With many shady shops around the RGV, I have to say search NO MORE as this place offers the most honest service and answers all your questions and doubts when it comes to ones vehicle. Since I went in to its doors Cesar greeted me and adviced me it would take 3 days for them to have a diagnosis on it, thankfully they had an answer for me in 2 days, then I got an estimate I approved right away and my vehicle was out the shop in the 4th day compared to the dealer where I was adviced it would take 2 week as a minimum to even diagnose my car.

Cleanest auto repair shop I ve ever been to and fastest service I ve ever received hands down. Cesar had me in and out in less than 15 minutes! Very happy with my experience at Pan American Auto!

Love this family owned business. They are very friendly and courteous. The owner Omar is always kind and most helpful and Mariela in the front is such a sweetheart. I took my car in for repairs and it took about a week and a half which by far is amazing because I ve taken my vehicle to other places and they usually take 3 weeks to a month and I was so amazed at how fast my vehicle was ready. As busy as I am on a daily it was so nice and less stressful for me that they took control and did everything without me having to call and worry. They always kept me informed of any parts I needed and pricing. Overall, I am very happy with the satisfactory service they provided and I recommend them for all your vehicle services. I would like to share my experience with this businessI have had an excellent experience with Pan American Auto. They repaired the defective and leaking evaporator core in my truck's AC system. It has been blowing cold ever since.After the repair, the dash began to have rattling issues. Pan American addressed issue under warranty, with the word that I can bring the truck back to address further issues with dash noises. As you can see, Pan American honors their warranty.Caesar also explained to me that the reality of the case surrounding the noises, which I appreciate.I highly recommend this shop. I don't live in Pharr, yet I go to this shop because of the superb quality of their work, as well as their warranty and customer service.Service: Air conditioning

I went to get my vehicle inspected. The staff was polite and helpful. Service was quick and no hassle of offering me 153,678,366 other services like other places do. Very professional. I was given a special gift they were handing out for the holidays. That was very sweet of y'all, thank you.Update for another inspection: Same great, inviting environment, new location. Took my truck to Pan American for an engine issue. Turned out I locked up the engine due to a loose timing chain. Took about two months to get it back. Had to order a long block from Jasper. Although the wait was long due to Jasper, the service provided by P.A. was great. Very professional and good folks. Would recommend this place for engine replacements.

These guys are great! They diagnosed my car, provided me with an estimate for the parts and labor, and got to work. The only symptom I gave them was a noise my car was making and they were able to figure it out with ease. My car is in much better shape now. They have a waiting lobby with a TV and water bottles which is definitely a plus in this Texas heat. Oh and the owner Omar gave us some chocolate for Christmas! I definitely recommend this place.
