I would give them 10 stars if I could. My window at The Rose Shop was knock out by juveniles on Feb 21st the other glass company boarded it up and said they would be back on the 23rd to fix it. They didn't show up and 3 weeks later I had to call and see if they were ever going to come fix it. Was told the would be there on Thursday morning March14th. Waited and they did not show up. So I called AAA on Monday the 18th they were here that afternoon and it was fixed the next day.!! Great customer service!!

Thank you so much. While visiting family my driver window motor stopped working. Mr. Hall not only helped me the same day but was so sweet and polite while explaining what was going on with my window. I truly appreciated all the work and respect that was displayed to me today. With the amazing prices, wonderful service I truly recommended people to check AA&A out if you are in a pinch or even if you are not they will help you. (Same day as call)

Mark did a great job explaining the before and after. He even took aPhoto to show me the difference. Your receptionist is so sweet and friendly. She is a great face to greet people coming into your business!

Awesome job guys. Got us in quick and got done quick as well. The young girl in the front was awesome. She answered all our questions and was very polite and professional. We will definitely be going back.

I got the rock chip in my windshield fixed the day after I noticed it and now I can hardly tell it was even chipped! Manuel did a great and fast job and even fixed a previous chip without overcharging. Very courteous and accommodating...they had a windshield in stock...made appointment and I'm here now waiting while they put it in. I highly recommend this place. Price was very reasonable to my surprise. Very clean inside and out. While waiting I found out it is a new business and their off to a great start. Thank you! I'm telling all my friends we're you all are at.
