I was looking for a car for my son and Omar suggested a very nice Nissan Altima they just received and the car was perfect. Low miles, no body damage, clean interior, and my son's favorite color. Omar was very helpful and professional. Joanne finalized my paperwork and was also very nice and professional. The team at Audi Plano was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was so nice and polite and I never felt like I was pressured to do something I was not comfortable with. This was by far one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I highly recommend Audi Plano if you are looking for a new or used car.

Great experience at Audi Plano with Hunter.Awesome service all around. Hunter didn t pressure me, and I appreciate that he spoke directly to me. He let me test drive on the highway because I wanted to test the Dynamic mode. With some smart thinking from the dealership, I got the exact car build I wanted at a great price delivered to Dallas. Hunter knew I wanted a bow on the car and it was all picture perfect at pick up. He and the sales manager corrected a tint issue promptly, and Hunter washed my car before returning it to me. Will buy from him again when the lease is up. Also, he knew a lot about the Audi brand and all its features, which I appreciate.I tried Audi Dallas first, and even though I am the one choosing and buying the car, they only looked at and spoke to my boyfriend. Audi Plano is my first choice now!

Garrelle Yeager and the finance team put in work to get us approved at a rate we were happy with while us having not the best credit and the vehicle is well beyond what we expected to be able to own. Even with a hurt foot he was moving with speed to get everything done on the vehicle as quick as possible.

Presentation is EVERYTHING!!! When it comes to presentation Audi Plano delivers. I recently purchased a used 2020 Audi S5 at this dealership. From walking into the door and being greeted by the staff the atmosphere was very inviting. Everyone was professional, kind and friendly. My overall experience of buying my car, even though used, they made me feel as if I was buy a brand new car. Yvette Sardina was my Sales Associate and when she presented me with the keys to my car she even put a bow on the car. What great attention to detail, on giving me one of the best car buying experiences ever. Audi Plano is a must if you are looking for a new or used vehicle, they are also a part of the Autonation group so if they do not have what you re looking for on their lot, they can certainly find it for you. This dealership is worth going to, zero hassle, with a five star experience.

Taking a moment here to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service I received on my 2018 Audi Q5 last week. Here's a big shout out to Adrian Moncivaiz! From the moment I arrived to the moment I picked up my car, the entire experience was top-notch. Adrian was prompt and courteous when I arrived. He proceeded to quickly take down all the information from the car and then took time to understand my concerns and answered all my questions. Throughout the day, he kept me informed through texts and gave me detailed explanations for additional work that needed to be done. He also reassured me as the repairs were covered by my extended warranty package. This was a huge relief. I also enjoyed the quick video clip that the technician took as he stepped through the services and repairs he made on my car. Thank you for taking the time to do that! Please know that I will highly recommend your service to family and friends. Thank you for getting my car running smoothly and for providing truly outstanding customer service.

I want to commend Bryan... BIG TIME... for dealing with me, my various concerns, my tedious needs, and for being patient and professional with me through all of it. There were a couple of obstacles from loaner car availability in the very beginning, which he worked out right away, followed by pricing concerns and advocating on my behalf to get my issues covered through various insurance policies I had. Audi had my car from January 24th until February 20th. I was given a fully electric Q4 loaner. Bryan worked up several quotes for me and when I was prepared to leave without resolution to all the presented issues, it was Bryan who made those repairs happen. He updated and communicated with me all along the way and kept me very informed. Even after receiving my vehicle back, he was able to address last minute questions I had. After this lengthy ordeal he may not want to work with me again, but I sure would request him every time! Audi is more than lucky to have such a quality employee as they do with Bryan!

Horrible experience ever. I was asked to come to see odyssey that I was talking to the sales person for about a week. I texted multiple times regarding vehicle not having pictures and condition of the vehicle. I was told I can see it and was asked to come during peak rush hour traffic, only to realize the car is not there. I was driven to an maintenance center where it is not in a drivable position and was asked to see the car and decide. I was expecting to drive the car not just see it, and asked the sales person why did not he mentioned that to me. He acted as if he don t care and said if I don t buy it someone will. It is what it is. It is his vacation and he is working. He was also hiding the hail damage that luckily I was able to find a paper in the car. You can guess , from the above how I felt after driving more than an hour and additional hour just to drive to this place from dealer and back and talk to a salesman that did not bother about my time and only his sale. Just waste of 3 hours.

Great experience, finance manager and Garrel (sorry if I spelled this incorrectly) did a good job fitting my needs to make sure I can walk away with my dream car! Definitely recommend them for a sales department who actually cares as all the staff we encountered were super friendly.

Audi Plano is such an awesome experience, treated me with such respect even tho I drove in with an old mini Cooper to them I was no different than the guy buying a new Audi with cash! You must get with Gino Bresolin we had such a great time, he had my BMW all ready to go even tho I popped in a day sooner than expected. The transaction is amazing! everyone is so nice I really felt valued at this dealership. I love my new car the feeling I got when I bought it and everyone at Audi Plano!!

I had a great experience with Audi of Plano. Martin helped me to find a car that matched what I was looking for. He is very knowledgeable about all of Audi's products. Communication was always friendly and respectful. Then I met with Michael and we talked about different plans to make the car services achievable for me. I found super helpful the plans with not too much money over my base payments. Overall a great experience.

The customer service was great. I worked with the service provider (don't know if that is the appropriate title?) Bryan and he was very knowledgeable, communicative and reasonable. He kept me in the loop with the wait times of my car and was quick with responses and available. I just picked up my car yesterday but felt the experience was enjoyable. The only downside is that they can have a wait for their mechanics (possibly because they are a well oiled machine and do good work?) but again that was mentioned upfront and I was prepared for it which I appreciated. I felt the overall experience was great and unusually for other car experiences I had in the Dallas area, will return with any future concerns/issues.

Very pleasant experience. The sales staff really worked with me to make sure my buying experience was of ease. They took care of everything. No hard core selling. The car I found on line is what the dealership had. No trying to convince me to buy another vehicle I couldn't afford. Garelle was friendly, worked to get me into the vehicle. Answered all my questions. Nice facilities. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Audi Plano.

A warning light illuminated and without an appointment, I drove into the Plano Audi service dept. Eli met me and within minutes, drove it to have it checked. The service department found the problem in minutes. Bryan was the service consultant. He called an Uber for me in order to make an appointment and when I returned later, my car was ready to go! Thank you for the quick service!

My experience buying a vehicle at Audi Plano was overall pleasant. However, after I got my car home, I noticed some odd noises coming from the vehicle. I took the car back in and asked them to look at it to see what was going on. Had I noticed these issues before purchasing the vehicle, I probably wouldn t have bought it. It turned out the car needed approximately $6,000 worth of repairs.The dealership offered to cover most of the cost, which was great, considering I purchased the car "as is". I appreciate their willingness to do this for me. It shows they care about their customers and are willing to make things right. Now that my car is fixed and back in my hands, it drives much better.Thank you, Audi Plano this will not be my last purchase from you.
