I placed over 10 phone calls to this location in Plainview Texas and finally got to speak to someone in the Online pickup department on my last call. It took me 2 1/2 hours to reach someone and when I did she was rude and did not care at all that I was calling concerning an order total almost $500 $500 or five dollars it doesn t matter customer services a key and ma am or sir. Whoever the manager is you re in dire need of a tuneup and customer service refresher course. Sam Walton would turn over his grave if he knew how his people are acting nowadays towards customers .

Well if you order a cake for pickup at 10am expect the staff to have it ready at 3:30pm and for it to be lopsided and uneven. This store always disappoints in every department from in-store stocking to online grocery orders. The only reason people put up with it is because it is one of the only stores in the area.

Sorry but Wall Mart is getting worst every time I go there, your associates never know where your items are, beside I always have to check my items out and not only that, after I paid for my items, still I have to wait for y another associate to check my recipe

Worst online pick up. Nobody answers the phone when you show up. The last 3 times I ve done this I sit in the parking lot for about 30 minutes just trying to call. Ridiculous.

I researched laptops and spent about 39 minutes looking at what Wal mart had. After making my decision I searched for someone to help me and finally found a young man walking through the department. He looked at the laptop I wanted and proceeded to tell,me that they didn't have any in stock. I asked him what he did have which was 3 or 4 of the higher prices ones. When I asked why they didn't post out of signs by the ones that were not in stock he walked off. Don't go looking for this laptop!

Order a small refrigerator had it set up so I could pick it up in 5 days.I came to pick it up and they said they had canceled it. They did not text me or call me so it was totally asinine of the manager to do something like that. I could have easily picked one up along the way and another place so I've never ordered another one at this place again

The bike section was a disaster!!! NOTHING is where it s supposed to be! We took our son to get a bike for his birthday, we spent over an hour trying to figure what each bikes price was! He pick a bike that day it was $98 and when we went to pay it was $228! The lady manager who went to price check was rude af. We didn t get him a bike here we will just make a trip to Lubbock and get him there

I'm not sure what's going on with them but it's not near the store it was when Sam Walton was alive . The costumer seems to come a distant second .

Walmart is Walmart but this one is in a great location for those I-27 drives. They are open 24 hours which is a huge plus. And they carry my favorite hair gel here!

I live in the PRAIRIE HOUSE LIVING CENTER NURSING HOME, AND Have been here for the past 9 &1/2 years. Seems to be a great place to live and the Staff is helpful as well. I would give this place a 4 star rating. Just a good place for a person to spend their senior years amongst some mighty friendly folks .

Nice WM a lot of space for truckers. Good product. Spent $78. But ... I bought 2 (two) cucumbers and one is a little bit dead. ( Had no glasses), I'll keep it and next time when I will be in this area I'll return it :)

Bought a spray cleaner and it leaked all over my car before i even got home and they won't return it. Multi billion dollar business crushing the little guy, i doubt this would destroy your sales numbers for the year.

I'm sorry but they don't stay true to there prices we went to buy a bike for my grandson the bike was on a higher rack so there was no way we could of put it there and the price said 64.00 dollars so we had a employee get it for us got to check put ot rang up for 98.00 she Saif it must of been in the wrong spot that's not our fat I said shegot an attitude about it and this has happened to me several times in the plainview store refuse to buy anything there other than my meds and gas.

As usual it was busy! But I think rearranging the food sections during the days when customers are shopping for Thanksgiving! I wasn't the only one, at one point some of us were asked by other shoppers where we found items in our baskets! But everyone was in a good mood and everyone just laughed & helped best ee could. Plus it was pretty warm in Walmart, going back & forth looking didn't help. Hope everyone has a BLESSED Thanksgiving.

Curbside pickup is great - when they are there. When you are the only person there for 20-30 minutes waiting on someone to come to work - not so much.
