Had a fantastic experience here yesterday! Me and my husband were both in car sales for years, so finding a fantastic sales person is a big bonus for us. We worked with Mo while we were there, and he was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the Teslas, very understanding for where we wanted to be at budget wise and really fought to get us a fantastic deal. Every part of the experience was easy and he was very forthcoming with anything we needed to know. I would work with him again 100 times, and hope to in the future! If you re looking for a new sales person, go to Mo!

Service department is the absolute best I've ever experienced in over 40 yrs of driving. Super professional, honest, fast and amazingly reasonably priced! Clean, pleasant waiting area and clean, well organized visable shop. Ask for Farnoosh, he is the absolute best ever.

Customer service is good. But the mechanic service department not good at all, i went for a oil change and they did not take the time to check the oil level. they added way too much oil to my vehicle that within 45 min of driving off this message came up lets just pray that they did not mess up my engine. Careful with the mechanic dept.

We just took our GLA in for service and PJ and his crew gave us the best customer service! From the moment I walked in to checking out. Our service was done quickly, everyone was friendly and professional and was in and out without a hitch. We are bringing all our Mercedes here. Best ever! If you are looking for a service center for your car you need to check this place out!

Blown away by the outstanding communication and way that treat their customers! They were great at determining the repairs needed on my car and got everything covered through my extended warranty company and made it a simple process. They loaned me a luxury car as I waiting for mine to be ready. Farnoosh was AMAZING! very reassuring and made me feel very comfortable and did not try to over sale me anything. They even offered to replace my tires for a great price and did a oil change that was needed. I am very happy and will be a customer for life. Highly recommend. Thanks again guys.

Great experience here!! Farnoosh was super helpful, professional, and friendly. By far the most honest car advice I ve received in a long time. I didn t feel like he was trying to get over on me like other places and honestly helped me find a solution for my vehicle. I bought my car from then 3 years ago. Will definitely be returning to this place in the future. Thank you so much!

Great shop they always get the job done in a timely and efficient manner. The service manager PJ was super helpful and walked me through every step of my car s service. Would definitely recommend this service center as their Service Techs are experienced and friendly. Ask for PJ and you ll he in great hands.

I had a great Experience with the auto web service dept. although not my first time bringing my car here they are always helpful, from the phone call for setting my appointment, till the time I came in, Ray was pleasant to deal with.Overall a friendly, fast experience as always. I will be seeing them again for my next service.

Bad experience. Don t ever sign up for their maintenance contract. If you read in details, you will realise that none of those items that can be done without reaching the mileage. End up you pay $1600 for 2 oil change. They don t even check my battery , filter, spark plug upon my complaints. And the contract say I am eligible for battery n wiper blade replacement. They don t honor any of these items in the contract. Dave you money!

Service department was wonderful! If anyone needs anything done, ask for PJ. He will literally be upfront with everything and get it done. Will definitely recommend anyone who has any issues with their vehicle to get in contact with PJ now!

Today, I came in to get my yearly inspection.The customer service guy Ray was sweet and good looking lol.They immediately took my car to the back. No wait.Which is what I like. Very polite! He also offered me a push start for my car, I was like you re playing right ? He s like no, it ll take five minutes. He made my day. I m very satisfied. Thanks Auto Web.

Best auto place ever.!. Jeremy our salesman, is the friendliest ... honest... no pressure with excellent customer service! He found the perfect car we were looking for in one day. No hassles. The entire staff at CarWeb have excellent customer service also. We will definitely return there for future cars and car repairs.

I had been looking for an E3 hundred 2017 for months. Found several And settled on one that had the sport package and the entertainment package,Also low miles. It was a lease return, All the paperwork and financing was very straightforward I saw another review and I thought what? before I sign anything I read it. Very pleased with the car and what I paid.

We had a horrible experience here. The first impression seemed like the cars were priced well, but after the first visit.. We got the runaround. No returned calls, questions not answered. We were trying to pay full price for a car, and they wouldn t answer the phone. Finally... days later when we got ahold of James, he told us that the whole deal changed. They jacked up the price of the car by $1,000 and changed the offer on our trade in as well. He kept saying I m just guilty of trying to make a sell. We also compared their list price to our the door price with 3 other local purchase agreements, and they have a ton of hidden fees in their pricing. They don t care about giving anyone a good experience or being helpful, they ONLY care about making money. I can t stress enough that you should go somewhere else. We ended up getting a newer car with lower mileage for THOUSANDS less than the car we were looking at here. I m thankful that the true colors showed before we bought a car from such deceitful people.

I went to get my oil changed @ Auto Web Expo, I was late. I apologized and Farnoosh stated oh it s ok. To add he checked my warranty status, I was slightly over mileage and he gave me one last free oil change! Now that s Customer Service! Kudos to Farnoosh and Auto Web Expo! What a way to start my day! I was able to save way over $100!!! Check them out for all of Luxury Foreign Automobile needs!

Very pleased on how they took awesome care of my husbands 2014 Dodge Dart. He says that Jonathan was very professional, took care of all matters for us. Excellent team of mechanics! We appreciate you guys! The long drive is well worth it!

I purchased a preowned E400. A week or so after I purchased it I noticed a cosmetic issue on the hood and bumper. Auto web expo Gen Manager sent me over to service and a very kind and attentive gentleman Farnoosh reviewed my concern and made arrangements to correct the problems. I also had some bad curb rash on 3 of my amg wheels . I was prepared to pay for the wheel refresh but he decided not to charge me. I am thrilled with the outcome and thankful to Ben and Farnoosh for correcting my issues no charge! What ever they are paying Farnoosh is not enough as he is the sole service manager at the Carrollton location, Keep up the good work and thanks again .

Very fast and easy experience. I needed my battery replaced, and Farnoosh took care of me and had it replaced the same day. He called my warranty and made sure the replacement was covered. Excellent customer service!

I always believed I needed to bring my vehicle to a dealer in order to receive warranty and mechanics who were "qualified" to work on my Mercedes. After visiting 2 Dallas dealers and being treated terribly, I decided to look for another reliable mechanic. I was fortunate to find Auto Web Expo in Carrollton.I called and was greeted by Farnoosh, the Service Manager, who was more than gracious to get me in for my A Service , assuring me I'd be well taken care of. The shop was impeccable and comfortable. Mary, the service admin, was friendly and helpful and made my visit go by quickly.Soon thereafter, I noticed my vehicle grinding at high speeds and again contacted Farnoosh who got me in immediately hearing my concern. He advised my brakes and rotors needed to be replaced and the cost was far over my budget. I recently lost my job but brakes aren't something to put off on. Farnoosh knew my situation and worked with my budgeting, even saving me money by having the mechanic do some cleaning on the back rotors which would stave off the rear brake job for several months. As a former employee in a car dealership, I realize commission is part of a serv manager's salary, Farnoosh could have easily taken advantage of my situation but didn't. Honesty goes a long way. He has earned my trust; he has earned a customer who will now share a positive experience with other's. This goes far, specifically on a high-end vehicle.I have been a Customer Service manager and a Subject Matter Expert in Customer Retention for 30+ years. Customer's have OPTIONS and there are many shops here in the Greater Dallas/Ft. Worth area to choose from. Farnoosh is the consummate professional and truly cares for his customers. From just 2 visits - and wearing a mask! - he remembered my name. Peering through the glass into the mechanic's work area, I'm amazed the cleanliness of the work area and what he expects from his employees - many long-term employees. That says a lot about his leadership.These are difficult times for not only individuals, but for businesses who have competition and people have choices. We seek better deals to save a few dollars, often sacrificing quality.I highly recommend Auto Web Expo for your Mercedes needs. You will be well taken care of and pleased with the treatment all customers deserve. And tell Farnoosh Barbie sent you!

Customer Service here is one of a kind! Even though the manager made a mistake regarding my maintenance warranty coverage, he still covered the cost (a pretty pricy $$ amount) for having me wait. "Thank you"!

I have been so happy with auto webb expo.Service . Where do I begin. Coming from a different service company for 30 years I was skeptical.The service dept. at auto web is amazing.Mary at the front desk is honest & sincereFarnoosh basically runs the shopFarnoosh & Mary work together like a family.They are honest beyond words & actually return calls.Such a find to have a Mercedes dealership with an honest & amazing service dept.Any make and model auto. Faroosh is the Service Advisor who works so hard to keep up with all parts ordering, mechanic's work, etc. He is amazing. He works non-stop all day long and HE is the reason I will Highly recommend using Auto Web Expo Service for anyone needing auto repairs, tires, etc. Many thanks, Faroosh!

I have found them to be outstanding for service for luxury imports. Have bought and had them service BMWs, Lexus and Toyotas. Honest and straight-forward answers. Jon the manager of the service group is top notch. I would recommend both their service and sales.

Jonathon at Auto Expo took such good care of my son's car last week that I am taking mine in this week! He did a great job for an excellent price with a quick turn time too. I live in McKinney and Carrolton is a bit of a stretch - but worth it!
