John and everyone here are amazing. I m hesitant to give such a great review as they are busy as it is and don t want to make them more busy. Might make it harder for me to get my cars into the shop. My brother and I have 8 classic cars and exclusively use Ace. They do phenomenal work and are not there to gouge people. Jamie and Nat make life scheduling easy. Hands down the only place I d take a classic car in the DFW area.

I took a chance on these guys because my car restorer just doesn't seem to be interested in doing repairs and Ace had great reviews. John responded immediately to my email and said they had a waiting list which made me feel good. About 10 days later he emails me they are ready for me and what an awesome experience. My 1983 Capri was thoroughly inspected and most of the issues were a result of poor work done by the restorer. All of those issues were addressed and the car is back to being my daily driver. I already got back in line for upgrades because John and his crew know what they are doing.

Natalie and Jacob are THE BEST!!! They could have easily swindled me out of $900, but they didn't because they're honest, sweet, and genuinely good people. I was told it was an issue with the key fob, and they couldn't help. They sent me to A1 Locksmith where it cost $184 total to fix.I am so very grateful!!

Love this place. I ve been a loyal client since 2018. In my experience, Ace has always presented a fair price(maybe not the cheapest) but they stand behind their workmanship. Would recommend any day!

They worked on my Prius and were amazing. They were so kind to me and made me feel comfortable with leaving my car. As a women I already am a target for car shops to take advantage of and I definitely didn't get that feeling here. I would highly recommend them. Thank you so much Mike and team for making this such a good experience!

We took our 1972 Dodge Charger SE to Ace Car Care. The car had lots of mechanical issues. Bad brakes, power steering, transmission, A/C, and a carburetor that functioned like it was on life support just to name a few. Ron worked his magic including pulling the plug on the carburetor and upgrading to a Sniper EFI fuel injection system. The car runs great as does the upgraded A/C system. It s a totally different car after all the work that was done and we couldn t be happier. Our overall experience with ACE was excellent! My husband & I have used Ace Car Care for over 30 years & we ve never had anything but excellent service. We ve recommended them to friends & family who ve had the same experience. They re honest & they stand behind their work. They ve never recommended a service that wasn t needed. They re upfront with honest & accurate estimates before they start the work. I also appreciate that I can schedule a service to get my car fixed quickly & back to me. They re also great about checking the service schedule on our vehicles to give us a heads up on what work might be needed going forward.They re very nice to deal with & their integrity is beyond reproach. Call to get a pricing and the person that answered had a smart rude attitude about things , glad i didnt get service here and got into a situation later if their was a problem . I do not recommend this place.

I have been taking my car to Ace Car Care for years now & I will never go anywhere else. I completely trust everyone here. They are honest, everyone there is so personable & patient and they take the time to listen to all my concerns & explain everything to me in detail. Recently I had to take my car there because the power steering was out. The part was out of stock everywhere. They spent hours for days at a time trying to find it for me and were able to get a used part for me. They knew I was in a rental car and having to pay for that and did everything they could to save me money, even though my car was holding them up from being able to work on some other vehicles for over 2 weeks. My struts were also out which would have been another $700+ dollars but the owner was honest & said I would be okay not having to fix those for awhile yet, when they could have made for money. When I picked up my car my total bill was around $1,600 less than originally quoted as they worked so hard to find me a used part! Decent honest car shop. They have done multiple jobs on my car from the brakes to a radiator leak. When all other car shops quoted me 2-3k to fix , ace had a fairer price. Also I had 3 other shops do diagnostics on my car and named a bunch of different issues but non of them were actually the issues. Ace were spot on and honest with my car concerns and did a fantastic job

My car engine started misfiring and wobbling which made the whole car rock side to side. I took it to Ace Care Care expecting a full on engine disassembly and repair bill. They found the problem and fixed it for $85!! They are honest and have very good prices. The shop isn't fancy (you won't get lattes served while waiting) but they get the job done well at the right price. They are always to best. That's why I keep coming back with both my classic truck and regular cars. Talk with Jamie to schedule your classics and Jessica or Natalie to schedule your modern cars, SUVs, or trucks. Great people, very reasonable up front pricing, and excellent and timely service.

I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I have two classic 1970's Lincolns and have never taken them anywhere except Ace for repairs. Great work every time at an honest price. And anytime my modern cars need non warranty service, Ace is the place.

I was recommended to this shop by my friend who had nothing but great comments on this business. I soon realized his words only scratched the surface on the amazing quality of this shop and their people. They were honest with what repairs they recommended to get taken care of and what could wait. They have exceeded my expectations of your typical mechanic shop by a landslide. Their passion reflects in their quality of work, honesty and with fair pricing as the cherry on top. If you are looking for a mechanic shop to service your vehicle, I would highly recommend you trust your vehicle with Ace Car Care. I brought my wife's car here from the recommendation of a friend and they did a great job. When another shop tried to screw me over I brought my car here for a second opinion and they were honest and accommodating. They're now the only shop I trust. The prices are reasonable and Jamie is a delight to work with. I will not bring our cars elsewhere to be worked on.

I really loved my experience with Ace Car Care. I am a clueless college student, that doesn't know anything about cars but I felt at home and taken care of by both John, Jamie, and the other staff members there. My tow truck driver brought me here and told me that this was a GREAT company and that I didn't have to worry about them taking advantage of me. And it was EXACTLY what he said. I was really encouraged during my visit and even how fast and efficient their work is. I got there at 12:30pm and left at 2pm and that is with replacing a destroyed alternator and battery. My visit here was amazing and they hold a special place in my heart. This will always be my 'go to' mechanic and I will most definitely invite friends and family! You are Greatly Appreciated Ace Car Care!! Thank you so much again!!!!!

Been using them my whole life. Always shoots me straight and gives me a fair price and usually has my car ready by the end of the day. Is never trying to sell me extra repairs I don't need, will be honest with me on whether something is absolutely necessary, or can wait. So grateful to have an honest mechanic. I trust them with my car, and my friends and families' vehicles too.

These guys are great! Always friendly, always knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest mechanics! Always love that whenever I call with car trouble, Natalie's first question is, "are you safe" and then how they can help with the car. They do care about their customers. :)

Thank you to everyone at Ace Car Care. It is comforting to know that honesty certainly exists at Ace Care Car. They let me drop off my truck that broke down and repaired it without installing any parts. A passerby let us know this was the best place for repair. It was far away(15 miles) but so worth the trip. This is the second repair shop that I have found to be trustworthy. The first one is in Cheyenne, WY. I will definitely be back to Ace Care Care!

Best shop I have ever dealt with. They work on my collector cars as well as my modern stuff. I've been an amateur mechanic (for 52 years) as well as a collector, restorer, and appraiser. I won't let anyone else touch my cars. I can't recommend Ace Auto Care highly enough! We've taken our vehicle to them 3-4 times over the past couple of years and have always received topnotch service. They are professional, honest and thorough. They will only only repair what needs to be repaired. Many shops could have and would have charged us much more, but Ace has actually charged us less than originally quoted on a couple of occasions. Their shop may be tough to find on your first visit, but you'll be glad you did!

Ace Care Care was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad they were! I have not taken my car anywhere else since. They tell you what is wrong, what is necessary and what can wait. They guarantee their work and stand by it. Natalie the office manager is a delight and goes out of her way to get you the best price and takes good notes so you don't have to remember what you were told at your last visit. They track all their work so you never have to remember when was the last time you had something done. These guys and gal are the best!

My husband and I have taken our cars to John Williford and his Ace Car Care team for nearly 30 years. They've worked on our vehicles, old and new, domestic and import. The work is always top notch and fairly priced. They are good to offer savings when they can on expensive repairs and still give their verybest effort. We now have three generations of our family who trust our cars to them. We can't recommmend them highly enough!

Great people, awesome service from knowledgeable mechanics. Highly recommend this shop for all kinds of cars. They work on old cars too, which I love to look at when dropping off my car. Trustworthy mechanics, won't sell you stuff you don't need to fix.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! When I took my Toyota to the Toyota dealership, they tried to charge me $3,500 for a repair that Ace Car Care did for $800!! And in half the time! They're professional, inexpensive, and very flexible! Would recommend!

Great mechanics at this garage. The front office is very nice. I've been using them to service both of my vehicles for 10+ years. Their prices are very reasonable and their service is top notch.
