The parts service is awesome! My radiator broke and Joe in parts was super helpful in getting a replacement and making sure I had the right coolant. He came in on his day off on Sat. when the regular person did not show.He even let me know that my Stelvio was in need of a factory ECM update.Oh, and car dealers and service dept. are not open on Sunday in Texas. Old Blue laws and such.

Stay away!!! I had an appointment to have my 2020 Stelvio brought in for an oil and filter change. They told me over the phone it would take 3-4 hours, and that they might need to keep my vehicle overnight. Never in my years of owning several vehicles have I experienced that process. So I made the appointment and asked the service why there was no dipstick on the 2.0-liter turbo engine as I am very hands-on when it comes to my vehicles. He replied that Alfa Romeo is a luxury brand with a racing heritage, and they don't want DIY people like myself touching their engines. Wow, just wow. Plus I had to make the appointment weeks in advance, and their fee to change the oil and filter (which by the way, are Mopar products, which is not a luxury brand) is $240.00. Again, wow! So I checked online and found out that any Mopar dealer that can service Fiat vehicles, can also service Alfa Romeo vehicles. I called Park Cities Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat and they advised they could perform the oil change service in 45 minutes, and they only charge $99.00. Same oil, same oil filter, and yes they also reset the oil life monitor in the instrument cluster and the infotainment screen. Well, I happened to be in the Plano area, and I stopped by Alfa of Plano and spoke to a service advisor requesting to cancel my oil change appointment, as I had it done at Park Cities Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat. The service advisor became very agitated and lied to my face, telling me Love Field used the wrong filter and the wrong oil. I went home and verified online that Love Field used the correct oil and filter as per factory specs. Alfa of Plano completely lost my trust and I will never spend a dime with them. Talk about a lousy, luxury experience!

Shameful, absolutely shameful. Throughout the day I called about 6 times. Each time, the main line rang 10 times before being answered. Each time, I asked for parts and was promptly transferred to a line that rang 4 times and then disconnected. On my last call (and I mean forever) I explained what had been going on and was told,'that's a different building', and was transferred to someone there. After again explaining what had happened, she told me 'there's no one in parts today'.NOBODY !!!nobody to answer the phone, nobody in the whole place to let me, or others, know there was no one there - they just kept transferring the calls. What a waste of my time. I'm trying to spend money there, and that's how they treat me ???I could go on and on, but I've already wasted too much time on that sorry place

Peter is amazing! The service dept seems to have gone through several staff updates lately, but new hire Peter was super helpful and got my issue taken care of right away.

Tried calling on Sunday with no answer. Update your hours of operation or answer the phone please.
