Corporate refuses to refund $180 for my account. I canceled 4 months ago and I don't live near the car.wash. Site Mgr. was very helpful. I've spoken with him in person. 3 times and spoken with customer service now been corresponding by email. With account services who has informed me that I should just use the car washwash for a month cause they won't refund my money

This is the worst car wash I have ever been to! I visit Plainview four times a year and it keeps getting worse. They can t give you a receipt, the manager is never there when I go, the staff can t give you his card or contact information, I didn t get the services I paid for and the windows come out wet from their so called dryer with no staff to spot dry the cars. THIS PLACE SUCKS! The greed of management going in with private equity and they have cut it to the bone. They owe Plainview an apology and a change of ownership!

Most vacuums don't work. Attendants quit drying the car several months ago. All they say is we don't have enough people. Most blowers in the tunnel don't work. The location is in sore need of maintenance and cleaning. I have talked to the manager several times and they say they have turned in a work order and take no ownership of getting things working. Unfortunately this the only alternative in town.

I purchased a monthly deal, but only because it's a company vehicle. One of the brushes don't spin, water pressure at the exit is really weak and don't rinse very well. Usually have to go thru twice to keep it washed off. Then go to do it yourself car wash to finish rinsing. Not a really bad place if you just need a quick kinda cleaning. But don't expect alot

Only the driver s side gets scrubbed. My car has the same dirty spots and it has now been washed 8 times. Same bug guts on the window and same dirty spot on the passenger side. Not worth the money anymore. And they no longer dry your car.

I got my car washed today and it is still dirty. They do not take the time to really clean anything. They run you though as quick as they can and I still have bug and dirty all over it. I am NOT impressed.

One of the large rollers isn't working inside the washing machine. It doesn't clean the left side of the car. But the brush people are pretty good.

The vacuums barely work, forget using them at all, I actually found one that had enough suction to vacuum! Then, if you have ANY kind of bugs on your windshield or grill, better just go to a do-it-yourself car wash!! They use a soft mop with very little effort to remove them. Not much better than a rain shower! Probably my last trip there! One plus they do put out towels, which was nice. Granted it was only $12, but who wants to waste even $12!

I canceled my membership a year and a half ago and I was just charged $45 on my account. There is no one to call just keeps ringing and ringing and the customer service isn t open. I got the $24 wash. I mainly wanted to get the bug guts off the front. The bug guts are still there, the wind shield was cleaner before I got it washed. Even the road dust was not washed off

Today was better, the guy working today by himself, did a better job than the last 3 times. The bugs on the front of my car, never seem to come off. This guy did a good job. Still 1 million on there, but at least he tried.The vaccumes do not suck at all.... waste of time. Just wished it was better. I hate having to through the car wash 3-4 times, just to get the Right side clean and the back., stripes car wash did a better job... sorry zips it was better in the past.

You know I don't like doing reviews because businesses have bad days...but I paid for unlimited For 2 vehicles! I hate getting my car washed here I tried to cancel but it doesn't work I have yet to get my car dried off at this location as the other reviews said you see two guys or one and then they disappear must be family today it was 1030 and they didn't lift the gate made us wait ..there's one guy maybe two I see the cars . Maybe if management would pitch in when they are short we would get a better wash .its like they don't care ..maybe they need to remember that if it isn't for the customers there's no business. There's a car wash on 24th st . thats automatic that does a better job and its only $12

Car wash has been usually good but when they scratched my rims and decided that they were already there so they weren't going to fix it..lost my business.. I know I had small scratches to begin with but I had deep scratches and I heard it scratching but I couldn't stop because it was a busy day.

Got $18 carwash and my car did not look clean. I went back and the kid wanted to argue with me. I asked for the manager and he said the manager was not in. He finally agreed to rewash it but had an attitude. I will not be going back.

This place used to be good but since then they've stopped pre-brushing the cars. The prices have skyrocketed and the car wash.... Well... Is mediocre at best. I took my car in today to get it washed and paid $15. There are still bugs on my front bumper and the side of my car still has dirt on it.... Not even hard stuck on dirt. I was literally able to wipe the dirt away with my finger.Save yourself some money and either do it yourself or go somewhere else. Definitely not worth the money.
