Didn't have part I needed for my car and called other parts places to see if part could be obtained locally. Went beyond what was required for their business. Greatly appreciated since I was scheduled to leave town for medical appointments.

They sure do have a ton of parts. No turtles, but then again, turtles aren't a car part. They're turtles, so of course a car parts place wouldn't have them. If they did, then they'd be called "Napa Auto Parts + Turtles"
