I work super close to the new Quick Lane and was excited to see that it was open. The light for my tire pressure had gone on that morning so I took it in for them to check that and I also got an oil change. Everyone was super attentive and courteous from the second I got there. They greeted me outside and ushered me into lobby while they took my car to get worked on. They gave me status updates and when they finished they went over how my car rated as far as brakes and tires and such. Ezra and his crew went above and beyond to provide great customer service. I was already a customer with Smith Ford for my oil changes so having this so much closer to me will make it even better for future visits.

Went to get an oil change on a new pickup 12k miles with zero problems. They were professional and had great front presence. Waited around 45-60min for the oil change. That night I realized I had no oil pressure and my engine light was on. Next day I took off of work again to see if they could fix it. They couldn't figure out what was wrong accept maybe an oil sensor. Then said we don't want to have to charge you and it should be under warranty so just take it to the dealership. Spent an hour there a second day for no reason. They are trying but it seems they aren't ready to do everything they think they can.

I went to quick lane to get a patch on my tire. I was told that they could not do it unless it was in the middle of the tire. The screw was approximately 1/4 of inch from the middle. I asked them just plug it I was told they could not do that. I said put it back on I will go someplace else. I went someplace else they took the tire off and placed a patch on it. I believe quick lane was trying to just get me to buy a tire. There not getting my business no more.Please do send me that report because his measurements and mine a patch was sufficient

Bought 2 brand new tires 3/14/24 for $174/each, I was never offered road hazard or I would ve purchased it. Today 4/10/24 had a nail in the side wall of the tire. I was told it was irreparable and a new tire would be $260. Customer service is severely lacking.

Thank you to Ezra and his team over at Quick Lane Tire & Auto for their hard work. Not only did they change my oil, they also did a vehicle check up letting me know additional info on my car. Great work guys!

Everyone was very helpful!! I got an oil change and I have to say I was very impressed. On the way they take their time and go through a checklist and also let me know everything that needed service soon!!

Could not be more impressed. Great facilities , very courteous, honest and transparent. Called me and gave me updates. and finished my repairs in a timely manner. I would recommend highly.

Will never come here again, went in to balance my tires and it took them 1 hour to tell me that they couldn t take off my lug nuts. They don t have a clue what they re doing don t recommend.
