Customer service was good but my car wasn't cleaned as I hoped. 100$ + to have it vacuumed. My cup holder was still dirty and sticky, the air vents, the door edges inside gunk with dirt and dust. About 4-5hrs late, made me feel I was not a priority and the last rushed job of the day.I called as suggested,nobody answers.

I purchased a Jeep in Houston and encountered some issues with it. After contacting Frontier Dodge, Spirit Dodge in Lubbock, and All American in Slaton, none of them could schedule me in for a minimum of 2 weeks, and they were not very helpful. However, when I contacted Plainview Dodge and spoke with Marc Gonzales, he assured me they could diagnose the issue the same day if I brought it in. Despite driving from Lubbock to Plainview, I decided to give them a try. Once there, the technician, CJ (I think), did an amazing job diagnosing the problem and identified a couple of additional issues that needed attention. I approved the repairs and was kept informed of the progress. It was definitely worth the drive, and I will always take my vehicle to Plainview Dodge for service in the future.

I was broken down during travel. They worked me in, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and sent me on my way. Excellent knowledge and listened carefully to my symptoms. Very reasonable rates. Highly knowledgeable tech. Nailed the issue. This service team gets a full five stars.

I really like this dealership a lot. Recently I had issues with a jeep that I had purchased at a different dealer in Lubbock Tx. My vehicle overheated and was taken to the nearest dealer. Had so many issues with warranty coverage and the dealer whom I purchased it from. Mark (who has giving me amazing service with other of my vehicles previously there) referred me to John Taylor. I promise guys you can t go wrong, I mentioned my frustration paying for a vehicle recently purchased that had been not drivable for 4 months. he took everything under his hands and gave me all the options I could take to get out of it or fix it. I decided to get it swapped I mentioned what I like and wanted and he had it deliver in less than 50 minutes same day. They took my damaged recently purchased jeep w. swapped it for a gladiator my favorite color, no issues whatsoever. Paper work was so fast, and he explained all the extra things included in the package. JT will definitely answer all your questions and take care of you. Best service ever.

Unethical behavior and taking advantage of the elderly all this dealership is doing is stealing peoples cars and selling them high priced vehicles by adding lies to the forms they are filling out do not go there if you don t want to be taken advantage of.I m re-editing this review cause I received a general reply from the dealership stating to reach out and they would help with the matter I m here to tell you that we have reached out several times and each time they are basicly telling us to go pound sand they really don t care and further more they are not totally up front of who is a the manager there they want to leave you in a state of confusion

I was told when o purchased my new dodge that it came with the free oil changes completely from dodge. Then when I went to receive my first oil change was informed that the offer didn t include the tradesman package. Thus excluding my vehicle.

Horrible place to buy a vehicle. Bought my daughter a 2017 Juke last Christmas, she has only been able to drive it for 5 months before the transmission went out. We took it to the service dept there since that s where we purchased it and they damaged it even more! Alex the service manager keeps giving us the run around and they won t take responsibility for missing parts above the tires. Tried contacting JD the sales manager multiple times and he never returned our phone calls, but they were sure nice when we were purchasing the vehicle. Steer clear!

I always have an issue finding someone to inspect my car. I tried Plainview Dodge and I was told they could do the inspection now. As I was waiting for my car, I thought, if they are this responsive to my needs on this, they are probably that concerned about my business.Good work, I'm sold.

Had an awesome experience purchasing a 2023 hornet for my wife. I couldn't locate the unit we wanted. JT went above and beyond helping me. He not only located the hornet with the options wanted. He had the vehicle delivered to us at home in Big Spring. I was a little nervous buying a car without a visit to the dealership or without even seeing the car. But JT assured me all would be well. And it was! My wife loves her new Hornet! Thanks again JT!!!

Horrible support here. If you are looking for a respectable dealership and salesperson who will listen to you, care about you, and when things go wrong they will do everything for you. DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT! GO HERE! You will not find any of these qualities at this dealership. All they care about is money. They DO NOT care about the customer. So if you are reading this and you value yourself as an individual you will find a better place to go. I can promise you anywhere else will be better than here.

Went for the event because they said we had won a prize. Turns out the matching numbers mean nothing! Get there and instead of $1000 they say we won an Oculus. Or at least it was a picture of an oculus but it reads virtual reality device which they give us a cardboard headset you sit your phone in Biggest misleading scam I have ever been a part of! Just for this I would never buy a car from a place with such shady business tactics.

I recently took my 23 Gladiator in to have an issue checked. The service department took great care of my vehicle and kept me informed of the progress of the service. I highly recommend this service department.

I drove almost 2 hours and came home with nothing. Just because the the advertisement, they did about winning something which you didn't win. Nothing. All they were trying to do is make you buy a car. That's not cool at all I just sent a full Gass just to think I win $$$$ of $2500 my next car would not be front this car lot... I would give them no star bit I have to be forced to give a star so I Raise them a 0 star.

Miguel Rodriguez Jr is the best here! I'm almost 30 & have NEVER financed a vehicle before now.. BUYER BEWARE! If I could give less than 1 star I would. JT jr is a great salesman, until you need and then he refuses to do anything for you. We decided less than a day later we were not happy with the vehicle we purchased and JT jr refused to help us. In fact, he got angry with us. We asked for our paperwork and he said they didn t have any, which sounds crazy! Terrible place, go somewhere else where they will treat you as a a human being instead of a paycheck.

I had a very positive experience. I was having some issues with my vehicle. I took my vehicle in to get serviced and I was contacted by Marc within the hour after Leaving it. Marc was very helpful in breaking down The repairs my vehicle needed as well as the cost. Marc was also accurate on the time my vehicle would be ready for pick up. The men in the Service department did a great job. My vehicle is running great and I can definitely notice it s Driving a lot better.

Great service! Got an oil change, tires rotated, and state inspection. They also notified me that there was a recall on my vehicle and they took care of that as well. I will definitely return.
