Had a little miscommunication, but otherwise the Technician fixed my engine sparkplug within a few days and charged well below the costs of other mechanics. Got me back on the road quick, and would definitely recommend.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had! First we took our vehicle a year ago for them to fix the power steering pump but within a week the car completely broke down and it was due to the pump being damaged! He claimed that the part that was sold to him was damaged and offered to replace it with a new one! Now I am having the SAME issue with the power steering pump AGAIN! So because he fixed it a year ago we took it back to him due to the part being covered under warranty. I dropped off the car 11/21 and he promised to have is fixed by Wednesday. Lies! We picked it up Wednesday and the car was WORSE! Now he is claiming that he is having to replace the entire rack! We took the car Monday 11/28 and all we have been getting is tomorrow is SHOULD be ready. When I called him to ask about the car he RUDLY responded which one! I have four to which I answered the one that has been there for two weeks! . At this point I was so frustrated that we have been the ones to have to be on him about our car. We finally got it back today 12/8 and the car is still NOT functioning properly. But we took it anyways and now we are having to look for someone else to fix the mess he did! So be aware and know that this mechanic is probably a YouTube mechanic .

They bent over backwards and got my car tuned up before my vacation trip. I will definitely use Mackie from now on

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I've taken 2 vehicles to Mackie in the last month. Both times the vehicle was finished when he said and at the price he quoted. On the last one, he had to rebuild a motor and it cost him more than he thought but yet he stuck to the price he quoted. If you're looking for a quality mechanic shop with good old fashioned family values, look no further. I'm a customer for life!
