People this is best place to buy a car, Mr. Ken and Omar are the nicest people, they helped me, knowing I didn't have the best credit and big down payment, friendly and its a family oriented business. Ira and Ken were amazing. I live in NC and was interested in a truck they had. Ken did a video tour of the truck with me. Ira helped me with all of the financing all after hours and walked me through all the steps. I am not tech savvy at all. Ira literally took it step by step with me and explained everything to me from financing, purchase, and delivery. There were very pleasant and professional. Very pleased with every part of the process. They go above and beyond.

I have nothing but good things to say about this auto dealership. Ira and Tony are honest extremely helpful and caring people who want to help you have a great car for a good price. There cars are sharp looking and very reliable. Their salesman Omar is a true gentleman and a good sales person . His wife also .Iam glad I know this dealership. Highly recommended. Also all the mechanics. They work hard to make things right and on time. .

Where do I start. Found a truck perfect for work on their site, called and asked to see it and when I finally got over there. The truck was ready to be seen and looked exactly like the pictures even better when I test drove it. They set me up perfectly with my bank and I got the truck the very same day.This was the easiest purchase I ve made and happy with the truck.I ve had it for a week now and gives me no trouble. I ll be sure to recommend them to first time buyers as they made all the steps clear and easy.

Purchased my Camry from this dealership and haven't been happier since!! Omar did an excellent job helping me narrow down my choices. The car was in great shape and everything was as expected. Best decision I made was coming here to get my vehicle.

We had purchased a 2019 Promaster from this establishment and shipped it to Montana, taking their word for it that it was a sound running machine. We put no more than 300 miles on this van and the transmission went out, yes the transmission went out before we had to fill it up with gas. 3400 Auto Sales said sorry as is, yet they claim their mechanics went through this vehicle. I assume by going through the vehicle they vacuumed it out and siphoned out the rest of the gas. I understand that vehicles can have issues, but the biggest issue it that they will not stand behind this unit, they most likely knew it was not shifting properly and pawned it off on someone who isn't local and wiped their hands of an auto auction fail. Google makes me give 1 star, but their unwillingness to stand behind their vehicles doesn't even warrant the star that's automatically given.

I had a fantastic experience here! I bought a beautiful truck for a great price Omar and Ken worked with me to make sure I was happy with every detail of the deal. Omar let me take the truck to my mechanic to make sure it was in great shape. I got personal service without having to sit at a busy dealership all day. I would recommend this place to anyone.

My son purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200S from this place in March 2023 and immediately began experiencing issues. Because the car was no longer under warranty, the manufacturer was unable to fix anything and since its not a "new" car, the lemon law does not apply in Texas which I think is bogus because this vehicle was truly a lemon. We ultimately found out the car had not been inspected prior to being placed for sale online. After a heated discussion, we asked for the down payment back and was offered 3000.00 of the 4000.00 put down, the dealership then offered a limited warranty and agreed to fix any issues with the vehicle. My son wanted to trust that the work would be done satisfactory and give them a chance, that was a mistake. After getting the car back in early June, (it had been with the dealership 3 weeks plus) the car seemed to run well for a few weeks, maybe a month before the same issues plus some began to arise. At this point, there's not anything we can do but come out of pocket and fix these issues on our own on top of paying the 500.00/mo note. There were no recalls for the "performance shifting unavailable" warning he continues to receive; however I'm seeing multiple owners with the same issue. Be wary of this dealership, service is mediocre at best and if you have a leary feeling, stay away...it will save you time money and a headache.

We found 3400 Auto Sales & Service through Google and the location offered a vast variety of vehicles in a very good price range for our sons first car.Upon arrival we were greeted by Tony whom was very kind and asked how could he be of assistance, we already had our car selected. Tony offered us the opportunity to test drive the vehicle, which drove well for a 2008 Jetta. All maintenance was updated with new tires.Completion of the purchase was very smooth and not time consuming, he offered us several different warranty packages which was great because we all know things happen with any vehicle. Before leaving we received a complementary car wash.Thank you for the great customer service!

Tony and Ira, the owners, were fantastic and understanding. I bought my first car from here. Top-notch professionals, these guys! Even the cars are sold for the right market price, if not slightly lower, thus making it a good deal.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP!!!Bought a 2019 ram promaster after they reassured me that they went through the whole vehicle to make sure everything mechanical is sound. (Which seems like a lie just to make the sale) less then three weeks ago and had it shipped up to Montana 2 weeks ago and spent a week getting it set up for work.I didnt even go through 1 tank of gas and the transmission went out! It has to be completely rebuilt, so I reached out to them to see if they would do anything to help since I had just purchased the vehicle.I understand it s a used vehicle and things happen but for something so major to happen in such a short amount of time after purchase you would think they would do something to make it right rather then saying you didn t purchase extended warranty so they re is nothing we can do . When I reached out to the salesman he also told me I would have to pay international minutes for him to call me?!? I don t know how they have 4 stars but if they keep doing business this way it won t last.

I must start off by saying words can't explain how amazing the salesmen by the name of Omar and Ken really was. They both made my experience of purchasing a vehicle a dream come true. If you looking for a very reasonable used car , I will personally recommend you hitch a ride from somewhere and go get you that ride you really want. I promise you won't be disappointed.

My family's been with 3400 Auto sales since 2010We have purchased up to (6) cars over the years..Were treated like family. Great pre,- checked out vehicles. They're always Fair on their sales and repairs. We always look forward to our visit to the business, and will continue to do business in the future.

Chris was the most AMAZING man to work with. I mean over and above what anyone else had done for me at a car yard. I walked in yesterday defeated and he promised to try his best and I drove out today with a safe and reliable car to get me back to work.I can't recommend this place enough! Tony was great but Chris is definitely who you want in your corner!

I'd give a zero if possible. This place is a joke. Spent an entire day setting up a loan all the while they weren't telling me the truth about a vehicle I was trying to purchase. Prior to making the drive the price which they gave me went up because someone else wanted the truck. I was given the chance to buy the truck at a higher price than they were offering it to me even though the truck needed work. When I spoke with Ken he raised his voice and started talking over me every chance he got. They sent the wrong purchase paperwork numerous times throughout the day only to try and pump the price at the last minute. Fernando was nice to deal with until he quit answering the phone. All in all I should have known better. May not be this way for everyone but my experience was absolutely terrible.

If you need a car, this is the place to go to. If you don t like that car, they will find a way to get you something with different types of options. Customer service is amazing and they will work with you as much as they can. You might be there for a while but it s worth it and it definitely pays off. You will walk out with a car for sure because they want to help you as much as they can. I had 4 options and the first 3 was terrible. My last option was a 2015 Toyota Corolla, so before you leave, make sure you see all the other options you have. Best dealership I ve ever been too.

if i could i would give this car dealership a 0 star. they are scammers. not only was the vehicle not registered, they had me come to the dealership on 5 straight separate occasions for the inspection. guy at the front desk was sketch. and the person selling me the car tried appealing to me and relating to me because i am military. weird, typical car salesman. one rim is not even the right one for my car, and the girl lied and said they ordered a new one. never got back to me on that. all 4 tires needed to be renewed maybe a month after i got the vehicle. i work at a very busy coffee shop and at least 30 people havementioned this dealership and i have told them not to go because they are shady and a SCAM. disrespecting military and being weird with me as a woman is so shady. a laughable dealership. my mechanic is nice enough to have fixed everything wrong with my car free of charge, but if you don t have that, DONT GO HERE FOR A CAR.

I was in the market for a new car and had secured my own financing. I saw 3400 Auto had a truck I really liked for a good price, so I gave them a call and scheduled a time to come in. When I spoke to my financing company, they required a warranty on the truck in order to fund the purchase. I talked to MJ, the finance manager, he worked with my loan provider and had everything settled and ready in an hour. I walked out with the truck I wanted, at the price I wanted, with a better warranty than I had originally intended. This happened all in about an hour. From the moment I walked in, everyone I worked with was friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and excited to get me into a new vehicle. I couldn't recommend this dealership enough, and will be taking my truck there for any service it needs in the future. These are good people, you will not be disappointed giving your business to them.

These guys are great! I purchased a vehicle from them and everything about the car buying experience was made easy. The car i purchased came up with an issue shortly after i got it home, but im happy to report that even though i had an issue, 3400 Auto did everything in their power to make it right! They fixed every issue that i found with the car, and im not going lie, i am VERY picky and notice every last thing. They are stand up guys and live up to every bit of their end of deal when you purchase a vehicle from them. You can shop for a car here and buy with confidence, they will take care of you! Big thanks to Tony, Ken, and Ira, you guys really went the extra mile taking care of me!

Bought my truck from Tony and Ira at 3400 auto sales and it was a great decision. Used truck with 152,000 miles was a slight gamble but, I am glad I bought here. Not only did they fix the things I brought up right after the sale but, later when my regular mechanic quoted me $1100 for a repair I went to see Tony about using his shop. He actually recommended a $7 fix (tryst worked) instead of jacking me around. Like my regular mechanic did. No longer using the regular mechanic. Thank you guys.

Got a car here yesterday and it was such a great experience.Such a relaxed casual atmosphere. They worked with me to make sure I could afford the car I got.It was so refreshing to have such an easy relaxed experience after visiting 3 other dealerships and having poor experiences with them.Thanks guys!
