Submitted claim online with my insurance. Chose this place and scheduled appointment for my claim. Never received a call. Call back my insurance after a week to make sure claim was submitted, got a rep from this place on the phone and scheduled an appointment within 3 days as they didn t have my windshield and were going to place an order. They open late, so I took some time from work to take my vehicle. I walked in for my appointment, I was asked who I spoke to since apparently they were not expecting me, and there was no appointment, and of course, no windshield ordered.

I was not impressed at all. I filled out the online form to request information on tinting multiple windows as well as residential tint work and could not get anyone to respond. I finally drove across the city to speak with someone. The gave me a number to call for the residential tint work, I called it, and no one has ever called me back. It amazes me that when you want to give someone work that they won t even respond. Being that I can t seem to get in touch with anyone to get work completed .I can t speak to the quality of work. However, if the level of customer service is any indication of the quality of work, it ll be very poor.

Made an appointment for 8:30 arrived about 10 min early staff was very helpful told me their staff that did tint would be in shortly. Took about an hour or less got the ceramic tint price was on point to all the other places I called around. Will be getting another vehicle tinted there soon. In my opinion parking situation is too small for the amount of business they get but it could have just been one of those days. Thats the only reason I am giving 4 stars. Would give 4 and half if I could.

Visiting from out of town, short on time needing a window replaced suddenly. Called and they were able to order and install within 3 days. Dealership wanted to charge much more and could take 3-5 days after ordering window, unless I wanted to pay for express shipping. Had an appointment at 9:30amand they took me in till 10:00am. They took over 2 hours to get tint on my windows. The staff was not very helpful I asked how much longer and they didn t know kept saying it s almost ready. I ve done tint before in other places and they never have taken this long. Also there s waiting area was filthy and walls are discussing not to mention the restroom.

Had to replace a window with tint and they did a good job. They were fast and the pricing was less than I expected. the locking mechanism wasn't working and the manager Jr told me to bring it so they could fix it. Want to recognize Jr, hard worker and gets things done. They got it working with no issues. Highly recommend this place.

This place is extremely unprofessional1) They made up that an appointment wasn t made even though I made one, & after I was about to get upset all of a sudden an appointment is made to save their a**.2) I come to pick up my car whenever they TOLD me to pick it up and I come back with no work done on the car plus 2 extra chips on the window from the hailstorm.Do not come here, this place is terrible and you are better off going somewhere else.Service: Auto power window repair

I needed a windshield replacement for my jeep and also the front 2 windows tinted. They did it in 3 hours. Quick service and looks good.

Love this place! They always fix my window chips within a timely manner, had my windshield replaced for a good price and most recently had my windows tinted and they did a GREAT JOB! This is my go to place for all my windshield chips and tinting services.

Quick tint job, front doors and strip on windshield. Time will tell if this ceramic film is worth the extra money. Didn't have to make an appointment, took vehicle during the week and it took them about 10 minutes to get the vehicle in the bay. Will definitely come back with another car.

I've been here twice-- fourteen years apart-- and have been given the same excellent, quick, and well done job. Where many let service decline down the road, it's nice to know of businesses who are consistent with pricing the same quality of work as day one.

After driving for decades I finally experienced a big chip on windshield. Called insurance company who suggested going to Windshields Xpress. Husband and I arrived early next morning. First representative, Castro (well, he stood at station with that name) greeted and took basic information and took car keys).He noticed husband checking out machine that shows tinting protective difference and came over to explain. (He also answered husband's questions regarding window screens for homes they provide). Then representative Julian assisted me with the claim process. He was very polite and helpful. Process was very quick and easy. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.(I only rated 4 stars as rarely anything is perfect. Another reason is husband and I waited a bit for claim representative to assist us only after a couple that arrived after us was being helped before us. (Maybe because they were interested a tinting service that would cost more than my chip repair--- just a guess)As you can see, we were very pleased with our experience.

I call to make an appointment last week to replace my jeep windshield they made mean appointment for las saruraday at 9am no one show up, I try to call no one answer and never call back. I was specting a call on Monday and nothing , for me is very unprofessional a business treat a potential customer like that I guess they have enough work and no need new customer , very disappointed, I make an appointment with safelite on time a very professionals.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Windshield Xpress was great. The staff was very friendly with customers and with each other. Everyone seemed to work together as if they are family. I mentioned I had to wait d/t unexpected events that morning. They had my windows done very quickly and the job was well done. Also inexpensive compared to other places. I would definitely recommend.

I ve brought 5 of my trucks to get my windows tinted. They have ALWAYS done an excellent job and have always got me in and out quickly. I come here without hesitation. Did a good job at a good price. Got me in and out in an hour & half like they said. Very pleased with them they would have gotten 5 stars if they had a better waiting area but still if you need a windshield replaced good place to go at a very good price.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It took less then 20 minutes to fix my chipped windshield, and for a really great price. Fast, honest, friendly service what more could you ask for! I will definitely use their services again.

I went in to get info on my cracked windshield, so I walk in, i didnt get greeted, so i took a guess and i sat down.... someone says that theyll be with me.... well, im sitting there, i counted 4 or 5 employees in the office, and no one attending no one...but as soon as a guyvwalks in selling candy bars, they all get up and go see.... but they cant attend a customer.... i just walked out... BAD SERVICE

They were Pretty quick, good price and professional on a Windshield replacement. Explained everything on details. But in an unbelievable way as soonest I took off from the location, not even 10 minutes. I got a rock ship, coming from a convoy of truck cleaning the road. Went back and explained what just happened, they went and fixed quick.

Price was good. No last minute attempts to increase price. Took couple hours longer than expected due to driver delivery issues. I'd use them again for sure, just plan on spending a few hours.
