I had my whole car redone at 3R Automotive And Collision after it was totaled. 3R Automotive did such a wonderful job! I am very pleased with the whole experience of having it done. They done a beautiful job and in a timely manner. I would definitely, hands-down give them an excellent review! I've taken my Toyota here 2 times now. Once for body work which was incredible. The work was flawless, and the prices are reasonable. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and nice. The second time was to get some maintenance done a tune up, brakes, alignment, rotars, belt changed. I am very pleased with all the work they have done. A plus is they have rental cars if needed, which helps me out tremendously. I highly recommend this place for all you car needs. They have a lifetime customer with me.

I brought my vehicle to this shop after a raccoon caused quite a bit of damage, thinking he was invincible. The same day I dropped off my vehicle, I received an estimate and the next day they started working on it. The pricing was fair and the quality of work was exceptional. I always make an effort to support local, family-oriented businesses. Repairs are never planned and it's never fun to have to pay out of pocket for unexpected expenses. However, dealing with a shop that is honest, fair, and does great work definitely makes the process much more manageable.

Excellent customer service! I came once driving by looking to get an oil change it was pretty late about to close but they manage to take me in a do it I was very satisfied. I ended up coming back to get more work done on my vehicle and they communicated with me before working on my vehicle and made sure it was everything I wanted to get done. The front desk girl is on top of her things making sure I am getting updated on what is going on. As well as the owner super friendly guy and friendly. I am very pleased with this shop and will forever be my go to shop!! I highly recommend to everyone looking to get any mechanic work done !

A neighbor recommended Reuben at 3R Auto & Collision in Pinehurst several years ago. Since then, 3R has done all of our mechanical repairs and body work for all of our cars. 3R just replaced the starter in our Honda Accord in a short time at a fair price. I have recommended 3R Auto to several neighbors over the years and highly recommend them to anyone needing any auto repairs or body work.

My truck was hit while parked on the street. 3R made it look like nothing happened. They even buffed out some scratches from my dog and cleaned it for me. Their customer service and communication were outstanding and their pricing was more than fair. I will use them for any other services I need.Thanks for the great service.

This is the second time to have repairs on different cars at 3RAuto. Their repair estimates are right in line with the adjusters estimate. This repair took only a three days. So I would suggest you get adjusters to make & communicate repair payment quickly. As we had to wait through the weekend, even though car was repaired already.I have recommended 3RAuto Repair to many of my friends. The repairs look and sound awesome! Thanks!

The most accommodating mechanic / body shop I have ever been to! I have to tell you all; my back up camera went out & I was struggling to find a shop that would work with my warranty company; and I was headed home one day when I passed them they are right around the corner I took a chance and stepped in! They immediately said yes; and even took me home so I could finish working while they evaluated and did what they had to!Then they came and got me & they submitted it to the warranty !It got approved with in days and then they were so patient while I came up with the deductible I had to pay!Then when I had it; I realized i needed an oil change and they provide that service as well & at an affordable rate !It was a one stop shop but what impressed me the most was that the morning or my scheduled appointment I called to let them know my toddler was up all night with a stomach bug & I couldn t take the car; YALL they CAME AND GOT MY CAR! Then they brought it back! I am so grateful and appreciative ! I will be using them in the future ; for all oil changes and anything else I may need!Thanks you guys ! They were helpful with my fathernlaw truck. His clutch went out and wasn t covered under warranty so they didn t touch and just made him pay for the tow and no storage fee which helped out a lot

Highly recommend this shop! All the people working were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable in their services. Diana behind the desk made the process smooth to get my Jeep fixed in an efficient matter, kept in good communication to the expectancy for the cars full repair and maintained professional communication from start to finish. Ruben was exceptional with the car and his knowledge of the necessary repairs. He explained everything in full in lamens terms which was appreciated given my lack of knowledge. The price was incredibly fair for an air conditioning fix, oil change/repair, and other general repairs.Extremely pleasant experience we will happily repeat and recommend to others.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning, Oil change

This place is the best kept secret in the Greater Houston area! I have had my car worked on here on at least 4 occasions and it gets done right and quickly! Rueben and Ray are always friendly and honest and if they don't answer the phone immediately, they will call u back in a short time and will give u constant updates on their progress. On top of all that...u get you car back washed every time too! They don't have 5 stars for nothing! A++ Highly recommend!

Great body shop with quick turnaround on frame alignment, rear panel and hood painted. Pricing is very reasonable!NEW FINDING- after getting home and washing the jeepI found multiple issues starting with ended up bringing it back because the whole jeep was oversprayed including the engine. They grounded down brackets on one of the fenders and painted over it hoping I wouldn't notice and didn't even get overspray off the front grill completely. (They wouldn't take ownership and shows how half A$$) Went back to pickup and as usual owner wasn't there to talk about how they missed getting overspray off entire engine bay. Don't use them if they mess up they won't admit it!!!! As you can see in pictures the last is what they were supposed to look like, but their body man couldn't admin he grinded the brackets on one fender in 7 different spots then stopped.Service: Body & Trim

We used 3R Auto this summer twice. They came highly recommended to us from our neighbors and did a fantastic job for us. We needed an alternator replaced and they were able to take care of it quicker and much cheaper then other quotes we received.We also used them to get my parents bumper fixed after my teenage daughter backed into them. Since we were paying out of pocket we shopped around for a few weeks. Thankfully due to my alternator dying I discovered 3R also does auto body work. Again, they were able to get it done and looking brand new much quicker and much cheaper then any of the 5 quotes we received.The young women in the office who gives the quotes and schedules you is wonderful! She made everything go smoothly and the work went exactly as planned. Replaced both torn front seats. (Flat areas). Looks great, 1 day turnaround.Quality of work & price were fantastic. Got 6 different quotes & decided on 3R. Very pleased with the whole experience.

We had a winter storm & there was my car a lot of hail damage that was done to my car. I took it to 3R Automotive & Collision and they did a wonderful job! Not only did they remove all the dents, they also replaced all the molding around the windows that was damaged. I had them buff my car, replace a fog light that was broken & replace the leather on my console & drivers side door. They took it upon themselves to even clean my leather seats and restore their look. We re very pleased with their attention to detail & workmanship! I dealt with Ruben from start to finish & he was always very attentive & professional. If you need any work done on your vehicles, I would highly recommend 3R Automotive! Their prices were fair & Ruben kept us informed about what was taking place the entire time. Thank you so much for a job well done! Rub�n the owner delivers amazing customer service. The job must be done perfect or he won't give you the car back. Everything well done from an oil change to a custom modification in your engine. I took my 2015 Ford F-250 Platinum to 3R automotive and Paint, Ruben and his staff were very professional and did a great job on my truck. It looked better than it did before I took it to them. Ruben was very patient and nice. He explained everything he was going to repair on my truck and did an awesome job. 3R is by far the best experience with a shop I ve had. Ruben really takes care of you and helps you out with the insurance company. They did an amazing job on the paint, and when I saw some minor imperfections after I got the vehicle hi didn t hesitate to fix them. Have had two service trips. One for our GMC Acadia when the air conditioning quit working. They made the repairs in one day and also did drop off and pick up. Then they did the body repair and paint on our motor home as well as the crimped exhaust. Turned it around in a week when other shops were quoting 20-21 days. I recommend them highly.
