We are somewhat dissatisfied with the state of my mother's RX350 after the repairs. This is the SUV featured in the recent photos posted by After the Storm.I detail our cars by hand specifically to maintain paint quality, so I know the condition of our cars well. This RX350 is a relatively new car about a year old and has only been hand washed.I noticed imperfections after the repairs and compared the car with my walk-around video before it was sent for repairs. There are new scratches/microscratches and chips on the exterior (however, I know the one scratch on the door was fixed after it was sent back to complete the repair), larger/misaligned panel gaps, and loose weather strips and trim pieces.I am grateful that the hail dents were repaired, but these issues should not have been introduced and causing more inconvenience. This is a huge contrast to my brother's car which was repaired by a different company and was far more severely damaged by the hail (and nearly totaled), but it was restored to the condition before the hail damage with prior damage reasonably left untouched and no new damage caused.This was completely unexpected because of the great reviews. My mother is hesistant to send the car back, because while these issues may be fixed more problems might appear.Update: The response is partially incorrect. I have left in my review that the door scratch pictured was fixed after sending the car back the first time. I am leaving the picture because a scratch like that simply shouldn't be seen by the owner.The other pictures of the front scratch and loose trim were from AFTER receiving the car the second time. The front bumper scratch appeared AFTER the door scratch was fixed. The loose weather strips and trims and the large/misaligned panel gaps were left behind, still present AFTER sending it back to be fixed. I can add more after pictures of the other problems later.I expected a response saying I failed to mention something as is consistent with every response to a negative review, but this was clearly mentioned in the review which seems to have been merely glanced over. But what I did fail to mention was the terrible polishing job the first time and the seat belt which didn't retract. I have added these pictures because people should know what they might expect. Again, these were fixed, but now there are still a lot more issues left. My father may not be able to see these, but when he brought it home all of these problems were found immediately. How should he be satisfied with loose pieces on the car?The details about the other company are irrelevant here. They took longer and left the interior dirty, but still they restored the car perfectly. While After the Storm was cleaner (I don't know if it's because of the seat covers, which should be used anyway), the trunk had a layer of dust which I wiped down so it was not a complaint. The problem here is, we would rather have a dirty car and longer time to repair, than receiving the car with new scratches, numerous microscratches, loose pieces, and misaligned panel gaps. While these were the issues to address, there was more interest in saying I failed to mention something (which was mentioned) and details about the other company irrelevant to the current issues with this company.

Excellent quality work. After the hail busted our sunroof they were able to get it repaired in a very timely manner the vehicle was cleaner when we picked it up than it was when we dropped it off and everything well just like new. Thank you guys for your speedy service and attention to detail.

So thankful to have found an automotive mechanic company that is affordable, efficient, and overall very professional. Justin quickly fixed my cars headlights, and back bumper within just 2 days, he even came to pick up my car from my home and was able to drop it off for me. I have never had such a great experience with an automotive company, not even from Range Rover where I got my car! Thank you Justin & Allegra for making this enjoyable process possible. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in DFW!

In the photos below, you can see someone damaged my vehicle while renting it. I called After The Storm Hail Repair and they fixed my car promptly and perfectly! I couldn t have asked for any other team to take care of my baby and return her in better condition than I gave it to them. Thank you guys again! Y all were amazing!!!!

Took my truck in for hail damage. They fixed the hail damage but caused other damage to my truck that was not there and after almost 4 months of them having my truck the owner Justin tells me there is nothing else they can do. I m given back a dirty truck (so much for offering car washing and detailing work) with a lousy paint job, a loose bumper, missing screws and scratches that they say were spider webs. So much for their 100% lifetime warranty and the 24/7 availability that is falsely advertised by this company. They never answer their phone and always closing early. They state they ll make it right if your not satisfied with their job but here I am not satisfied yet there is nothing else they can do , go figure. Do yourself a favor and don t use this business.Response to owner: These pictures are after I picked it up the first time when it was supposedly ready. My truck never had previous damage and I can prove that to you. If it had been with with you for 4 months I don t see why 3 more days would be a problem. Justin you failed to mention that the headliner was replaced because your staff damaged it. No one asked you to clean the headlights you said I m throwing that in for free even before all the damage was caused. The visor I didn t ask you to change you said you were doing that for all the trouble I was put through after I brought it back to you to fix all the damage that we along with Mazda dealership found that y all had caused. I have the before pictures also (before it made it into your shop) with hail damage what it originally came into you to be fixed (posted below since you want to see them). As far as The deductible that s what you advertise so if that is a big deal to you don t offer it plain and simple. As far as your detail work I have videos of your work but this page isn t allowing me to post videos, but I m sure your potential customers would love to see how clean you can leave their cars.

If you re looking to support a family run, small business, this is the place to go. Their fair pricing, outstanding customer service and results make then my number one choice. I had two chips on my windshield which needed repair, getting an appointment was extremely easy. I brought my car in and was taken care of within less than 20 minutes. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff coupled with the outstanding results has made me a lifetime customer. There is nowhere else I will bring any of my cars when they need collision repair.

Took my car to Justin after my windshield got busted from an object flying out of a dudes truck. Was able to drop it off and get it back that day and looks incredible. Highly recommend coming here for any damage to your car. Can t wait to take my car back to finish up fixing the dent and window tint once insurance pays us for it!

So far they have perfectly repaired hail damage on a truck and minor collision damage on another vehicle for me. After the Storm Autoworx is my go to! They are so nice, considerate of your time and so easy to work with. As a mom of 2 teenage drivers, I will keep them on speed dial!

First off, I need to mention they are a smaller business. This isn t a big fancy place with a big lot, however, this just makes them way WAY more personable. There was no hidden agendas, no hidden tacked on fees or other shady practices, it was straightforward with no issues (this was with me bringing my Geico quote and no deductible needed). They are very honest individuals, and will do everything possible to get you what you need, and get it done right. The wait is probably the biggest thing, HOWEVER, they will lend you a rental with no strings attached to utilize while your car waiting on to be serviced. I had it for almost 3 weeks, and it saves you so much from having to either have no car, or to pay out-of-pocket for your own rental. I can even begin to describe how much of a relief it was to have that, considering the nightmare we just got over with involving my roommate s repairs elsewhere. They did a phenomenal job, car looks absolutely almost brand new (hail repair), and they even assisted in repairing some minor ding work not related to the hail, but just annoyances from less-than-considerate fellow individuals opening their own doors Before picking up, they got the car washed (exterior), and I even noticed some possible wiping inside too, which I appreciate, because touchscreens love finger prints. In the end, they even assured me they are human, and if anything appears amiss, to let them know and bring it back, they ll cover any unfounded issues asap. Which again, I know is true since a neighbor had to do that. They kept their rental for a day or so and they took care of anything missed, which I can t imagine many places doing these days without an extended headache.I cannot recommend them enough, and hope they continue their amazing work and honesty. I will absolutely vouch for them to anyone who needs non-mechanical service done. This place was very professional. Mark was awesome he let me stay and watch the process he did a flawless job my car looks amazing he definitely knows his stuff! Kassi was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable with any questions I had. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back they have definitely earned my business again in the future.

They did an awesome job on our vehicle. All the dents have been removed and it looks again brand new. The service was also great and the people were pleasant and courteous. We were very pleased an definitely come back again.

I just leased a car 2 months ago and it got caught in the Allen hail storm. My insurance was scheduling a field adjuster a month out. I called many places and finally came across After the Storm Autoworx, who amongst the chaos gave me peace of mind. Justin and his team have been so helpful and kind and I am so grateful for the impeccable service. I am in the middle of moving addresses and wouldn t have been able to complete my move without the loaner I was able to use once they towed my car to the shop. My insurance totaled my car out so I have to start over but I have my late grandfathers truck that needs a new windshield and a new engine. I have mechanic friends that offered to help work on it and charge for parts only but I want to give my business to Justin. If I get what I should for the replacement cost of the car I should be able to afford fixing my grandfathers truck. I really appreciate the support and peace provided in my time of need. This is an establishment I am happy to support. I highly recommend you give them your business too.

Update:I tried After The Storm for my auto detailing, they not only came to my job so it wasn t inconvenient for me, they did an amazing job. My car has never been so clean! Definitely getting my other vehicle done. Thanks for a great job Kassi!Justin and his team were great. They made the claim process simple and easy for us. They were very informative and they went above and beyond to help us with our vehicle. Yes you can go anywhere else but you re missing out on great customer service and being treated like family. I usually don t write reviews but I had to for this place. The staff there were absolutely so accommodating and helpful. They went above and beyond any place I ve ever gone to before for service on my car. I recommend this place 100%. You couldn t ask for better expertise or customer service.
