They can t tow ppl out of ditches. What s the point in their company if only to overcharge folks to take em places but not help them in emergencies

These guys were truly awesome. I had to get my car towed to Lubbock, and they quoted me by far the best price. The tow truck drive, Jo, was extremely nice and helpful. Having to get your car towed is never fun, so naturally, I was in a terrible mood, but Jo made everything as easy and pleasant as possible. By far the best tow experience I have ever had.
