Waited an hour to pick up an empty trailer.Guard shack ladies are not very friendly.Would not go back.Take Exit 51 if you are driving a semi that one will give you directions to the semi entrance.

Truck entrance to walmart is 2801 Quincy, Plainview, TX 79072, The men & and women at the guard shack are very polite and have a great attitude..... Great service

Arrived at 04:30 on a Sunday morning for what I thought was a 05:00 live unload appt. Was told the appt had changed to well into the future. Told to come back at 07:00 to see about a work-in, which I did. There was a dock available for me, so I got checked in and to a dock. Both the folks at guard shack (both times) and the S&R office lady were very polite, professional, friendly and efficient. I had to disconnect and leave trailer at dock, waited for text when done unloading. Checkout process was efficient. All done and gone by 11:30. I was grateful they accommodated me! Note the orange paper in the window, Shipping office opens at 04:45, or some such wording. Oh, and restrooms available inside!!! Also, must wear mask.

2801 Quincy St Plainview TX is the address for the truck entrance. Exit 51 off I-27 is Quincy Street. About a half mile east of the interstate. Valero and Cefco truck stops at exit 49 and US-70, also on the east side of the interstate. Fast unload and good people. Disconnect and bobtail to the parking area in front of the traffic office

Arrival 4:49 AM. Straight to door 51. Dropped trailer checked in, went to bed. 7:00 AM sharp, got a phone call, come get your paperwork. Commodity was Campbell's Soup and Pace Picante sauce. Great check in at gate and receiving. One of the better Walmart DC experiences I have had.

Got here yesterday at 1500 for a 1600 appointment. Checked in at guard shack and was directed which dock to go to. Dropped trailer and parked across from receiving office. 1.5 hrs later was out. Was very pleasant and surprised for a Walmart dc.

9am appointment arrived at 8am. Docked at 9am. Unloaded by 1pm. Less than 5000 pounds 25 pallets. Yall be the judge.

Got here at 8am appointment was at 9am. I got 10 pallets on my trailer and 3hrs later I'm still here waiting.

Arrived at 8am for my 9am got into a door right away checking is was so easy at the gate and office. 1.5 hours and out the gateLots of room to maneuver clean rest rooms and break room.Can't complain and thank you for your business

Very easy place to find and easy access to the Truck entrance. Check in at guard shack was very fast arriving an hour early for a 5am appointment. Needless to say it is 8:15am now and here I still sit waiting on paperwork for not even a full load, ridiculous. Too many big outfits like Walmart, are not concerned with what any driver has scheduled after delivery or picking up, only care about their freight.

Warning !!! If broker has told you to drop the trailer for 24 hrs then it is a lie, the least time they are going to detain the Trailer is 72 hrs, and after that the clock starts. Ask at least $500 extra for every day you drop the Trailer for, and pick up another load Power Only in the meanwhile.

It's my work place. Drive a truck. No complaints. Been good to me. Been at this DC 8 years. I've requested to transfer to another location recently so I will be leaving soon. I've enjoyed my time here just ready for a new chapter in my life.

Currently waiting for them to finish unloading (5HOURS!!! and still waiting)It would probably help if their employee s will communicate with each other so drivers don t have to drive back and forth from the check in office to the dock due to their staffs miscommunication

Wow best walmart and security guard. If they have door they will take you before your appointment. Lady in front desk in receiving is so friendly and nice. All drivers just want see a friendly talk and smile that it. Helpful , thank you walmart team

You will be waiting for hours to unload. I arrived on time for my appointment and was sent to a door which already had a trailer in it. They finally got me to a door and I have now been here 5 hours. Still not unloaded.

It wasn't too bad. Only thing is they are fixing the road so once go across the train tracks you have to go all the way around just to get to the entrance. Other than that Easy in easy out. It's a drop and hook yard sooo no long waits.

I hated going there as a truck driver, miles and miles of two-lane highway all the way out west scenery looks like something out of a ol time western movie(kid you not)! I couldn t believe there were places like this in America at this day and age smh and the people at the distribution center were unfriendly and smug I would Never go back there I don t care how much money you pay me

It took 10 hours for them to return my bills signed. I had a 9 a.m. appointment I was on time. It only took them one hour to unload. Which that was good. After that I was told my bills will be emailed. You would think that would be priority especially since Walmart DCs are very strict on their appointment times. Common Courtesy, if I get the freight there on time then give me my bills on time. As a owner operator this is the only proof that I delivered the load and the only way I can get paid. Especially when payroll is due at the end of the day. So now I won't get paid for this load until the next weeks payroll. Next time I will not remove my trailer out of the door that it's assigned to until I have my bills signed in hand.

I arrived 3 hours earlier than my appointment, and the guy at the entrance gate (Rafael) let me in. All the workers of others walmart distribution should be like Rafael, nice and helpful with truck drivers.

Always nice place to come to. Quick in and out.To drop a trailer it can be tight but not horrible. Could use some more lighting at night to see. Empties around back.

Not only did Walmart get rid of all the cashiers in the stores , they must have gotten rid of all the grounds keepers at their DC's , Backing into a door having to run over mounds of trash is ridiculous .. Come On Walmart you people are Billionaires , hire people and stop the damn Corporate Greed !!!

You guys need more trainning or to be held accountable for your poorly stacked and wrapped pallets. Every single day your truck shows up there is guaranteed to be atleast 1 tipped over pallet sometimes more or a small pallet in between 2 tall pallets which causes 1 of the tall ones to tip. every day we have to waste an hour cleaning up your tipped pallets we have broken product before we can even get it off the truck. Sure you have times you have to meet but geez that doesnt mean just throw stuff on the pallet and hope it stays up. Its unacceptable and its an everyday occurrence...New review ... can we stop tape wrapping the pallets it doesnt help at all it actually damages more product and makes it very hard to get the pallet papers without being ripped up

Live unload,arrive 08:45 no problem security check perfect no problem, got my door 09:00, receiving very unprofessional is pass 11:00,and they haven't touched it that freight,not to mention is only 1/2 load

By far, hands down, the best Walmart DC I ve ever had the privilege of delivering to. My load was supposed to be a trailer drop and wait for them to unload it. My outfit isn t a drop and hook. The trailer I have belongs to me. When I told them what I was supposed to do (per the broker, mind you), they called the receiving office, who said it could be up to a week before they got the trailer unloaded. I said, oh, well, I have to wait because it s my trailer. Receiving clerk offered (even though they didn t have to) to schedule me a live unload appt for the following morning. I said heck yeah, let s do it!! Went down the road to the local Walmart store to park til the morning. When broker found out, they told me to go back and drop it and I would be duly compensated . I ignored that order and was unloaded by 8:30 am the next day and on down the road. Thank you guys for helping out even though you didn t need to. THAT S the way drivers should be treated.
