Cannot say enough good things about Grease Monkey Road Service. Rodney and his wife were very responsive and helpful. I called late on a Sunday afternoon and he answered the phone right away. Had me send him a video showing the issue and diagnosed it quickly. Called me back in about 30 minutes with a quote and set up a time to come out the next day to replace my water pump. I was very impressed with the way his truck is stocked. I have had road side service show up before and have to use my tools. Not Rodney, he has everything he could need as a true professional mechanic. He along with Julio got me fixed up for a VERY fair price even though I was an hour away in a state park. Highly recommend if you need service anywhere around the Plainview area.

Highly recommend!!! From cali being owner op trucker radiator busted in middle of nowhere in plains texas last minute they came to rescue got my driver to safety got him off the road manage to get him at a truck stop very nice and they were awesome went the extra mile and ended up replacing the new radiator on the spot as well did a trailer change out in the middle of night close to morning ! They are reasonable and I will continue giving all my business to them from here on out! Thank you team you guys earned my respect and trust .

They have saved me twice now. Once when my elderly mother's car was messed. They took great amazing care of her. And then I need help asap They never hesitated they had me come right over and actually saved me money when big parts stores told me I needed a much more expensive part.I highly recommend this shop. I can't say enough about them, I was stuck 600 miles from home and blew a radiator at 3pm on a Friday. Took my challenger to them and they got the parts and worked on it till midnight so I could get on the road home Saturday morning and gave me a very fair price even though I had no other option. Truly great and honest people, 5 stars isn't enough.

Our company truck broke down on the highway. Called them and got an answer right away! It took them less than an hour to get us back on the road! Amazing work! Very good people! Even followed us for a bit just to make sure everything was good!

Had a major coolant leak. He answered the phone. Very respectfully and replied back and responded within a timely manner. Great service. Reputable people will always use them when I'm in the area

I was stranded with my truck broken down I called Rodney and he showed up in 20 minutes diagnosed the problem and repaired my truck he got me back on the road within a few hours. Rodney is definitely an old-school mechanic and knows his stuff!!!!?
