Went in to this Ford to inquire about a promotion and was directed to a Salesman named, Connor. After asking him about said promotion, he said he knew about the promotion but couldn t give me the exact answer??? But would get back to me by 5:30pm after speaking with his manager.We swapped numbers and around 5:30pm- I reached out to him as a gentle reminder and was left with no response. Shortly after, I sent out another message only to find my number blocked.Needless to say, Connor is NOT the one to work with when you need anything at this dealership because he won t take you seriously and he straight up LIED to my face about getting back to me by end of day. He knew he wasn t going to. That is such a reflection of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CONNOR as your salesperson.

Just experienced their pickup, service, and delivery option. Amazing communication throughout, and it saved me a trip to the dealership. This was my first time here. I had a check engine light on my 2017 Powerstroke. I was in and out in a couple of hours and the issue covered under warranty. Tammy provided excellent service. Thank you Stanley Ford!

Had a issue when putting truck into park had another dealer look at it 2 times and was told thats just how it is going to shift. But one trip here and its like new.
