My wife and I broke down on IH 20 in the middle of nowhere ,and your driver came out within 20 minutes and towed us to a repair shop. He also took us to a hotel for the night and was very professional and courteous. I cannot thank y all enough for helping us out of a very bad situation. Top notch service Thank you

If I could give this place a zero star I definitely would. My car had died on the side of the road and the sheriff's office call my daughter in law to tell us All Knight Towing had my car at their yard. I called the number for the cross plains lot and Doug was extremely rude and failed to tell me that he had multiple lots that my car could be at. After sending a tow company from Coleman to get my car in cross plains he FINALLY told me my car wasn't there but was in Baird. After trying to get my car for almost 8 hours our car in finally home. DO NOT USE THIS GUY. HES A JOKE!

First off if you leave a message or review on FB it will get deleted.Getting a 1 star because that s the lowest one can give. This guy Doug seemed like he had no clue on how to figure out what we owed, nor could he give my husband details on what all the charges were for. Talk about stumbling all over his words !!! Upon initially calling him his first words, yeah. I have your car . He had MULTIPLE times that he had not 1, not 2, but THREE lots!! In making arrangements to get our car, with our person standing outside his gate wanting to get in; HOWEVER Doug is on the phone with our family member saying. yeah, I see him on the camera but your car isn t here . I m sure you can figure out by now that Doug is not a professional business person.Our guy then had to drive to the location in Baird hoping the person there was not out on a call !!Now a little back story. We were 6 hours away from our home. The car broke down on the way to Lubbock because I had been staying with my sister in the HOSPITAL!! A pretty stressful situation to start with. And by now we were hanging on by the grace of God. We are so grateful for friends and family. This is a situation that Doug could have practiced Grace.Bless his heart

They were amazing. Wild hog took out our car late in the evening they went above and beyond taking us to a hotel and making sure we were safe. They were our knights in shining armor for sure. All Knight Towing was a life saver. Our college daughter was travel to see friends and broke down and we were 2.5 Hours away. I was gonna tow it to a dealership in Abilene and Mike said we will have them bring to shop and I will plug it it for you. It was close to 6pm and his wife Terri loaded our daughter up and they went to get parts and snacks. They returned and Mike fixed the Jeep and put our daughter back on the road. My daughter said they were so nice and made her feel like family. Even asked her to let them know if she had trouble along the way! You would expect to pay an arm and a leg for that kind of service but they were honest, reasonable and charged way less than we would have paid for the piece of mind it gave us and our daughter! All Knight s Towing was my knight in shining armor while stranded in Texas during below-freezing temps with a dead battery in my campervan. They immediately drove out in icy weather while all other tow companies or roadsides services nearby were busy.. even highway patrol wasn t answering their phones! Jesse was so friendly and caring and my rig was up and running again in no time. I cannot recommend All Knight s Towing & Recovery enough!Services: Battery service, Battery

Mike and Terry went above and beyond their Services specially it being after hours expecting to pay a lot more than I was charged. Took care of my Daughter traveling by Herself to visit friends . Her Jeep went down leaving Her on the side of the road and getting dark and I was two and a half hours away . They were there in under 30 minutes and back at their shop . Found the parts needed and had Her back on the road in record time even giving it a check up to make sure She was going to make Her weekend. When I talked to my Daughter she Didn t expect to be treated like Family . My car was disabled when I hit a hog outside of Cross Plains. Doug Knight was passing, noticed my airbags, and saw the dead hog. He stopped to check on me. I was alone and 45 miles from home. He contacted his driver, Anthony, who towed my car to Abilene and took me home. I would have been hard pressed to get home had they not come to the rescue. So very kind and helpful above and beyond what I expected. I am so grateful!Service: Car towing

Doug with All Knight and his team was positively AMAZING! I was hauling a hay trailer with 15 round bales and had a blowout on my trailer. Doug and crew showed up within 5 minutes! They were kind, courteous, fast and professional. They were also extremely reasonable cost wise. Truly all around great people! I would highly HIGHLY recommend! Today is our 40th Anniversary and was saved by All Knights Towing service ....our grandchild locked the keys in our vehicle while running after trying to break into our car with no success we called All Knights service ...here with in 15 minutes opened up in 5 ..he really saved the day and was so personable and down to earth ...Next time your in a bind call ALl Knights Towing ServicesService: Car lockouts
