Very professional and curtious. Took my wife's car and my truck for brake and rotor change they knew what the issue was right away. Unfortunately, Another mechanic messed up on our vehicle's.. This is the place to go and not only that the price was just right .. Mr Noe Espino jr was very knowledgeable and explained what the vehicles needed right away.. In three hours our vehicle's where done.We highly recommend their company to all our family and friends . Mechanics were very professional as well . Overall they're work was Very clean and we appreciate how they worked on our vehicles keeping our families safe.

Costed $21 to put a patch and air in my tires, took 20 minutes and the tire got flat anyway a week later. Poor service and expensive

Went in for an inspection. I was told the suv my wife drives needed new brakes in the front. The brakes were checked about 2 months ago, and I was told they had about a year or so left on them. When they were checking the brakes, the wife called the husband over, so it seemed fishy. They then proceeded to get a quote ready for the brakes it was well over a normal price. I refused, they failed the inspection and asked for the 7$ I gave them 10, you can tell the shop needed it.I then drove down the street, had the inspection done, and passed. Asked about the brakes, they said they were getting low but still good.In 2023, you would think family owned business shop scams like this be non-existent, but no. BTW I had been warned against this shop by family. One who said they were rude and one who said they do horrible work. Judging by reviews I ignored and my experience. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.

Horrible experience. Car was filled up with roaches and when it was time to pay and u missed a day they go an embarrass you to pick it up when it's barely been a day. Bad communication horrible people. DONT GO PEOPLE. ITS PROBABLY THEIR FRIENDS MAKING THE GOOD REVIEWS. WISH IT CAN BE ZERO STARS

It's good place to service your car. Very attentive customer service. Don't have but one complain. In the past they change my oil many times. One occasion they broke the threads on the oil but/ bolt. And they did not mention me of that incident. But it is still a great place to do service on your vehicle. They would of got 5 stars if it was not for the incident.

Popped a tire while out working and was blessed with this tire shop around the corner! The staff quickly assessed my vehicle and patched my tire at a very affordable price! Highly recommend for honesty, kindness, efficiency and quality work!Service: TiresService: Tires

This is the most unprofessional place I ve ever been. First, they took my car and told me it would be done in two hours and quoted me a price if it was what I wanted (a new alternator). Then they keep the car overnight and never call me back or return any of my calls. So I was out of my car for a full day when I needed to go to work. Then when I got the pricing back they added multiple other things they never told me about. To top all of this off, my alternator went down and my car died four days later and I had to come back. I would never recommend this place to anyone.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Don t recommend, went a couple weeks ago, called due to someProblem on my rotors, breaks, and I had heard noises when the car would break below 10mph,They charged me $150 for the rotor cutting and for new breaks, but I still heard the noise, then they came up w another problem with the breaks being hard but that s now why we went for, we had still heard the noice.Took it to another shop, they found the problem real quick, it had been the car vacuum, next to the engine, it had been broken and after that replacement we never heard the noise again.

I was very disappointed with the cost of the part. We were not told we were going to get over charge for a brake part. It was cheaper (over $32 ) if we bought it ourselves. Valley Breaks get the parts even cheaper then regular customers can get part. So therefore, they took a bigger profit. Owner s answer was he has to make a profit. I told him then make sure you tell your customers before hand how much more you will be charging. How sad how businesses take advantage of customers. I will not be coming again here.Service: Brakes

We bought a 2007 dodge charger from this place. They don their in house financing. That was back in 2013. 4 yrs later that car is still running hard. No mechanical problems. Just regular maintenance like brake job and oil changes. No salvage title, clean title. I recommend this place

This place has okay customer service, i've definitely seen better. One thing that is upsetting is the fact that they can breach your contract. I got a loan from them, and they upped my loan by x amount of money. The x amount of money that was loaned and augmented was pocketed by the man who was helping with sales. They referred me to "SNAP" which was their creditor company. Definitely don't suggest investing in any of this company's products, especially under a loan.

This use to be a great place to get your car repaired, and worked on when Noe Sr.,was running/managing this outfit... But now that the son is running it the quality and service went down, I brought my 2003 ford Taurus back in 3-2021 there for a major big repairs and service and I'm very disappointed in work and I had to get the items corrected in Mexico... AVOID this shop!!!!!!! Don t ever come to these people! They are just a scam!! I had my brake shoes replaced or so i thought. I stared having problems with my brakes a while after replacing them I took it back and they just resurfaced them, which didn t fix the problem. Decided to take the car to the dealership and there they told me that the brake shoes where the original that came with the car, they had never been replaced. Valley Brakes & Tires just took my money and didn t do any work on my car.
