I had multiple flat tires and was stuck on the shoulder with semi truck and trailer then Larry came to rescue me with his crew within half an hour with all the parts needed. His price was pretty genuine and he helped me save money and time. He helped with trailer wheel seal repair and break shoe repair as well. You can rely on him for major mechanical repairs as well. He is a qualified mechanic with DOT recognition. Hw is just not simple mobile mechanic but he is well qualified mechanic with full practical knowledge. He is simply awesome! I highly recommend his work. By far the best mobile repair mechanic. I wish I could give him more than 5 star rating.

My driver spent 6 hours for two wheel seals. Got it repaired at the shop and had to repair it again back home. Long wait for my driver and money wasted on the company. They claimed to go get parts when they are a truck &trailer repair shop I know new school and old school wheel seals. Why would they need to go to a shop to look for a correct one? I don t wish the worse upon them but please do a better job. Us truckers have to be road ready .

I had a DEF quality/DEF concentration level sensor go out. Larry sent out Damian with the computer to diagnose the problem. It was after the shops closed, so they had to come back the next day with the part. They drove a total of 244 miles including two visits over two days to help me. They got the part installed. Extra credit for effort when I had some bolts snap and he tried to replace all the ones he could with locally sourced parts. They were unable to clear the codes with their computer, so I ended up having to limp along to a shop in Lubbock.The shop in Lubbock was able to clear my codes. They had to force clear the codes and let me take the truck for a test drive to clear it unconditionally. I had to get the truck to meet certain conditions by operating the truck at a steady, high enough speed for a long period of time. It took 105 miles! The tech said that was the longest he ever had to drive to get a code to clear like this. For whatever reason, Garcia's was unable to help me clear the codes after the repair. I get that the long, involved test drive may be a little out of their wheelhouse for a mobile tech service, but I can say that they completed the repair correctly. Once the dealer helped me clear the codes, I was good to go!Thanks to Garcia's I avoided a $900 tow bill! The quality of work was solid. They were out there after dusk the second day trying to brainstorm solutions with me. They were fair on the labor rate. I'm not super happy about the mileage rate...just a pickup truck with some hand tools in the back, but they did have three guys working on the repair, so maybe it balances out. They saved my bacon in a pinch. I'd hire them again.

He helped me fix my battery in just a few mins and made sure to get everything done I ve asked him. He didn t charge me a huge bill like some places were going to. Not only were they fast and friendly but they fixed the problem i was having with efficiency. They worked hard to solve my truck problems and had no problem keeping me updated with what was going on and how to prevent further issues from occurring. All in all i was satisfied and happy i made the decision to call Garcia's Mobile Truck & Trailer Repair.

Ran out of fuel the other night, these were the only guys that came out in a timely matter and didnt charge an outrageous price! being a trucker any road service spot will wanna charge an arm and a leg for calls. But this shop came out and helped for a reasonable price, very friendly as well i will most definitely be coming by for service to their shop and will be recommending truckers to come here not those other ripoff shops! Thank you guys

Help was finally here within minutes after calling. Mike came and helped power up my truck which had shut down due to a faulty fuel intake process. Then he fixed additional minor leaks. It was a relief to finally get warm after a 17 degree night. Thank you guys!

These are the mechanics that you ll want if you break down on the road. They never keep you holding for no reason. They will make sure first if they can do the job and then they will take that job unlike other mechanics that are in the area who want the money first before even figuring out what the problem is. Will definitely recommend them for anyone broken down on the side of the road because they will definitely go an extra mile for you just to get the job done.

We broke down in Plainview and needed some help. We were happy that they could come check us out. But needless to say, we were delayed two days in Plainview due to their slowness and lack of motivation and need to take their time as they charge by the hour. They said they didn't have the part we needed and would call Lubbock the next day. The next day we called and checked with them about noon and they said no one had the part, we made ONE phone call and found the part and drove to get it and brought it back to our camper, the mechanic took over three hours to replace the equalizer on one side. Said he would be back after he ate dinner, he returned but not to work. He said he would be back by 8-8:30am the next morning, he did not show up period. We had another mechanic from Emmanuel Mobile Repair, showed up within 15 minutes and was done in under an hour. Do not use these guys!Service: Steering & suspension repair

They were amazing! They was very polite, I was stuck on the side of the interstate for 3 almost 4 hours because of other companies saying they would come but never did. They were fast and very reliable and helped me with everything I needed in fast and manner time. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing help they have my full respect! The renters of my travel trailer needed new screw inserted to hold the stairs in place that came out during their trip. I told the renters I would cover the cost due to it surely being an easy fix and surely take less than an hour. I was sent an invoice from Garcia s for 2 hours of labor, costing me $250 to drill in 4 screws. When asked, I was billed for the time it took for them to get into the park (1.5 hours), then the 30 minutes it took in actual labor . If I wasn t billed for the drive time to and from, how would you figure the time it takes to get into the park to be labor ? Would not recommend using this repair shop.

I've been to Larry twice now, he's a very nice guy with keen knowledge of the various systems of the truck. He's worked on both, my braking system and my electric system.Both times were after hours calls, he was prompt, courteous, and reasonable in his dealings.Very realistic with pricing, time and you can rest assured that I would come back again anytime.

My experience was awesome, I called Larry at 3pm on Sunday To install water pump and he said yes come in and will get it done, got there at 6pm and out at 9 all this on Sunday Afterhours I was driving since Friday from CA because all shops and dealers was going to hold me until Monday and charge me over $1500 but Larry saved the day for reasonable price, I m grateful that I called him after calling all shops and lost hope,I would highly recommend this shop.THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH

They're try to scan you from a good tire so they sell you another one for 150.00 dllrs.they are not Honest...I took a flat tire that had a nail, as soon as they saw that the tire was fixable they told this is a no good tire, but we can sell you a better one. The tire they've sold me is a Chinese made and they took the better one..and they know you're in a hurry and that's why they took advantage of me.. Definitely will not use them again, they are not Honest!

Broke down on vacation in my camper truck. Damien and his crew went out of their way to get us back on the road in a hurry. Very friendly and quick service saved our trip.

I went in to get vents put on my trailer. He told me to park at the shop he will be there. Was there at 4pm called him again around 7:30 to find out if he was coming. He didn't answer my question instead asked me how i was going to pay. I told then he said someone will be there but he wont be alone and said he will charge $340 with my own parts. Even TA charged me $50 for it but the wait was too long. Man talk about trying to rip me off. I told him never mind and i left. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Please stay away from them if you can help it.

My car had a blow out on Saturday morning and left me stranded on the highway on the way to Lubbock. He got there promptly and fixed it in no time. I m thankful I came across his number. Highly recommend.

I was broke outside of plainview and these guys saved me a tow fee to shop and also repaired my compressor at a really good price and also gave me rides around town for food and to hotel and back to my truck! We were stuck late on Saturday with an exploded coolant reservoir and wound up calling Garcia s.....they were easy to reach, prompt with information and communication and showed up when arranged on Sunday to put on the new part and help us to get on our way. Great guys and great service!

Larry and his mechanics came to me on a Sunday evening, drove from plainview tz to Amarillo TX and back to get me an alternator for my truck. He was so nice and professional I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone needing truck service.. AA express thanls you

Please don't use them!Very disappointed with them..Didn't follow the process of testing the battery ,alternator ,making sure no loose wiring..In general trouble shooting procedure that normal mechanics do before change truck alternator, or battery ,if they are giving ap on juce power ..I had low voltage on my battery dashboard gage, i did find out at different mechanic shop that my starter was going off..They are very unprofessional ,they change the alternator for no reason ,that was not an issue, without any testing..They charge 150 dollar's at there shop for 45 min.labor work, i had a spare alternator, whichDidn't had to be changed, was working good!The Boss that i talk to over the phone, 1st.Class lies, after lies, He said that he will email me receipts for 150 dollar's charges, never did,after they supposedly fix issue,& was not fixed , i stop near by truck stop ,call there boss, he said he will come by & troubleshoot the issues properly..I waited all day,he never show up, i call him in the morning next day, same thing lies, after lies ..I waited for nothing..Instead simply just to be honest ,& tell me to move,& try to fixed somewhere else, i got screwed ,and thats it..Please avoid this People !They are not Honest .And lousy,not good!Mechanics.

Horrible service. 6 hours to change 2 wheel seals. Mechanics kept coming and leaving the shop. After waiting 6 hours brakes weren t even adjusted properly. On both axles that were worked on.
