They were very nice and I got all my stuff done fairly quick. The people giving one star probably didn't have all thier info they needed. Just be sure to have your birth certificate I.D./DL social and maybe three pieces of mail from current address and I don't think amazon counts but I took some insurance mail and social security mail and it worked.

We had a Monday mid-day appointment and there was a minimal wait. The lady that helped us was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. We were in and out quickly. Very pleased with the service we received. No complaints whatsoever. :)

DPS clerk was very helpful with my appointment and helped correct my mess up on check-in. Courteous and getting my information corrected and renewing of driver's license on this renewal period.

My first visit was frustrating. Usually you will get kicked back before you get all the required paperwork. Came back a second time with what I thought was my original birth cert. It wasn't. I was again turned away but with good help.There was an employee that guided me in the right direction for a birth certificate. Who knew the court house had it since I was born in San Antonio. I'm glad I ran into her because I would still be waiting for the one I ordered a couple months ago. I now have every thing I need.Only 4 stars because I believe they need a sign in sheet or number system to keep customers organized instead of guessing who is next.

Appointment at 3:50, be there 30 minutes early, finally got in at 5:10 to get drivers license renewed. Waiting outside in 105 degree heat !! The least they could have done was hand out bottled water.They were nice.Gezz !!

Typical government office where the front desk workers earn their typical zero personality stereotype and you can never have everything they need in one appointment. So basically, everything went par for government office appointments. Super exciting

Since theres no 0 for review this star don't mean nothing. The staff really are rude they tell what u need to bring n when I bring it they tell u they cnt use it cuz some lame excuse. The staff needs more work on greeting n customers service instead of worrying what they're gonna eat on their lunchbreak. So here's a tip Dps staff work on ur attitudes n just maybe just maybe y'all will get good reviews.

Rude, have had to make at least 3 trips because someone likes to be on power trips. Funny how tax dollars pay these people and all they can do is treat the taxpayer as a subject not a citizen. If you hate your job so much go somewhere else and quit making our lives hard cause your miserable.

I went to renew my license and it was very quick. Staff was very nice. Only took about 15 mins from the time I walked in to when I left.

Lady at the desk is probably the rudest person I have ever dealt with... wow talked to me like I was trash... you know the only reason a person treats other that way is because they unhappy with themselves so she must hate herself.

Because the office is by appointment only at this time, there was no wait. We were the only ones there and the process was very smooth and quick.

Good luck getting anything done here. They try to change the rules every single time and are too incompetent to comprehend the requirements posted on the official website AND the handouts THEY give out.
