I had a check engine and needed a diagnostic. It was raining and I was the first customer. John made sure the store was open right on time and was finished with the diagnosis in less than 5 minutes. Appreciate his work and wanted to say good job John and Plainview O reilly.

I went in to buy a headlight bulb and I had no clue what type of bulb or how to even replace it. Jonah offered his help and actually removed and installed the new bulb for me in less than 5 minutes. It would have taken me 30 min at least. Awesome help, and awesome customer service. Thanks Jonah!!!

Just stopped in to get a check engine light diagnosed two employees were walking up to the front just looked at me and didnt even bother greeting me. I said hello and they both said nothing back and so I asked if they could help me with a check engine light and still neither of them responded to me but they both said something quietly to one another. Ultimately I was helped and after some awkward silence I was given a printout with my code and I left. This level of rudeness is unacceptable.

It's a excellent environment for car and truck essentials. The employees are extremely helpful and courteous. Especially Brian. Ty Sir.

Went in to get some coolant, waited to check out while being ignored by staff as they continued to look for parts for people, instead of taking care of customers waiting to pay. Ended up walking out. 100% do not recommend

Entered looking for Specific product type. Found product, not in a feasible size. When asked about product, employee had no idea. We looked it up together but I needed to give directions on how to view information as employee had no idea. While looking on shelf, another employee walked between me and the items twice without asking if I needed help. I was only customer in store with 3 counter emoyees, none (0) were in phones helping others either.

Nobody said hello when I walked in..told cashier I was there to pick up a part..at first he told me he couldn't find it then about 10 mins later somebody else came with the part..rang it up and laid my receipt on the counter..no thank you..nothing

I used to frequent this place quite a bit but had a few bad experiences with the help here. I haven't been here in a couple of years to ask for a part because of it so I can't really comment on the help now. I usually just come in for something that's out on the shelves so it might have changed.

Jonah and his whole team is always so good to help with customers and if they can't help you with the problem they will refer you to someone in town that can.

Great service, plenty of people. Only complaint I had was the manager was asked to come up front to show some old pel�n how to do his job, he needs to train his employees in all things required so I won't be waiting around.

Service was great...guys know their car parts...had what I needed...the manager Luis kept looking over team members shoulders with his chin down looking over the top of his glasses...he was creeping me out...weirdo

This store in Plainview was really great, others in Lubbock, not so much.
