Yall i was in Pilot Point and my 2017 Challenger ran hot. I live in Paris Tx. So my son n law found Stephen with great reviews. Let me tell you Stephen got me in and out same day!! New radiator for half the cost any where else!!! He is from England and loves the Dallas Cowboys!! We shared pics of Americas Team and I will use him again even though he is 11/2 hrs from Paris!!! Thankful for google reviews!!! Oh and no fee to diagnose problem!!! Winning with Key Auto Repairs!!

Steve and his guys have worked on two of my Toyotas for the past few years, and he's always gone above and beyond. He's super friendly, easy to work with, and knows his stuff. After moving out of the area, I still take both of my cars to Steve for everything that needs to be done, and he does a fantastic job!On top of all of this, Steve was willing to take the plunge and work on my Imported Van used for Post Office work. This was a huge deal, since almost everyone in the Metroplex simply refused to work on it because "they didn't have a book." Steve simply took one look at it and said "Yeah, I can work on anything." And that's set the stage for everything that's happened since. He's saved my butt numerous times, fixing small issues that would prevent me from working altogether, and is always quick. Good luck finding someone else in the Metroplex that will do an alignment on a 30 year old Japanese Van for a hundred bucks.Pricing is exactly in line with what you'd expect for a mechanic, which means you're never out of pocket anything insane. He's quick to answer my texts and calls, and never makes me feel like I'm asking a dumb question. I can't speak enough to how excellent the experience has been, especially in light of how shady some other places can be!Good work doesn't happen fast, and it isn't common, but Steve will always get all of my business! If you need something done, take it to him now!

Best mechanic shop around, Stephen has done done a lot of work on my vehicles throughout the years, from injectors, A/C, high pressure oil pump, to turbos. He is very well priced and upfront friendly. Key auto repair is the only place I will go to get work done. He lets me know what is wrong and is upfront about any issues. Much respect to him and his crew yall are fantastic!!!

Stephen is so knowledgeable and honest. I will only take my vehicles to him. Whether it is my old Ford dually or my Mercedes, I know Stephen will do an excellent job!

You will NOT find a better repair facility anywhere!! Steven cared about my situation and when other local companies wouldn't touch my car, Steven didn't even quote me till he removed some items to be sure of the exact cost was exact with no guessing. (nobody does that). They have earned my trust 100% and will take all my fleet vehicles and personal vehicles here going forward. I cant express my gratitude enough for the fantastic experience i had with Key's.

Steve is GREAT!!! Went to integrity to see about an inspection. They told me I'd have to leave my truck and wait in line... At 10 in the morning! I had a check engine light come on and it was gonna be all day to get it fixed! So I went over to see Steve at Key Auto and he put his computer on it, reset it and it's been fine ever since. I'll go get my inspection, someplace else! Thank you Steve and I'll definitely be back!!!

I never had a foreign car and Key auto was recommended to me. I have never been disappointed. The owner is AWESOME! He is always there to help me when I need it! Always EXCELLENT WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I go here often...Seems my car loves this place..lolIf I need something fixed, he can get it done.Reasonable price and within a few days.My vehicle needed some old lady repairs...she has lots of miles....but has been taken very good care of.Thank you for keeping me on the road.Goldie - My vehicle is roaring

Stephen was highly referred by several people & is by far the best kept secret in north Texas!! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles, he's also the most reasonable when it comes to cost! Took one of my cars in for a much needed tune-up and some TLC after sitting in the garage for an extended time. Steve and Co. did an excellent job conveying issues and keeping me apprised.
