Had to wait several days after the ETA date for tires to arrive. Then they could not find the lug nut key in the glove compartment. Had to go back up there and found it in a bag labeled lugnut key. Very frustrating.

The girl that checked me out was extremely rude. I ordered tires online with walmart and had them.sent there. The online was great. Rite on time. But checkout girl needs a personality. The guy that brought tires out was Awesome

Terrible service, did not call to tell me the tire was unfixable, and then told me the tire was done and were about to charge me when it was not done. Got it done at Willies 10 min later .

Took three hours to put my tires I bought from them online on my car then they charged me an extra 200 dollars. I complained and all they could do was offer us an free oil change. I ended up taking to the store manager he said he would look into it to see what went wrong it's been weeks and he hasn't gotten back to me and is magically busy every time I try to contact him. I wont be going in to get my oil change after seeing how many peoples cars they have damaged using improper tools on cars.

I had a tire put on my pickup ,ask them to put the old tire in my pickup bed, they didn't and could not tell me where it went.Then the next day ,my mother had me put a tire on her car even though the tire she replaced was very good and she had me ask to put the o l d tire in the trunk, no tire and ??? The g u ys at wal mart here in plv.resell to a local tire shop.

I am not from the area! My husband travels for work. I wake up from our hotel with a flat. I pump up my tire and head to Walmart thinking. Walmart will have my back! So I get there the girl is pretty nice does her job. Tells me its gonna be a 45 min wait. So I do a little shopping. When I go back to pick up my car the light pressure gage is on. My husband says maybe the air needs to get adjusted. So we go have dinner as we are getting out my tire is flat again. We take it back the guy says its gonna be a 45min. wait but they close in 30min. So mY husband says fine just put some air it it my wife will bring it back in the am. I take it back ,the guy in the front says its gonna be 20min. I go sit and eat at McDonald's for 30min & my car still has not been touched. I then ask the other girl what the status of my car was and she said its like 20min. I said that it was the other guy told me 20min ago. I wait another 10min total of 1hr and my car has still not been touched. So I then wait in line & ask for my keys & a refund. She goes out gets my keys & tells me she can't give me a refund because her manager has already left for the day. I will need to come back tomorrow. At this point I am beyond frustrated ! I pretty much paid walmart to waist 1hr & 45min of my time. Luckily right across the street by the pizza hut is Willies Tires. Great amazing service he helped me with some other stuff I may have needed & I was in & out within 15min!!!

Well WalMart is no different than any other business you can not train someone to care! Apparently the manager cared but could not cure the problem. Called shortly prior to closing of the auto department to see if they could put us in line or see if we could be a few min late to get a flat fixed where the nice girl answered and offered to put me on hold! 20MIn later I hear my son get there and they told him that he could not help! All the mean while the nice folks across town at Torres Tire offered to stay late and help me out! I then called the manager of walmart who could not figure out who picked up the phone and put me on hold. Hope those friendly globes in the sky were in operation! No one offered to stay late like the fine folks across town so I would like to give a no star award but that is not an option!

Decent price on tires and very happy about warranty on tires. They keep there word and gave me a new tire that was warranty.payed ten dollars.

If you need anything done on your car dont come here.... always problems with them, From family to friends..i never recommend anyone come here even for an oil change. Hate to even leave a review but it always something with them.

Pretty dang good for a Walmart. I think these guys take pride in what they do, not like other Walmart auto centers. Good job Plainview.

Awful service. I can not give this place a low enough rating.Update - I got my oil changed here last night. driving away the drain plug fell out draining all the oil out of my engine and leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere.
