Today went to have my tires replaced and the workers chipped my rims real bad on purpose as told the owners that his workers following a hate group that goes around to store telling their lies. This the second time. I always went there with no problem till this hate group been going around manipulating people with their lies especially young people.So that's why I rated one star. Went there for almost ten years off and on when needed tires replaced or inspection.

Terrible customer service and wasted timeRating: I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the AAA car service shop. The customer service was terrible, and the staff demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect. It took them an unreasonable three hours to complete a simple oil change and inspection, only to find out they had neglected the oil change entirely. This level of incompetence and disregard for basic service standards is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this car service shop and recommend finding a more reliable and professional establishment.

I was driving in the area and noticed my tire was showing wire. I called and they told me to come in they close at 6:00. It was so convenient and easy and they have great prices. COME CHECK THEM OUT next time you need tires.

It is really hard to find a machanic you can totally trust. I was so relieved to find this place. I have been bringing my cars to these guys for over 15 years. They beat every other places price and they are honest. Top notch work and best prices with someone that is honest about everything. This place is a 5 star place.

I've been coming here to AAA for the past 8 yrs. Since I moved to N. Texas. I wouldn't trust my Jeep with anyone else. They are Professional, Personable, Trustworthy & Extremely knowledgeable of all makes & models.

This place deserve no stars. I just wanted a simple alignment for my car. I Called and they said they were busy so bring the car early in the morning, so I brought it early in the morning and the guy was like there s no guarantee it will be done today and said it rudely and I was like ok. Got my car back alignment wasn t even done right my steering wheel still swerved to the right. I called and they said it wasn t they re fault. I would say save your money and take it to a real legit shop that s not rude. You might spend more money but in the long run you will save more not having to go to different shop again. Highly don t recommend!!

They have repaired my car several times. They are honest and don't try to sell you things you don't need. They get you in and out pretty quick and are reasonably priced. The mechanic even drove me home one time.

Worst place ever! Went in to fix a leak & went back a month later with the same issue. Was charged twice because apparently it was a different problem the second time. Two months later coolent is still leak but I'm not taking it again since they don't do their job right. A waste of $600 , terrible service.

I had my vehicle inspected at another shop today. Inspection Failed due to 1 tire worn out. They informed me, once I replace the tire, I can get Re-Inspected anywhere I won t have to pay again.I handed the paper of Failed Inspection to the shop, informed them I need 1 tire replaced and reinspected. I bought the tire from them when it was time to pay for they wanted me to pay for the inspection. I told them, re-inspection is Free. They argued with me and forced me to pay for the inspection. I didn t have a choice, I felt I got ripped off.Here s Texas Department of Public Safety:Free Inspection Re-Tests for Failed InspectionsYou do not have to pay to get your vehicle re-inspected if it fails inspection. If your vehicle fails the inspection, have the item(s) repaired and take it back to the inspection station that originally performed the inspection within 15 days for a free re-test. If you choose not to take it back to the station that originally performed the inspection or should you present the vehicle after the 15 days, then your vehicle is no longer eligible for the free re-test.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. I took my car to get a brand new starter and when I got there they told me it was going to be done within a hour or so and when I got it back my car was perfect then later that day it started having the same problem I took it back they got mad saying I will have to pay for a new one even though they told me i had 2 years of coverage and when I took it to the dealership they told me someone in this shop added the wrong starter to the car and that it was a cheap brand where they got it from.

I wish there s a way I can rate these rude clowns with a score of zero . They are extremely rude and talk to customers with serious attitude.I went there this morning with a flat tire and the owner with the funny eye rudely asked me to move my car from the parked spot probably because he didn t think my problem will fetch him much as compared to others.I politely asked this guy, where to move my truck to and he responded somewhere huh?He asked me to not argue with since it s his business. That s the last time I will do business with these idiots .

Have to agree with some of the other reviews that that customer service might not be the friendliest...but they only charge $20 for a state inspection, got it done for me super promptly, and they did it with no upselling.

I went to this tire shop because it was the closest location to where I was at when I had a flat tire. I didn't know anything about this business had I known how they treat their customers I would have never went there to begin with. I bought a used tire from them on a Wednesday and they charged me $60 for a used tire by Friday the tire was starting to go low on air I've refilled it with air at a gas station and by Sunday it was low on air again. I went back to the tire shop on Monday and told them that the tire that they sold me just a few days earlier was not holding air properly. They informed me that it was the valve stem that needed to be replaced. After they replaced the valve stem they then charge me $35 for a valve stem in a tire that I had just bought from them days earlier for $60. Needless to say I spent $95 on a used tire at this location and will never return to this location for business ever again.

If you are looking for honesty, reliability, fast service, and very good price, then take your vehicle there. Those guys are good, and they know what they are doing. Now if you are looking for a good customer services experience then go to the dealer but get ready to pay for it too.What you get charged for is pure labor and part.Good guys, fast and reliable service.

I'm over 50, five kids each with their own used cars, high school, and college age, we have been using this superb lical garage for years because-They are honest.They are good.They are fair.They are responsible.*They are often fast.*They will tell you if they can not do the work.* They will tell you if you should not do the work and offer other suggestions.*They have been extremely kind and thoughtful towards all of my children and wife regardless whether I am present or not.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great place for auto repairs. They are up front and honest about repairs and will recommend another place if is not something they do. Fast in and out for my inspections and flat repairs every time. I have gone here many times over the last 8 years and will continue.

Took my car there for diagnostics and told the owner to give me an estimate on how much it would cost to fix it, I go back the second day and he tells me he hasn t even driven the car once and wants me to pay $120 for 2 different tests each before he can even give me and estimate and then charged me for diagnostics on top of that. When I asked him what he s charging for he started cursing me and brother out. Unethical, rude people I ve been going here for 11 years the older owner was much much better than this guy. On top of that he kept asking me to sell the car to him and once I said no he started giving us attitude, I m sure he jacked up the price to fix it because he couldn t make a profit.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Tires are priced great. Oil changes for low 20$ still.They do get busy sometimes, but they move pretty quick.Had conversations with the owner before, he usually on site. Great guy too.They have NEVER tried to sell me anything. NEVER recommended I do something that I didn't ask for. I go in and get what I want then leave.Awesome.
