They treated us like family. Everybody was super nice & helpful. Very comfortable waiting room. Agustin Flores is a great salesperson. Manny & Adrian great Managers. Got an awesome deal on a 2024 Tundra 1794. Jorge in finance made the financial part of the deal easy & painless. Loyal Toyota customer since 07. Extremely Happy & Satisfied.

We just leased a new 2024 Camry today! Mauricio was a huge help. He made the process quick and simple which is what you want when car shopping.. cause nobody wants to be there all day! I recently had an exceptional experience at Toyota of pharr. The service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the professionalism truly stood out a special shout out to Reyes, my car salesman, who went above and beyond to ensure I drove away in my brand new Toyota Corolla. His dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. I m excited about continuing my relationship with this amazing dealership in the valley. I would like to thank Joey Sanchez for the service provided in my search for a new vehicle. His professionalism helped the process of finding a new vehicle run more smoothly for me. My husband and I picked up our pre-owned Toyota Tacoma from this dealership on Friday, it took us a while to write this review because we were busy enjoying it too much haha, our salesman Ryan was the best, answered all our questions and was very nice and even gave us some merch that we really appreciated, this had been my dream truck for years and now I can say we are owners of a 2023 Toyota Tacoma Trd Off-road, thank you to Ryan again! Couldn t love this truck more.

Worse place to buy a certified pre-owned car, especially the sales people and the manager Edgar Cobain. My sister and I went to buy a car ,cash, certified used not an as is. They were suppose to fix all the problems and defects and the only thing they did was replace the front windshield. They kept it for 5 days and did nothing like the manager said for himself. He let us take the car even knowing that a parts was not installed that they knew was needed. Tires are worn which is a safety issue. I implicitly stated that the car was for a teenage girl that is going away to college and the manager did not even care about her safety. He stated he had to many people to sell cars to to care about one teenage girl. The mechanics are the worse too cause they did nothing, just keep the car for days to get paid for all that time the car was there. They are liars and do not honor a certified used car.

Was a very great experience overall. The customer service was exceptional and I never felt rushed or pressured to get anything either. Mariano was the associate who helped me out and it was an amazing experience being under his care. I d have to say he is one of the very few salesman s who respects boundaries and doesn t pressure you into doing anything, which is the best part. He also helped me find the car that I purchased and once he showed it to me I just knew I had to have it. From the very start he was very kind and respectful and the whole deal was the best experience I could ve imagined, thank you Toyota and thank you Mariano for the helping me on my first car purchase!!

Had a great buying experience at Toyota of Pharr. I credit that experience to Mr. Agustin Flores in sales who provided exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to answer my questions, provide insight into the different car models, and follow-up with any concerns I had during my car buying process. Can't say enough about our car shopping experience with Nelson Tippetts and Edgar Cobian. I went in for routine maintenance work and left with a new car! This has happened before. My husband and I did the math and this purchase was our 9th vehicle with Toyota of Pharr. We won't shop anywhere else. I refer them to my family and friends for their needs! (PS...Nelson came in on his day off to help me)

It was great experience buying from Toyota of Pharr. Agustin Flores was my sales rep, he took the time to help me choose the perfect vehicle for my family. He wasn t in a rush to make a sale , which I really appreciated that. He wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend buying from here and choosing him as your sales rep.

The hardest part of today was letting go of my trusty 2012 Toyota Rav4! Carlos made the process of purchasing my vehicle today as painless as possible and at my own pace! Carlos allowed me to test drive several vehicles I was interested in then offered suggestions to get me where I wanted to be price and payment wise. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was also very accommodating when explaining financing options to my husband via telephone. He ultimately suggested a vehicle that I honestly had not intended to test drive or purchase and that exact vehicle is what I drove off the lot today. Kudos to you Carlos!

The greatest salesperson I've ever encountered was Travis Moss! I never experienced pressure, he communicated well and showed transparency at every stage of the procedure. The floor manager, Edgar Cobian, was also a pleasure. Edgar was understanding and patient about my aims and financial budget. The entire procedure was quick and simple, and they were both very knowledgeable. I had a great experience working with Toyota of Pharr; they are highly recommended! This is the place to go if you're seeking to buy a Toyota, and I will definitely be returning.

I had an amazing experience with Toyota of Pharr, as a first time buyer from Toyota it was easy, fast, and super friendly staff. I just wanted to share my great car buying experience at Toyota of Pharr with Noe Gonzalez. I inquired online about the car I liked on a Friday night, Saturday morning Noe took the time to take it to my place of work, and by Monday evening my car was in my drive way. I had a wonderful experience from start to end. Had Austin show me all the cars I was interested in and never complained . Was able to test drive most of them. Then I had Mariano talk numbers with me and he was able to get me the price I wanted to walk away extremely happy with my brand new RAV4

Jose Joey Sanchez was very helpful & effective. He was great at explaining the details regarding leasing a vehicle (our first time leasing). I definitely felt more at ease leaving then when I first got there. His assistant Albert was very helpful as well with setting up our phones to our new vehicle & setting up our Toyota app for any upcoming maintenance.Definitely great team work!

Excellent buying experience. We were in the market for a new vehicle and we searched wide and far and found it here at Pharr Toyota. From our initial interaction the communication was constant, courteous and prompt. We worked with Beto Belmontes and Juan Martinez. Excellent communication and customer service. All team members where helpful and smiling!Luis De la Garza was very patient and knowledgable in explaining options of type of vehicles that may be of my interest.Juan Martinez in finance was also very helpful in delivering options in payments and other vehicle protection services.Strongly recommend Toyota of Pharr, they have a large selection in new and used vehicles, for me they had the Hybrid that I was looking for!

From trading in my car, to getting service on the new car and getting the battery in my spare swapped out, everyone has been so helpful. Heriberto in sales, Eddie in services, and Isaac, the one helping Heriberto, above all. Isaac is the one that recommended me to Eddie when I had to get my coolant checked. He had been with me every step of the way and I couldn t recommend him more. Top tier service and very friendly demeanor. I would definitely tell family and friends to come here if they are looking to buy a car. The wife is very happy with our Rav4! Thanks guys.
