Excellent work and customer service! I have used them in the past for issues on my truck camper. I had a need recently for a cabinet door and they took the time to give me a recommendation for a provider in the area. Even though they did not get a sale, they took the time to help me resolve my issue! Thank you!!

Had brakes and shocks replaced on my 5th wheel travel trailer. They packed the wheel bearings and checked out sealant on the roof. A few places up top were addressed to make sure it was water tight. Office staff was great, never met any of the technicians. Access was easy off highway 16 but watch for some road work. I asked to have the trailer back in a week and gave them a budget to work with. My list of repairs was completed on time and very close to the budget. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Great service; kind people! I dropped off my newly purchased used horse trailer to have the hubs repacked and several items checked (e.g brakes, AC, lights). They called with estimates and researched options on the various things I asked about. When I picked it up, they were patient with my questions and helped me troubleshoot the trailer socket in my truck bed. What I really appreciated was when I mentioned I needed it to haul a horse sooner than the 10 day turnaround, they saw to it that it got looked at and serviced in time for me to use it. Thanks Class A...hopefully I don't need to come back any time soon, but when I do, you're my shop!Services: Electrical, Brakes, Air conditioning

Starting with accomodations at their adjacent RV park, this exp has been great. Renee greets you and runs the counter, Nikki deals directly with you on the warranty, Andrew (the Master Tech) becomes a friend. I can't even tell who is in charge. It's like I walked into a family reunion that can expertly repair my RV. My absorption fridge dumped in 104 degrees. In the end, Nikki and Andrew got me $1600 towards a NEW 12v fridge! Prices are great! Even the spacious fenced lot is just $25 a night! Could NOT BE HAPPIER.

Les is a very good RV repairman and, perhaps, the most knowledgeable one about everything RV I have ever dealt with. His hourly rate, 'tho not cheap, is $31 less per hour than the other popular repairman at Medina Lake. I had to take a quick trip to Colorado so left my keys and RV in Texas for Les-A1 and he repaired while I was gone. I trust him enough to give him the keys while I was out of town.

Great operation! They have been around for a long time and for good reason. They are capable, customer oriented, communicative and timely! Had a rig taken in for a suspension enhancement, train horn installation on a gas unit and solar panels added for trickle charging the battery system. Excellent work, priced right. This is a mixed story.Our initial service was awful. Wrong parts, missed items slated for repair, and a poor job of doing what they actually did. When I called them on these issues, they went out of their way, I mean really above and beyond, to make sure we were satisfied. They pulled a mechanic from another job to work on our rig, and he did a really great job.Honestly I believe the initial interaction simply lacked sufficient communications between us. If you go there, be very specific about your wants and needs, and don't assume anything.While the missteps required us to take the coach to them a second time, I felt they were very accommodating and in the end did really great work. In my book, supreme customer service is almost better than quality of work. To know that no matter what, any issues will be taken care of with no arguments, is my top satisfaction metric.I would absolutely go there again.

Very long wait to have my RV repaired. My wife thinks they must have turned it upside down and shaken it. I guess they moved it fast over rough ground and a lot of stuff was knocked around.

An attractive woman works there with the most beautiful eyes. She and the rest of the work personnel are very helpful and polite and are willing to stop what they are doing to address any questions that you want to ask. Craftsmanship did not looked rushed (people who have owned many RVs know what I'm talking about) and all repair work that I've inspected was done professionally and with care.

I was pleased to find what I was looking for to ensure we could hook up our travel trailer this weekend for rally. Our first travel trailer and our first voyage. Class did a major repair my airstream electric. And I must say I couldn t have received better service anywhere. High quality work, timely, and extremely professional. The lines of communication were always open. Nothing but honest and timely updates during the process

Always willing to work the issue to resolution in an expedient manner. I have been using them 7 years and always have had great service I would recommend them to anyone. Their prices are the best around. Danny is great to check every detail......Think twice before you go somewhere else to pay more for less service...

Called this morning to ask about a set of rear bumper caps (small purchase). They were very friendly and went in person to check their inventory to make sure they had them before I drove up to get them. While I am no expert in bumper cap pricing I believe the price was very fair. Would be my first call in the future if I'm back in the area and needed parts or service.

My wife and I winter in Bandera in our Class A. Before going North we needed new seals on our jacks, a new inverter/Charger installed and our old washer/dryer replaced. They let us stay in their small RV Park at night and they worked on our RV during the day. The work they did on ALL item was excellent. We will need new flooring next year and I m sure this is where we will go.

Second year we have rented from Class A RV Repair and once again, the service was outstanding and the unit we rented was in excellent condition. Friendly and service oriented. Repairs were done quickly and they walked through to show me their work. Replaced a bumper and panel on RV. Had them upgrade my stereo while they were at it.

I highly recommend this place for any RV repairs. We took our trailer in needing it back on a short timeframe and they delivered quality service ontime. When we later reported an issue with one of the installed parts, they worked with us to resolve it. I will continue to take my RV to Class A for all future needs.

STILL WAITING for a replacement ONAN muffler/tailpipe that you either forgot to to give me back or did not attach correctly and it fell off.Your statement, "Your generator was brought into us in pieces in a 1988 motor home" is a lie. I brought some NEW ONAN parts for you install if necessary. The generator was intact and in the generator hold until you removed in your unsuccessful $1650.00+ attempt to "fix" itAfter you put on these parts (each one was going to solve the problem):$296.00 Voltage Regulator$39.17 Start Solenoid Relay$208.33 Carb Kit$115.24 Onan Starter Kit$244.98 PCB ASSSY (sic) RV$10.49 Oil Pressure SwitchThen after $735.00 in labor you handed me back my STILL UNWORKING ONAN with missing Muffler/Tailpipe and you wanted several thousand dollars more for a stator and rotor. I want my Muffler/Tailpipe or a replacement or cash!

Do not buy an rv from this place, bought one from them a year ago, ive run the ac for 10 min trips the breaker,not to mention water coming out through the vents after a/c runs for 10 mins, had to replace everything in the shower, and before replacing had to seal everything, stove does not work, heater barely works,got dry rot going on with the floors, i was new to rv's and this place had a service center on site so i assumed everything worked correctly and was inspected, thats my mistake for not checking, placed to much trust, i paid $8500 and this damn thing is prob only worth 3k, so whatever they are showing pricing wise, take it down about 5-7k if they wont drop, dont buy, cus you are gunna have some problems(all the problems started a week after i bought it)

This is an amazing place the help with problems that come up very refreshing to find such an amazing repair center and parts and accessories .but buyers beware they hide stuff after the sale and warrantee not cracked up to what to be and manufacture won't return calls .
