at ease. Great job Autobahn team, you guys exceeded all of my expectations!!! Highly recommend them to anyone in need of top-quality automotive services.

Autobahn service center again did a fantastic job. I had a mishap on the highway coming back from a road-trip. A huge tire ended up destroying my starter and did some damage to my electrical cross pipe. Car wouldn t start and I was stranded. I ended up towing it to Autobahn were Eric and his crew did their magic and my car was back on the road in no time. Extremely grateful for the work they do and I have always been left satisfied.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning

I took my car to Plano Autobahn Service Center for an oil change. The technician broke my car's oil measure sensor. He acknowledged it but refused to repair it. He said that he did not want to repair the oil sensor right then because he would have to replace the new oil just added. Plano Autobahn's technician said that he would repair the oil sensor at the next oil change. BUT, Plano Autobahn's technician said that I would still have to pay for the repair of the oil sensor because it was probably going to break anyway! I spoke to Plano Autobahn Service Center's customer service desk. The representative said that Plano Autobahn was going to do whatever the technician thought, which was to not repair my car for the damage the technician caused.In the meantime, I have no way of knowing my oil level (this car does not have a traditional oil dipstick), nor will my car notify me of my oil level or the need for an oil change the way it was designed to do.Note the mileage on Plano Autobahn's invoice when I dropped off my car (15538) and the milage when the oil level malfunction light turned on (155566), 28 miles later!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair, Oil change

I've been coming to this place for several years now. I avoid going to the Mercedes dealer (because of some bad experiences), instead I bring it to Autobahn. Very professional, very courteous, and only perform service that is needed. Ray, at the front desk, is just exceptional. To give you an example, I noticed something on the undercarriage of my E350. I was concerned I might be having a bigger problem. Ray took a look, put it up on the jack, fixed the problem, even as I waited and when I asked him how much it cost, he said the problem was fixed at no cost!

Customer service is pronominal. Fixed the first time and no repeat visits with same issue. Getting your European luxury car repaired is never cheap but these guys make it a little more affordable. No disappointment. There is a wait list for repairs and now you know why.

Had to drop off my X1 here a week back for OEM part replacement which I had already bought and this was the only place that agreed to swap out parts by just costing the labor and the price was very reasonable! I can t appreciate these guys enough and even though swapping out didn t fix the issue they offered to diagnose and see if I wanted to fix it and they did. Hands down best service in town! I m definitely gonna be their regular customer now. Thank you very much for fixing my car!!PS: First time customers get 25% off their bill which was amazing!

Came in as first time customer after reading great reviews online, was not disappointed. Ray took care of me and he was great, addressed all issues I came to them with and did a routine checkup to see if I needed any other work done. He explained each recommended service and why it s due, then clued me in to which services weren t necessary immediately so I could stay in budget.I never felt like I was being pressured or manipulated into unnecessary costs, it was a straightforward experience. I got a discount on labor, even so they seems to have pretty competitive pricing. All around good experience, glad to find a shop with helpful and trustworthy people, will be back!

Always good service. The guy who set up my appointment was out sick. The person who is the service manager, was actually covering in the repair shop due to somebody out after procedure. He came in prepared to work in the garage, only to find out that the service associate was out sick. That was a funny story to begin. He definitely took care of me. I thought that they would be behind. I think that this is the fastest that I have been in and out. It only took 1 hour for my oil change and tire rotation. When you told me that the car was ready, I had just grabbed a cup of coffee. Always great service. Owner is super nice and is always speaking when he comes by.

Autobahn is a very great auto service company whose has great experience on all types of vehicles. They have did wonderful jobs on both of my vehicles and always threat me and my family like family. We really,really appreciate Autobahn service center for their fantastic great service and their concern for family besides work. Autobahn gose out there way to make sure there family customers are satisfied.

Ray was absolutely nice and helpful throughout the whole process of my service. He made sure I was updated on every step and was very honest with my service needs. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced :)

My son took my car in yesterday for a routine oil change. My initial call was wonder, the manger was pleasant and very accommodating to my same day appointment. My son, who s also a mechanic let me know they were the real deal!. They treated my car with great care. They re recommendations were on point and he trusted they re judgement and quality of attention and work. He trusted them so much, he s even taking his car for routine maintenance as well. As I drove my car after their service, I immediately noticed a huge difference. I could tell my oil was changed and serviced properly. I will definitely return for future my future BMW needs!!. Overall these guys are professional and know how to take care of their customers. I never leave reviews but this one was well deserved based on my last visit. They did a number of repairs on my BMW, and now the car is running as if it was brand new again. Special thanks to Ray for going above and beyond. My experience with autobahn was amazing the first time I went to see them! Their prices were fair and they did an outstanding job with everything my car needed and there was quiet a bit of work.Going back again for a regular check up and oil change. I've taken my cars to Autobahn for more years than i can remember as I found them to have the trained techs and tools to handle the jobs correctly and thoroughly. I always get terrific service and advice. Yes, they aren't the cheapest place to go, but I always leave knowing all was done top notch. Jeff and Leslie are the best at the front desk! I've sent many folks their way and they are always pleased! So, how did I find them years ago? AAA had them in their recommendation list. Many Thanks to Jeff and team!

This is the best auto service center I've ever been to. They deserve more than five stars for providing exceptional, and, most importantly, honest customer service. Service manager Jeff Kolter goes out of his way to make sure customers are well taken care of, as does everyone at Autobahn. The mechanics are professional and experienced and have kept my 14-year-old truck in top condition, especially Milo who has figured out problems with it that probably would have cost me a fortune somewhere else, and still wouldn't be fixed. I highly recommend Autobahn, I won't take my cars anywhere else.
