Great and efficient services for my oil change. Steve at the front desk was kind, and the facility is extremely clean. While sitting and waiting, I observed the dynamics with the various customers that came in and out, and the quality of services was consistent. As long as the price is right, I'll be back.

Our first experience was when my daughter's vehicle needed some work done quickly before she headed off to college. They were able to get her in and out on time with quality service. That caused me to call when I needed new brakes. Todd worked with me to provide competitive pricing, parts were ordered and I had new brakes the next day. The shop is comfortable and clean and they are transparent on pricing plus they even take before and after pictures of the work they've done. Will definitely be going back -- probably when I need my front brakes done.

I had a great experience here.. I had issues with my trax for the last year and kept taking it to the same place over and over and still things would break and leak.. very inconvenient so I decided to try My Transmission and I'm so happy I did.. Todd and Steve took such great care of us and the car. I will be taking my vehicles here from now on. They were able to get the issues under control and repaired,quick, and efficiently. Yes it costs more for repairs but I feel so much more confident that my car troubles won't be happening again anytime soon. Thank you guys so much!!!!

I though my wife's SUV transmission needed to be rebuilt. I called and Todd the GM answered. He wouldn't give me a quote to rebuild it because he wanted to look at it first and see if they could fix it without a rebuild. We took it up there and they had it ready the same day. Todd and crew saved my family big money when they could have taken advantage of my ignorance and advised that it needed to be rebuilt. They installed a new transmission thermostat, some type of valve, new filter and fluid and it drives like new now. I paid about 1/6th of what a rebuild would have cost. Thank you for being honest and taking care of us. This shop chooses integrity over profit. When my transmission does eventually need a rebuild, I will be back.Also, when I was talking to Todd about a rebuild, I asked him if they could provide a 'built' transmission with aftermarket parts (makes the transmission tougher than stock parts). He said that was not a problem and mentioned they do that often. That speaks to this shop truly understanding transmissions and being confrontable with modifying them.

This is our second time using TACE and it just keeps getting better. These guys are kind, so professional and amazing at keeping you informed and updated! Not to mention being very reasonably priced! I highly recommend using them for your vehicle repairs. They are also very quick with their state inspections and oil changes! We will continue to send business their way as well as use them for the future!

Best service I had in a long time. The team was very prompt with their repair service and Jason, Tommy, and Steve communicated with me on the different stages of my car's repair. Just like the old days, I was able to talk with real people. God, I missed that. I recommend them.

Brought my 2021 GMC Yukon to have looked at as we thought it was having transmission issues . Jason at My Transmission Shop said they would do a free diagnostic. They did the diagnostic and called me back to explain it was not the transmission and it was the catyllic converter and to confirm they would need to do additional test and that fee would be $265.00 and would be applied to repair if fixed with them which this repair would run around $2,600.00 . I agreed for them to do the further testing . Next day called me back to tell me it was not the cattylic converter and was my low pressure fuel pump and needed a tune -up .Jason at My Transmission explained the fuel pump part was Nationally on back order and would have to be a used part which would be cheaper but to replace would still run around $2,500.00 (with a used part ) . I told him I would call him back and discuss with my husband. I then called my regular mechanic I have used for over 15 years to tell him what was going on and he got on the phone and called his contacts for the fuel pump and had no problem locating it . In talking with my mechanic I was going to let him repair my Yukon and would bring it in later that day . Only reason I didn t bring to him in first place was he does not do transmissions as I originally thought was the issue . Called Jason back and explained to him my mechanic located the part and would be picking my car up as I did not want a used part and he apologized and was surprised my mechanic found the part so quickly . I Picked up my Yukon and I payed the $265.00 and went to my mechanic . My mechanic called me the same day and said all it needed was a tune -up . The repair was less than $500.00 and my Yukon has been running great for 3 weeks now . The following week Todd (another manager) called me from My Transmission as he noticed I didn t have my car repaired there and if I needed financing options for my car . I explained to Todd the entire situation above as I was not happy with what had happened and how they went from them telling me it was a catyllic converter then to a fuel pump + tune-up to both repairs would have been around $2,500-2,600 and I took it to my regular mechanic and it was less than $500.00 for the tune -up that was only needed . He apologized and understood my frustration and would talk to his company and get back to me. Three weeks later nothing. Guess they did not care enough to call back and give some kind of further explanation or resolution.My Transmission Shop will never get my business again or would refer them based off of how they handled the whole situation -very poorly and would have cost me 3 times of what was only needed -a simple tune-up . In my opinion they were trying to overcharge for a repair that was not needed and I was quick enough to get a second opinion and at least saved me some money in the end and learned to never go back there ! A very long response but felt was needed to let customers know how they do business .

Picked up my 2015 F150 just now and let me just say, I feel like it s a brand new truck! The 2 gentleman were very professional knowledgeable and efficient. They did a tune up and transmission work and whoa wow and hell yea! I think perhaps they switched out my V6 for a V8 Diablo love it, we will absolutely bring the Jeep and diesel F250 here and no where else wonder if the V8 would fit in my Jeep?Service: Transmission

Honest and fair pricing. We took our vehicle in for something that we were being charged $850 at the Chevrolet dealership. These guys fixed it for less than a third of the price. We picked up one vehicle and dropped off another! This is our new mechanic shop!

I want to say a huge THANK YOU to Jason Fleitz, Manager; for his Dignity, Respect and Professionalism that he has shown me and my Family. As a Disabled Veteran it is very important to me that someone is honest towards me and my Family especially during these days when spending our hard earned money. Jason has taken care of us on three separate issues with two of our vehicles. Each time Jason has gone above and beyond ensuring we received this highest quality of communication and service. Jason has ensured that we were never up charged for things we didn t need or services unwarranted. Jason also took care of an issue that a prior manager Marco; wouldn t.We had transmission issues on one vehicle and a Fuel leak. On the second vehicle it was the O2 sensor and catalytic converter on daughters vehicle. We are extremely pleased with the turn around time in getting our vehicles back and professional service performed. I can t say enough about Jason other than; he should be emulated by others. Jason is a Man of his word and that is paramount with me. My transmission as a whole should be very proud to have him on their Management Team. They do excellent work , (when they do what is discussed). They installed a transmission cooler and did a great job , however it was discussed to run inline with the cooler in the radiator for more fluid volume, when changing my oil I discovered they just cut my transmission lines back and completely bypassed the cooler , it runs alittle hotter than before but will have another shop fix it later, appreciate them tryingService: Transmission

Went to these guys last year thinking it was my transmission making noise. They took a look and wanted $900 to tear into it and around 4k if it was the transmission. I didn't have the money. Long story short, it was a tack weld on my heat shield that had come loose. Got it fixed for free. So either these guys are very unscrupulous or they're incompetent, either way, I wouldn't have them work on my vehicle.

I highly recommend my transmission and Auto Care experts. I realized that I needed to get my car looked at and called them first thing in the morning. They did a free inspection of my car and I was in & out in less than an hour. My car did not need any repairs so I did not owe anything. It was such a relief to have peace of mind, not pay anything, and spend such little time at the shop.I have used them in the past and they were able to diagnose and fix a problem with my car that two other shops had not been able to figure out.They have excellent customer service, experienced mechanics, and are very honest.

Marco was very professional in assisting me with diagnosing a vibration in my vehicle. He asked a lot of details in order to better assist the tech working on it. They informed me of what was wrong and how they would go about solving. Both Marco and the tech Memo went out of their way to properly diagnose my issue without trying to upsell me on services not needed. Being asked to look and shown what they found is above and beyond customer service in my book. Thought I was having a transmission issue. Called and got ahold of Marco. This man was excellent over the phone. He explained exactly what they were going to do to diagnose, and was very transparent the entire time. He got me in and out in 1 day with my repairs. Sent pictures of the progress and damaged parts. I took my truck to them for a leak and winding noise. Since I've taken it to them I've had all kinds of issues arise. They replaced my rear seal and it's still leaking. My check engine light has came on. Now all of a sudden I need sparkplug and ignition coils. My head temp sensor failed. Marci has the audacity to tell me to bring my truck back and give them the opportunity to fix it. Yall had the opportunity to fix it the first time and my truck died backing out the parking spot. I had no issues with my truck until I brought it to these people. They will be hearing from my lawyer. They sabotaged my truck.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair

From the service advisor to the mechanic, everyone there seems to really be honest and truly care about the customer. Had to have about $2200 worth of work done but I feel they did a good job on the price and the work. When I went to pick it up the mechanic offered me to see the old parts which I appreciate. I can not stress enough how phenomenal this place has been every step of the way. I brought my 2010 Lexus ES350 in for major transmission work, and Scott went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed all along the process. These people are the best at what they do and will provide service WELL above the price point they charge.Also you should know that their warranty options are great deals, which just goes to show the quality of work your vehicle will receive from these guys. A shout out to Scott again, as this guy was in one word, LEGIT! Great customer service and the most responsive man you could imagine.Can t believe I ever tried another place, glad to know I won t be her need to again.

I wasn't able to actually afford getting the work done that I needed. However, the overall experience was above and beyond what I expected. George was polite and professional throughout the entire process of diagnosing my vehicle's issues. When I realized that the job was too expensive for my situation, he immediately set to finding options that would bring the price down. Based on what I've experienced, I absolutely recommend My Transmission for anyone that needs work done. They're professionalism and candor are unrivaled.

I highly recommend My Transmission and Auto Care Experts. I brought my old '93 Dodge in with a salvage yard transmission that was going bad. I did some shopping around first and they seemed more reasonable so I took it there and it wound up costing less than other transmission shops say is their minimum price for any rebuild. When I got my truck back, I was so happy. It's's running like a new truck again. Scott and his crew are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and did a fantastic job.Service: Transmission

Scott and Philip gave us the best customer service we've seen in a long time! I came in here with transmission problem and they really spent time calling auto places getting the best deal and we were in the room to witness them fight for us. They work hard and it shows how much they love helping people with their patience and determination to make sure they help each and every customer. I brought my 2011 Chevy Silverado to get my transmission rebuilt & Tps replace. The manager there George provided me with excellent customer service & great price for my repair. I drove from a far to have my ac checked on my 2015 dodge Durango. I spoke with Marco in detail about about they type of refrigerant and what was needed. He assured me they had the technician and also the equipment. Upon them begging the check the mechanic says they can t help they do not have the equipment.What a waist and poor customer service, Marco acted as if he didn t care or even know.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement
