took it in for a tune 2 days later was trying it out on highway to see if rough shifting was still a problem so i floored it up a ramp and my transmission blew after spike himself said my transmission would be fine from being concerned about it because it had rough shifting hes said dont worry your trans is rebuilt 2 times and this tune won't mess it up man .they overprice as well

Took in my truck for a dod delete and a cam kit. Month later I need a new engine didn't even put 200 miles on it.

Dropped off my truck computer at 12:15pm on a Friday to get a simple flashed was quoted a decent price,was ignored my a guy talking about my every move on the phone they didn t ask for any information I hade to ask do u need my name and number to contact me the one attending me was a friend of the guy on the phone he hade no idea what he was doing I mean NO IDEA,I called at 5pm same day got the run around they never started and for me to check back Saturday same thing I called a little later and was told the guy that dose the tuning didn t show for me to wait till Monday or just come pick it up such a disappointment hopefully when I pick up Monday afternoon I get good news fingers crossed hopping for the best.

Had high hopes on this shop being the best in the valley, so i took my car for a head swap was told by tony in a day it could get done. The day turned out to be a week not pleased with the time but ok I ll deal with it , the worst part is when i get the car back a week later it s misfiring due to rockers not being adjusted correctly. Still i try to continue to have business with the shop,text tony on a certain thing i was looking to order on july 30th till this day nothing i guess if you re not going to spend 20 grand or are special buddies your better off going somewhere else. No disrespect to anyone just being real

Waste of time. Explained what I wanted done they told me they could do it and requested I show up at 1030am. I'm there on time now they're telling me they can't do it bc spike himself isn't available and he doesn't have enough experience so we went with a different direction that he suggested and I said let's do that *regardless of the price * and he was hesitant once again saying spike would have to do that as well.. it sounded like he really didn't want to do the job. I was very disappointed. Taking my business else where

Tuned/flexfueled my truck awhile back. As soon as i drove off the check engine light came on. I called immideatley and was told to keep driving it like that. To give it time for the engine to adjust to the tuning. The next morning when i made it to houston, I started having problems with my truck. I got a warning stating the engine power was reduced and i couldnt get it to reach 30 mph. I tried taking it to their shop in Pasadena to have it looked at and was told they couldnt check it and that i'd have to drive it back down to Pharr. I took it to another shop, they ran a diagnostic infront of me and it turns out it was overtuned. The bad part was i had heard bad stuff about this shop, that they dont live up to there name anymore etc. But regardless i thought it was bs and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Turns out the rumors i heard were true. Regardless i had another shop retune my stuff and never had an issue again. Now i've had those guys do plenty of other work on my ride, with out any issues. Best of luck to this place tho

Paid 350 and my tune wasnt right and then i told to fix and they kept giving me the turn around if i can give zero stars i would i went to palmas and i got a way better tune just saying my facts and expierience.....

My brother waisted over 5K and the car was supposed to be done in a week. Turned out to be a month , then he didint even drove 50 miles when his car's motor exploded ,and then we called and he sayd he would do put the motor for free we only have to pay labor . Then at the end he sayd no because he felt threatened, when we told him "to do it in a week "

I went to get a crankshaft variation relearn to my truck. They pretended to do it and took my money. I bought a scan tool to see if the service had been performed and just like I suspected, it had not.
