Edit: Response from email in reply below is slow. Response from "regional" management is non-existent. I've lost all trust in this scam of a business, all over a relatively small and easily fixed mistake.Picked up car with less than half a tank of gas, and returned it with half a tank. Was charged for not returning it with a full tank, and speaking up about this got me nowhere.

Quick process getting my car, which was clean and had no issues leaving. Returning was the issue, I returned the car after hours but before the beginning of the second day to avoid paying for a second day. I guess no one looked in the drop box until late that evening and attempted to charge me for a second day and would have if I did not notice that they charged me for two days on my invoice. Luckily I noticed and notified the manager who understood and was extremely helpful in getting me my money back. Had it not been for that issue I would have given them 5 stars.

Love the Plainview office! They are very professional and extremely polite. They always make it work for me whether it's a reservation or a last minute rental. Cars are always very clean and I've never had to stand around waiting on them. They are the best!

I reserved a car over the phone for one day. I showed up to pick the car up after I had already dropped my truck off for a detail. They proceed to tell me they require a $200 dollar deposit on a rental that was only going to cost $100. So they wanted to go ahead a take $300 that day FOR A ONE DAY RENTAL. One top of all this they wouldnt allow me to use my debit card for deposit so I just ended up walking out. Wont be doing business here again.

We had to do a last minute car rental for one way from Fort Worth because of a canceled flight so the car was returned to Plainview. The process was quick, professional and friendly

I was able to get a nice rental car on short notice. Agent was very nice and helpful. No problems with the vehicle. I was offered a free upgrade to a nice pickup truck.

The young little lady and the elderly gentleman were the picture of professionalism and courtesy. The young man, though, was rude, callous, withheld information. And then gave some customers next to me the service I was asking for but was denied harshly by him.

If I request and pay the fee for a SUV then a SUV shall I get. A car the size of hotwheel doesn't exactly substitute for it.

Nice people, awfull cars... They wanted to rent me a car that was smoked in, and end up giving me another one that had stains all over the seats. I have a toodler and my seats are much cleaner.

I love using Enterprise. Today, however, I set my reservation for 8am and no one showed up to work till almost 9am.

Not a big fan of Enterprise but it's the only game in town. The branch manager now seems to be much better than past managers.

Have cars in various sizes and models for rent and times with prices. Need to call and make reservations for vehicle does not necessarily have vehicles readily available at times due to events in town or rentals to repair business next door.

This place was the most awful place to rent a car. The service was bad, the associate was very rude and I'll never again try to rent a vehicle from Enterprise in Plainview.

Never seen a rental car place out of vehicles. Middle of the week & middle of nowhere. Don't even waste your time
