The employees I spoke with were not welcoming at all.Over the phone I has to ask if it was the correct place! The man just said "hello"I paid $55 for a diagnostic analysis and the man who explained what I needed was very rude and vague.Very overpriced: $300 to rewire my set up and $250 for a subwoofer box

Horrible customer service.Bought some 8" DC subwoofers " because according to the owner Roberto they were competition subwoofers"Less than a month both of them fried.Called in for the warranty and to my surprise there is no warranty. What kind of a place doesn't offer warranty . I send out the subwoofers to get fixed and I call to ask if they would connect all my systems sure enough they said yes. But that they wouldn't give me warranty if things got fried up. That I should of just taken them in with out fixing then with somebody else that now my warranty was not valid..

Didn't seem eager to help me out. I purchased some speakers but ended up not needing them. I did the courtesy of returning the brand new never opened speakers in less than 7 days but they told me returns where not accepted only exchanges. No where on the receipt or invoice is it stated that returns were not allowed. Not even a sign in their store says it. If this is how they treat customers I am never going back.

Employees are stubborn and rude. So much for a place that specializes in wiring, can't even get that right. Would not recommend at all.

If I could give this no stars I would. Incomplete work, loose wires, amp fried after a week, messed up my waterproof amp and made it not waterproof. This list goes on. Save your money and a couple headaches, go elsewhere

Horrible customer service called to get a quote on window tint and lady answering phone just says a rude "hello" and when I ask if I'm calling to the right place( audio shop) since she didnt state where I was calling when she answered her response was not a friendly welcoming tone like she hates her job. Short story horrible customer service over the phone unprofessional.

Took too long. Had appt Monday morning at 9am and car stayed there overnight, didn't get a call to tell me. Went today and they told me in the afternoon then got there 10 min before they closed (7pm) and still got my car almost an hour later. Went in for subs and amp with wiring

Very knowledgeable with sound systems. Had my new system installed in a new 2020 Sonata . The workmanship was perfect!.Would definitely come back !!!

They should fire the guy at counter he wanted to sell what he wanted and not what I wanted. Its what the client asks for unless he asks for an opinion which I never did.

Was quoted over 300 bucks for wiring only, sub and amp, and I was supplying wiring kit and line converter. I walked right out. Crazy prices. Go elsewhere and save your money.
