Called Auto Lube and spoke with Tyler in reference to a problem with my grand daughters car. It was 4:30 so I advised Tyler that we would see him in the morning. Tyler offered to come by my house after closing to look at the car. Tyler and Tanner both came to my house, assessed the problem and helped me with her car! Service above and beyond! I have traded with Auto Lube for years and have always had GREAT service! Thank you Tyler and Tanner for always greeting me with a smile!

They did not tighten the filter. It was cross, threaded or something and forgot to put oil in. It was not tight . Not only lose but the wrong size of filter. Just got word oil was never changed . This place should make things right with all the out of pocket expenses I just went through and the supposedly oil change that they did not get done . I m thankful that it blow the motor.Never will go back to this place .Took my 2019 on a Friday they put enough oil to be safe. I wouldn t have put one star but it wouldn t post without something.Service: Oil change

I feel like people don t give enough credit to those who work with customers and whatnot. A simple smile and nice gesture goes a long way nowadays and Tyler did that during my visit today. I ve been a customer for about a year and some and the employees have never failed to provide good customer service and great quality work. Would definitely recommend to everyone.Service: Oil change

Every time I go here the review is Excellent!!! Awesome people and service. Why can't all auto experiences be like this? Updated to reflect 5 star rating. (I thought that was what I had entered). Big shout out to Tyler. Exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone courteous and helpful. I especially appreciate the cool awning to sit outside in the shade. All very comfortable. Thank you!

Absolutely a professional establishment! The entire crew was friendly, quick, and diligent. Even when they are covered up busy they will still ensure you're noticed. I will be coming here from now on for all Oil changes, rotations, and other minor fixes.

Needed a leak fixed on a Subaru tire he found a 3 nail in the side wall ..requiring a new tire .he didn t have the odd size tire in stock but made a couple of calls and boom done found me one at a competitor s .NOW that s service!

Went and got my exhaust done with them & never did they mention anything about it not meeting the requirements to pass inspection, go back a few months later to get inspection and they failed me because of the exhaust. Bad business people. They pick and choose who they want to pass... Do not go to them for inspections !!

Took a 2005 vehicle in for an inspection and it failed. Service inspection tech failed it due to he claims the headlights are supposed to stay on when the high beams are on. They never have. It passed 4 years straight at the same place. Nothing changed with the lights. Vehicles with the halogen bulbs will but not on an older vehicle. Will never go back to this place. Vehicle tech would not listen. Claims he knows what he is doing. Well I beg to differ on this one.

They got my truck rite in and serviced did a oil change showed me my dirty air filter and offered to clean it or replace it. Usually don't offer to clean.
