AMP was recommended by my service advisor at Nissan and I was skeptical going somewhere outside the dealership however, I have an abundance of great comments for this place. Scott (owner) and his team are phenomenal - very respectful and certainly hardworking as they managed to repair my extensive hail damage within days! I was moving out of state and had a fairly strict deadline and somehow these guys managed to pull it off despite my insurance company s lengthy approval process. I ve already recommended them to several of my friends.

I had some pretty bad hail damage and was having a lot of anxiety about it. I was recommended by a friend and couldn t be happier with the service they provided. Scott made the whole process easy to understand and my car looks back to new! Thank you for taking care of my car.

CALL THEM 1st! Beyond Fantastic! I am totally blown away by how amazing Scott & his team are. Scott (the Owner) should be your first call to make when it comes to ANYTHING Auto Body related! Incredibly knowledge, helped navigate me through a very complex situation. I can't recall the last time I met anyone in the Auto Business that actually CARED ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.10 out of 10 Stars - NO QUESTION!

Tori and Scott are top-notch! After the recent hailstorm my Explorer had significant damage. They were able to return the vehicle to excellent shape. Furthermore, they fixed my leaky moonroof and installed new a-pillar moldings (which frequently fly off of 2016 Explorers). They managed to remove the duct tape residue that came from my temporary leak and molding fixes. Finally, there was an issue with my battery when I went to pick up the vehicle, but their customer service was outstanding, and they were able to get the issue rectified. They wanted to do right by me, and they did. Keep up the good work!Service: Body & Trim

Took my 2003 Lexus GS300 to Scott at AMP hail repair. A pickup truck had backed into my hood and smashed the grill. My car was also hit by the Plano hail storm on 4-20-23. Scott took care of all of it for me. The price was great and the car never looked better. This is THE place to take you car for body work or hail damage repair. Amazing work, detail was perfect. Unfortunately my vehicle got hit by hail a few weeks ago and needed to be fixed. I quickly learned while searching for a place to take my vehicle, most bodyshops were months behind. I came across AMP and talked to Scott and he was able to get my vehicle in and fixed quicker than any other shop around. The work performed was amazing and i cant even tell my vehicle was ever damaged. Scott is awesome!!Service: Body & Trim

If I was just rating the hail repair I would give 5 stars but how I was treated by Scott was terrible. I would not use them again because of him. I honestly don t understand the reviews saying how great he was, he treated me with such disrespect and spoke to me rudely, I was shocked. First of all he was showing me how they detailed my car, it was not detailed, it didn t even look like they got it washed. When I pointed out where it was not clean, Scott said well, your car was really dirty! Who does that? Just say you didn t detail it. I keep my car very clean so for him to say my car was really dirty was ridiculous to me. Then I asked for a list of what they repaired and he called my insurance company right there on the spot and asked them for the estimate. That s not what I asked for. They said it would take a week to fix my car and they had it for 2 weeks. I understand they had to try to get more money from the insurance company but that was a long time to have my car. They did not call me to tell me my car was ready. But Scott insisted that he called me personally that morning and spoke to me. I didn t speak to anyone from the company. They don t accept credit cards which seems sketchy from a reputable company. When I got in my car to leave I noticed evidence that my car had been used for personal use, and that is not ok at all! I did like Daniel a lot, he was very nice.Service: Body & Trim

I thought my 2012 Chrysler 300 was totaled in a hail storm. Luckily for me AMP Hail was able to make it look like it was never even touched. I still can believe it, they got it done 3 days faster then I was originally quoted. I hit about 5 different painless dent repair shops in the area, these guys were definitely the most busy. They were stacked with cars and guys working so I figured it was a good place to try. Glad I did, now I see why they work 24 hours. Thanks ya'll.

This place is amazing!!!!! Scott has helped us through the whole process and has been SO helpful every step of the way!!!!!!! He kept our daughters car from being totaled. He didn t like the way the racing stripes were done on my daughter s car so he is getting them redone. They paid the overage on her rental car also. We live 2 hours from here and if I ever need my car worked on I will drive it to this place. Scott you were a lifesaver!!!!!!! 200% would recommend this place!!!! Just ask for Scott and you will NOT be disappointed!!!!!!

Amazing work done to repair my car! Tori and Daniel were super helpful and transparent about keeping me updated through the process and helped to cover a rental car. When I got my car back, it looked like nothing even happened to it - definitely recommend Scott and this shop!

10 out of ten would recommend! Amazing customer service! Scott is very easy to communicate with. I've sent him multiple vehicles of mine to him and they have all turned out amazing! Great experience from start to finish. Would recommend his services to friends and family!

10/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMENDHad major hail damage to my truck, AMP handled everything From the insurance claim, to the rental drop off. EASIEST and QUICKEST experience I ve ever had with any auto issues by far! Truck looks brand new again and I couldn t be happier.

Was referred by the car wash in McKinney. Had 100s of guys knocking on my door but went with AMP because they work with local companies and are a texas shop. Texted me regularly with phone call follow ups. They filed my claim and even had enterprise at their office with a rental car. Everything was very easy. Amazing repair service and communication. Highly recommend Scott. He did everything he promised and more.

I hired AMP to repair hail damage on my vehicle. Their service was extremely professional. When they returned my vehicle, not only was the hail damage completely repaired, my car was detailed and looked brand new. I d definitely recommend this company.

I was on the lookout for a reputed hail repair facility and AMP Auto hail repair shop fulfilled all my needs to the best satisfaction. Their professional customer service was very good, especially towards waiving off the deductible and covering the rental car expenses.

It was a very good experience, they helped me deal with the insurance company, they finally managed to agree on a price giving me a considerable discount, and when the vehicle was delivered to me the vehicle was practically like new. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone
