My mom has brought her vehicle here multiple times because my mom drives a lot on the highway and has been through a few hail storms. Carlos and his team have taken care of her and they do amazing work. My mom feels comfortable here and that's important to me. She's not always the easiest to deal with but she knows she can trust Carlos and his team to do their best work and behave with integrity. Thank you. Highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My son took his vehicle here for some work to be done. The reason I'm writing this review is due to the HUGE SMILE my son had on his face when he took one look at his car after it was finished. The staff at All Star Collision did a "beyond our expectations" job on his car. I would highly recommend this IF you want to have the same great experience we had.

Brought here my Nissan 2020 with the passenger door bent backwards. Other places asked for $6K to replace/repaint in 2-3 weeks. These guys made it with $1.6K and not even a dent anywhere. Impossible sweat ! I was shocked to say the least. In 1 day !

I love this shop! I won't let any other mechanic touch my cars not even the dealerships. They are friendly, educated and affordable and that makes a big difference in today's economy. Great job guys and keep up the wonderful work

Before advancing All Star money in January 2023, to buy parts to repair the front end of my 2001 Mercedes E320, I wish that I had looked at All Stars BBB rating and complaints. It appears that the business does well at fixing small dents, but on larger jobs Carlos Young, the Owner, gets involved and requests large advances for parts, drags out the repair, provides damaged parts and then does not complete the repair.Specifically, I paid $2,000 upfront in January 2023, for All Star to buy repair parts for the Mercedes per the Adjustor s Report that I gave to Carlos, which called for a new or decent hood, a new passenger s head light and several other replacement parts, which were not provided by All Star. I also would think that repairing the Horn, Windshield Wiper Sprayer and the other parts listed in the Adjustor s Report were necessary to complete the repair up to standard.After four months of waiting for my Mercedes and being told the parts are almost all in, All Star seemed to quickly put my Car together in a week or so in a last-minute hurry. When I paid the final $1,500 and picked it up, I noticed that it was not very clean, did not look good and drove very bad. I had to do a front wheel alignment at my expense; the Windshield Wiper Sprayer was not connected or working; and later I noticed that the Horn was not working. I also told Mike Wallace, the shop Foreman, about the hail damaged and crooked hood, and he said to talk to Carlos about that, and I did. Carlos said that he would ask his hail damage vendors to look at the Hood and would rebuff it, etc. The replacement Hood Struts were broken and made very loud noises in opening and closing the Hood. I also noticed later that the Bumper support was bent backwards and that the Bumper was not attached in the middle of that frame piece; and I noticed that the passenger side headlight strap was missing. When I discussed these items with Carlos, he said that it would take a new headlight, because you cannot buy strap separately. The passenger headlight was on the adjustor s list and my first list I gave Carlos when I dropped the Car off. Per a mechanic, the passenger headlight is fixed in place, and cannot be adjusted, and points upward now.When I picked up my Car in May 22, 2023, I also noticed three new scratches on the Car due to sitting in and being moved around in the shop over the four months that All Star had my Car. Mike said that when I came back to get the Windshield Wiper Sprayer fixed, that he could fix those scratches. Of course, they never called me regarding the part coming in.After waiting for four or five months longer without a horn and the other items listed above, I finally was able to get Carlos and Mike to meet on September 12, 2023, to discuss a List about completing the repair on my Car. Anyway, they were charging me for parts, and refused to fix the hail dented, crooked and poorly painted replacement hood. Therefore, I had my Mechanic and a paint detail shop complete every item on that List, except for repairing the hail damaged Hood. I wrote a letter to Carlos on October 2, 2023, asking for a response, but there is none.

These people are so nice! My son sideswiped a fence the day I turned my car over to him! It scraped the paint and also left fence residue. When I brought it to All Star, the guy came out and took a look, went back inside and got some kind of chemical on a rag, came back out and had it looking almost as good as new In about 1 minute at no charge. What great service! I had just come from a larger and more well-known auto body shop down the street, they wouldn't even look at it without an appointment. I highly recommend All Star!

I just left there are extremely impressed. Carlos help me out with my tailgate on my 2012 Tacoma. And help polish out a thing in my front of my bumper and my headlights. I believe that they are incredibly fairly price for the amazing work that they do is both fast and accurate. I had a great experience. Mr. Carlos and Mike took care of me and the turn around time was quick. New rear bumper looked great. I would reccomend them to any one who does needs body work done right.

Great place to go when you have a fender bender. I ve sent friends, co-workers, and family to All Star Collision. Not only do they do great work but they re fast. Short story, my frat brothers son s alternator went out on his way to Dallas, he dropped his vehicle off on a Thursday after the shop was closed. He dropped his keys off in the drop box and the next day by 4pm the car was done and ready for pickup. You can t beat that!!

My family has used this business twice and I would highly recommend! The first time, my son's car was in an accident and they needed to replace his passenger door and bumper, it looks fantastic and they were super speedy. Today I went in because my front bumper fell off, once again they took care of me immediately and with such professionalism. They are super busy because of their great reputation but you feel like you are the only customer because of the great service!Service: Body & Trim

All Star Collision Repair was amazing! I brought my car in on Tuesday for a front body repair and they fixed it within 3 days! My car looks perfect. They were super professional and got me the best price out of any other car repair shops I got estimates from. Highly recommend.

This place is a JOKE! Kept car six months and not even a dent finished on repair list. Worse than when the car was brought in. They DO NOT know what they are doing. CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Will continue to post to alert consumers. BBB, etc. photos to follow!

Carlos was even nice enough to do some touch ups that I wasn t satisfied with. Carlos and his team do top notch work and are a pleasure to deal with. They hooked up my BMW with dent repair, new paint job, new headliner, headlight buffing, etc ... I've taken a couple other cars to them and the job is always done right. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the work done. The work was outstanding and the price very reasonable. The work is so good you can t tell it was touched up. The staff was very helpful in keeping us informed and very pleasant to interact with. Five out of five stars and I highly recommend them.

Some reviews are a pleasure to write, but this is not one of them. This is absolutely the worst experience that I have ever encountered in my life. Please trust the reviews that you read, good, bad, or indifferent. I am not salty or petty, I just want you to know what you can expect from this poorly operated business. No professional courtesy whatsoever, lacks communication and honesty. Does not mind using salvaged parts to repair your vehicle, while they charge you new part prices. They are quick to accept payments for services rendered, but very slow responding to correcting any issues for the work they have performed. Buyer beware! Go somewhere else, or at the very least shop around, please!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

All-Star provided top-notch body work on my son's Chevy truck. My former-GM employee dad (who worked in the paint shop at GM), gifted the truck to my son was amazed at how well the paint job matched the original paint color on the now rare 2000 Silverado conversion model. All-Star communicated frequently with my husband even during these extraordinary pandemic, high-demand times. Not only did All-Star repair the front, left fender to perfection but they also installed LED headlights which gave a more pristine look to my son's vintage ride. Now, All-Star is the only place that I refer to family and friends. I wish that they had more locations throughout the metroplex!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have had my car repaired there twice and each time the work was remarkable . The car I had repaired is a 2017 grandsport vette. Whoever does there paint and body work is Awesome. I've had many experiences with car repair and it has not been near as good as the work these guys do. All Star Collisions take there time to make sure the job is done right. Prices are reasonable, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Plus they helped help me fix my car with out ever laying eyes on any staff member, all done by phone and text. I will refer my family and friends to All Star Collisions. So Carlos, Mike, Tonya and other staff, hats off to yall. Great job!!!!!. Oh and great job to who do yalls paint and body work!!!!

I took a car there and was quoted $1200 for about $600 worth of work by Mike the manager but I contacted Carlos the owner since I know him personally and he agreed to do the work for $800 which is close enough. I went to get the car after 3 months of waiting for it to be finally "finished" and I was charged the full $1200 behind my back which Carlos promised to refund. That was August. This is almost February. Now he ghosts me and wont respond. I had to take the car to be repainted somewhere else because the paint fish eyed through the entire car. Again Carlos was supposed to look at it but never did and never responds. If you want to be overcharged for poor quality work with waiting for your car weeks to be repaired and then to be entirely ignored when you complain about your fish eyes and orange peel that makes your car highly resemble a golf ball then I highly recommend steering clear of this fiasco

Competitive prices but work is wrong & too slow. Can't recommend.I went to them last spring to get a quote for a minor car accident. I decided to hold off on the repair but the manager seemed really straightforward with the quote so I thought of them when I wanted the gas tank from my motorcycle painted.They promised the tank in 3 days, kept it more than 3 weeks, & whenever I checked on the progress there was always a story/excuse and a lie about the time ("tomorrow"). I didn't sweat them about it but would check about once a week because there was no contact from the shop. At 3 weeks I even offered to pay for the prep work they'd done if I could get the tank back ("ready today I promise"). When they finally finished it the color was wrong (black instead of the brown). I paid for & took it because I just wanted my stuff back.

I had a small scratch in my car. Carlos gave me and good price and was very quick. Only 1 day with the car. When I picked up the car I don t even remember the location of the scratch. Great Job!

Very good service. Two of my daughters had accidents within a year of each other. The guys were very friendly and repaired our vechicles in a very timely fashion. The cars looked back to brand new and haven't had any more trouble since. A+ company.
