Great service great repair shop. They keep in touch and do a good job updating frequently throughout the process. Ana reached out at least three times a week to let me know what stage my car was in which was nice. They did better than I expected. Car looks brand new again, Thanks

I've personally had three different repairs jobs with PDM Collision center and i walk away satisfied every time! My Cadillac ATS Coupe went in on two separate occasions, one for an animal strike and the other for a fender bender. both times the service and quality was exceptional. The day after I picked up my car from the animal strike the headlight gave out. I contacted PDM and they assured me it wasn't caused by their workmanship. In good faith, they offered to replace the bulb free of charge if i were to buy the part to ensure it was just the bulb burning out. After a 20 minute install the headlight was working just fine! The latest repair job was no different. I was rear ended in December and got the car back extremely quickly with no issues or error messages. I am extremely pleased with the constant updates I was receiving regarding the status of my car. The car came back in perfect condition and was thoroughly cleaned! Very grateful to Stephanie and the manager who assisted us with the headlight problem. PDM will have my business for anything that comes up in the future! 10/10, I highly recommend them to everyone!

This was the most professional place I ve ever been to! Stephanie was amazing at keeping me updated and very knowledgeable. If I ever had any question, I would text her and she would update me instantly! She made sure my Tesla was repaired fast and the car came back better than ever. I have never seen this amazing level of customer service anywhere.

They called me to let me know my vehicle would be ready be today. I got there and it still needed time. I waited a hour. The wheel and tire department was the last to have it. I went outside and witness them driving my vehicle and the passager got out and slammed my vehicle door. But since they were in a little hurry they left my lock kit instructions on the passager side on the floor and parts of the kit on the side door. Other then that they did a great job, like nothing happen to my vehicle! They also had a nice coffee machine and water dispenser , please add snacks.

The place is great and Stephanie was awesome. She would send me very detailed updates every couple of days on how my Tesla was doing. Even had my car washed the day I came to pick it up. Very trusting and definitely would recommend!

We were looking for a place that would fix our car and this place was highly recommend by one of our friends. After taking the car for a quote, I was immediately attended by Stephanie. She was very friendly and helpful right away. The quote was sent right away and we were able to move forward with the repair. She kept us update it through out the whole time and that was very appreciated it. It s very rare now days for people to give you this kind of attention and she definitely exceeded my expectations. If ever I need another repair, I would definitely come back here.

My Tesla Model Y got rear-ended driving on University. Looked awful. There are not alot of Tesla places so I was worried. I picked PDM... BEST DECISION EVER. I was updated on my vehicle 3 to 4 times a week by Stephanie at the front office. I felt safe. Exact opposite of any mechanic I have been too. Then when I picked up my car... wow. I was impressed. It looked better than new. They vaccumed and polished it. The rear-end was flawless. Now I am back on the road and I had a great exoerience, so I am leaving a review. I went to google to pick between this place and another, I picked correctly

PDM provided amazing service and quality to their work. I took my Tesla Model 3 and they had it finished within two months. Stephanie was kind enough to keep me informed two-three times a week which I found very helpful and gave me peace of mind. The work would have been finished within 1 months but they received a part damaged and they had to re-order since they used all original Tesla parts. Throughout all this, Stephanie made sure to communicate with me. Very satisfied customer! I will add photos to this review later.

Very professional excellent detail. My car paint was vandalized and they completely took care of me. My car looks brand new. I have a RAV4 hybrid with ceramic coat from the dealership and they were able to make it look like it was never vandalized. It took me calling around and going around to many places in the RGV, including Toyota, to try to find a place that could do an exceptional job paint matching and send car for ceramic coating. I'm grateful I will definitely always take my car here for any future cosmetic issues.Service: Painting

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Took my car in Feb 14. I was told it would be an estimated 1 month for completion as the damage to the vehicle was minimum (photo attached) Come around March 13 which was the first completion date given to me they made me wait 6 months in total to get my car back. They just kept giving me run arounds as to why it wasn t ready. When they finally called me 6 months later they gave me the car back missing several items which had been billed but after 6 months were still not replaced! Mind you I had gone at month 4 to see my vehicle & I expressed my concerns over what was being charged to my insurance which wasn t changed on my vehicle and they said not to worry that they would work on it. I even messaged the girl in charge of my case and she said it had already been done. Not to mention when I picked up my vehicle my tailgate was literally being used as a dumpster. And when I told them about it they said not to worry that they would clean it and literally didn t do anything to it (photo attached). It s been almost 2 weeks since I picked up my vehicle and they told me I would get a call in 2-3 days to get the missing parts installed. Honestly wouldn t be surprised if they took another 6 months to do so. Such a waste of time and super ridiculous that even after having it for so long the work wasn t even properly done.Service: Auto insurance

Great customer service, Stephanie was of great help keeping me up to date with the progress of my repair.Once the repair was completed she greeted me on delivery and the repair was flawless seemed like it had come out of a show room floor. They even detailed the interior.I will recommend PDM to all my friends.Great job Stephanie!!

My customer service representative Kelsey was super responsive and understanding for every question and concern that I had. I appreciate her making this a smooth process for me. They detailed the outside AND the inside before I picked it up which I really appreciated . It felt like I got a new vehicle.

Horrible job, wrote down my name incorrectly, did not correct my name on the system. Hanged up on calls. wrapped trim, lose parts repair had a "leak" so mold formed inside the car.a brand new 2022 that was in storage for half a year now has water damage because they forgot to seal the trunk. Took it 3 times for repair every time there was a new issue. Do not recommend unless you want mold and lose caps and rust. If you do go, make sure to take before and after pictures and to note down what's not dmged and is.

I have been helped by this company twice. Both times the work has be been great. The work gets done fast, too. The administrative side is smooth. I don t thinki spent more than 10 minutes there in each visit. The customer service is outstanding. Stephanie was the representative that helped me and she was a great. She updated me regularly and answered any questions and concerns in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business.

Very satisfied with the repairs, paint and detailing on our vehicle , repairs were handled in a very professional manner. Excellent customer service! It was great working with Ana, very professional and courteous, she did not keep us waiting she maintained us updated on a daily basis, and our vehicle was ready earlier than said. We will definitely recommend to our friend and family!

PDM is a Tesla authorized repair center so I took mine there. Stephanie was great. She made my appointment and kept me informed throughout the process with daily texts, phone calls, and even videos of the progress of my repairs. She made a normally bad experience better by keeping me informed. She even charged my car. Great shop overall.

Stephanie at PDM helped me so much! I was out of town visiting family and I needed to get in my car asap for repairs and everywhere I called it had a 2 month wait! She was able to get me in the next day and the repairs were completed in the time frame she gave me initially. Upon picking up my vehicle they fully detailed it and it looked brand new again! Amazing experience and I am extremely impressed with their experience efficiency and professionalism.

Crashed my car on June 5th, waited for insurance longer than I had to wait for my repairs to be complete at PDM. Daniela made the process run extremely smooth. She knew my insurance wasn t offering me a rental so she made sure my service was completed in a timely manner. For the damage done i was quoted 2 weeks and i actually got my car back in less than 10 days! Daniela helped assure me that all the issues with the car would be taken care of. All i had to do was patiently wait for my car to be ready. Highly, highly recommend for any collision repairs! Located right in the business center of Pharr.

I am completely happy and satisfied with PDM. From the beginning process until the end. Ana and Janie were very nice, helpful and very professional. I loved that I received updates almost daily throughout the whole process which made me feel even less stressful and happy that everything was taking care of. I received my car at the estimated pick up time and date and they returned my car very cleaned washed and detailed.

They have an excellent customer service, Ms. Kelsey was extremely helpful and nice with all the updates. The employees were very nice and helpful too and of course and most important, the repair was fantastic. My car looks like new thanks to them and they clean my car extremely nice. They are great, I plan to be a loyal customer from now on.

I had my Toyota Camry 2023 done here i didn t wanted to make a review until i had for a couple of weeks. Everything works great they did an amazing job thanks for the crew for their hard work repairing it and thanks for Kelsey for keeping me updated she was super super and responded for any questions i had. I was super satisfied and impressed. I m glad i put my trust on them they didn t disappoint. Happy Christmas and Happy upcoming New Year PDM!!

My husband ran over a deer and our new car got messed up from the bottom. Our car insurance sent us to PDM and we are 100% satisfied with their work. We really liked that Mike updated us twice a week on the progress of our car. They worked fast, quality was great and customer service was the best!

Had a car accident in june of last year. Was recommended this shop, BIGGEST MISTAKE. They milked my insurance for all the money they could. They took forever with initial repairs. Messed up and I had to take it back several times. It s almost a year later and car is still making that noise that i had told them about. They are super inaccessible when trying to communicate with them. Would not recommend. Find another shop. They will just bleed you dry in cost.

I had a great experience with PDM they did a great job on my vehicle. It was a great experience I would definitely return again, and Ana was very helpful with the process from the beginning when I dropped off my vehicle until my vehicle was ready she would keep me updated I highly recommend.
