Very professional! Prices in my price range and very excellent family oriented business. I'm definitely going to buy another car from them and I'm definitely going to have my car fixed if it ever needs to be fix again there

Got a blowout on a uhaul auto transport trailer in Hereford at 11pm and Lee s Automotive was the service provider who responded. While the uhaul emergency customer service was trash, Lee s made up for it by arriving earlier than the estimated ETA and performing quick + thorough service. He even checked the other tires and our tie-down setup since we had to do it ourselves due to our Jeep s tires being oversized. Worth the wait and highly recommend!Service: Tires

We drove by and saw a big SUV that would help accommodate our growing family (surprise twins) and I gave Lee a call to check it out. The vehicle was in great condition for being a bit over 20 years old, no rust, no leaks, no issues etc... and Lee even let me drive it around about 30 minutes to an hour so my wife who was at home watching the kids could check it out and drive it around. We ultimately ended up not going with it because it wasn't a 4x4 and we wanted a 4x4 since we wanted to tow and go exploring, camping and offroading/overlanding with. But we never felt like we had a problem with Lee or his business and he even agreed to let it go list price out the door which would have knocked off several hundred. If only it was a 4x4 heheh. Keep up the great work Lee I really appreciate your hospitality.

We had broken down outside town in the middle of no where around 5pm. A local tow company Covington Towing called his shop and had him stay open past six to fix our vehicle. He did an excellent job, was friendly, let us wait in his office while he worked. He replaced our alternator in impressive time and had us back on the road! Incredible customer service:)

Uhaul blew a tire between Plainview and Amarillo. Called the roadside assistance number and Lee showed up within 30 minutes! Changed the tire in less than 10 minutes and got me back on the road. Super professional, kind, and helpful. Stayed to make sure we didn t need anything else. If I could give more stars, I would!
