Love , love the staff and Turpen s themselves . They have served my family s needs with insurances for nearly 15 years now and that without a hitch. They make you feel like family .It s nice to know when you go in or call their priority is to help and solve insurance needs with personal care and love. John and Melissa have blessed our town in many ways . Thank you to them & staff.

Came to Plainview to visit family and needed a physical copy of our Progressive Insurance policy, was told she couldn t do it because we didn t sign up for progressive at this exact location. We called progressive to confirm and the agent said that they have never heard of this because policies can be printed at any establishment that specializes with progressive. Didn t bother going back inside because clearly they didn t want to do their job in helping with this simple task. Do better.

I have done business with Turpen Insurance for more than 30 years. They have great, friendly customer service and will treat you like family. The staff is very knowledgeable and explain insurance to me in a way I can easily understand. They have several companies and will find the the best market to suit your needs. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
