I wanted to share my recent experience regarding the headlight restoration service at Millennium Collision Center in Pharr, TX.I took my Toyota Tundra 2019 to their center and I must say that the service was truly excellent. The team there did a remarkable job restoring my headlights, making them look as good as new. I no longer have to consider purchasing new headlights thanks to their expertise.Not only was the quality of the restoration exceptional, but the service itself was also efficient at a good price. The entire process took only 35 minutes, which saved me valuable time and allowed me to get back on the road promptly.If you're ever in need of headlight restoration services, I highly recommend visiting Millennium Collision Center and specifically asking for Tim. His attention to detail and skillful workmanship will undoubtedly leave you satisfied with the results.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Tim at Millennium Collision Center and I have to say, he is absolutely amazing. From start to finish, Tim was incredibly thorough, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the entire process to me and answered all of my questions, putting my mind at ease.The work that Tim did on my car was exceptional. I couldn't even tell that there had been any damage to my car in the first place. He paid close attention to every detail and made sure that everything was done perfectly. I am beyond pleased and satisfied with the end result.I highly recommend Millennium Collision Center for any collision needs or any damage to your car. They took my car on July 29th. Got it back, Dec 8th!!! After taking my car twice , I had enough! They did a good job with matching my cars color and fixing bumper. But they have horrible mechanics. Inner rods weren't fixed properly. After picking up the first time my gas cap was missing, lost fog light , unmatched headlight, ac turning off and on, rear view mirrors not working, door not properly in placed, over infladed tire, no tire sensor put on and my tire would make a weird noise once I would drive over 60. Second try. It wouldn't accelerate. The third time it was enough, my car now makes a horrible noise, unable to drive it, and they destroyed my keyfob. Their excuse "wear and tear". Avoid this place at all costs.

This used to be my go to repair shop..I have helped these guys make so much money from different insurance companies paying for repairs to my vehicle s that were involved in collisions over the years..I was just involved in a hit-and-run, and the damage is estimated at 13k..Well, before I had gotten that estimate (from a different shop) I went to millennium first.. The guy did not even ask my name, if I was a returning customer, how I heard of them or anything..I asked for a quick estimate and he told me that it was $25 I thought he was joking at first but he was dead serious So they lost a 13K repair over $25..As a business owner myself, I can understand valuing your time But I can t understand is how $25 could ever be worse losing money Surely it does not balance.. Not my monkey, not my circus..I would encourage whoever is in charge of this policy to give it some serious reconsideration Sit down and look at the law of average I m sure you do a lot of free estimates for people who never return, and yes, I m sure it is very time consuming But at the same time, let s just say just the labor on this repair that I m having done is around 3k (excluding the mark up the shops, make on the parts)..That is 120 estimates at $25 apiece And Shirley if you do 120 estimates at least 10 of those people are coming back do you guys for the work..Moving on They lost a customer I m sure that losing my business is not going to close them down But that s how companies go bankrupt One unsatisfied customer at a time.. #FoodForThought

What a great experience I had with this shop! Tim was so helpful and everyone I spoke to was always respectful and courteous. I had a terrible experience here. I was in a head on side swipe collision in my 2015 mustang (the back differential took a bad enough hit that my tire was completely blown from the impact I thought the car was bound to be totaled but more on this later if you're interested) and took it here to get repaired. The long and short of it is that these people are disorganized, dishonest, and they do horrible work, we took the car back various times for things like, they got primer on the leather, then tried to wipe the leather with what I think was probably paint thinner cause it dulled out the leather. We had a sync on the car, we knew when they moved it, how far, where to, when they unplugged it, everything, like... we know guys... The day I went to retrieve it the car was missing lug nuts on 2 wheels and when I pointed it out (one was missing quite a few) the question was "If you want you can bring it by in the morning and we'll put them on for you" as if I would take the car out like that. The panels were also ridiculously misaligned (more about this later) I was missing clips on the bumper, the TPMS never worked afterwards, the window switches would go in and out, no more automatic mirrors, one side of the AC was a heater... always. I brought it back various times throughout the process to get these things fixed and tried to be calm and nice about it because it's not necessarily the fault of the, usually underpaid, staff to keep places like this accountable. I usually wouldn't even leave a review like this because all it does is harm a business, when in reality, they fixed the car with little complaints each time. All it took was about 6 months and the cost of me finding a rental, taking the 40minute drive back and forth with my wife in a rental to drop off and pick up the car each time and spend hours meticulously checking the car for things that were wrong. And that's why I'm leaving this review, because I'm not an idiot. I don't really know how many times I mentioned when I went into this shop multiple times that I was a deisel mechanic for years. I saw the misaligned panels and was almost expecting foul play but I told myself I was probably just imagining things. My wife was in another accident shortly after with the same car, this accident was not as bad, and when I got a call from the DIFFERENT shop that I took it to this time, that was able to really check the alignment of the car, paint dots on the car and check all it's dimensions. They actually called me and asked me "has this car been in a previous accident?". I knew what they were calling me about. The car was supposed to be declared totaled from the previous accident. The entire engine bay was misaligned, they were nice enough to strip the car down and circle the very obvious folds in the frame under those panels. How did they know it wasn't this accident, they were in a different direction, they literally circled the screws that millennium took off to put on in different places to make it look like everything was in alignment again. These guys were happy to let my wife and I drive off in an unsafe, misaligned car (like I get it we're all tired of our cars being totaled in accidents and our insurance rates rising and all that but that isn't a design fault, it has to do with disipating momentum of collision by making a car absorb impact, rather than transfering it to your body during the accident, but I digress) so I am more than happy to leave this reveiw. The reason they did this? Money, they benefit more from fixing the car and charging for it than they do from doing their jobs correctly and totalling the cars they're supposed to, and I'm supposed to be unsafe on the road because of it? Nah, take this L. Next time you buy a used car and you're like "did I buy a lemon" no, you probably just bought a car that this shop put their hands on.

Do Not Take Your Vehicle there if you want it back in a timely manner.I first took my car there when I crashed the front. I was told it was quite a bit of damage the radiator and ac was messed up. Parts never came in due to covid when they did receive parts I was told I would get it soon took weeks to get it back. Once I did receive my car they did not fix the ac correctly took it back they again took weeks to fix it.2nd issue took my car in for hail damage . Went about a month with no update I had to call only to be told they were going to call me for authorization to call my insurance to see if they could just switch some parts instead of fixing the damage. Another month went by still no update called again and was told they were waiting on parts. Again another month goes by I m told the parts are installed just need to be painted and it will be done in a couple days. I call a day after I was told it would be done just to be told it has not been painted due to staffing issues and also the hood that was ordered had stripes when my original did not so they had to fix that. That I would recieve a call with an update the following day but that it would be complete in a week. Did not receive a call and it was not done in a week. I call again only to be told it would be done in one more week which it was.I advise you not to take your vehicle there very unprofessional just give you the run around and do not complete work on time.Only person there who could give me an answer was Luis one of the body shop employee s very professional and helpful.

I live in Dallas. I visit the Valley often to help my elderly parents. Our nurse recommended this business. LUIS ROSALES represents Millenium Collision Center well. We were impressed with his professionalism and sincere smile that delivers a welcoming and positive first impression. . Luis treated my father and I with compassion and respect. We needed help and he delivered. Dad and I both tried to give Luis a tip and he refused to take it. When we need help again, we will return. I trust this young man. Anytime that I need my vehicles fixed I'm coming here Tim was gana charge me $75 to fix a mess that I did on my car but he chose to do it for free nice friendly people & great customer service

I came not very optimistic at good service at reasonable prices only cause I am female. However, I was greeted right away as I arrived. They lied to me about their meeting with the adjuster and lost my keys. I got my car back with scratches. They fixed those scratches and then left me with more damage. They couldn't even put my bumper on correctly. Terrible service!

I was told 3 to 4 days work...it turned into 10 daysI submitted a clean interior truck...they returned the truck with dry mud on the floor mats and dust/dirt debris found inside the cabin...residues from their body shop work...they tried to quickly clean the interior when I picked it up...but returning a client's vehicle with dry mud on the floor mats...unacceptable. They should use papers like the mechanics do at dealerships.The paint doesn't really match the factory, it is close but I can tell that it doesn't...I know that it is hard to match factory...but I figured it is the roof, it is no big deal. Would it take some time for it match, since it is new paint in comparison to the 3 year old original paint? I don't know, we'll see.The estimate/agreement said only roof panel work will be done...They painted the roof...but they also painted the Hood! The hood didn't have any issues. They admitted the mistake only when I called them out on it (they graciously told me they didn't charge me for painting the hood)...but why would the technician paint the hood when the work to be done said nothing aboutpainting the hood? Can't the technician read and how can this be missed? So now I have a hood that doesn't really match the factory color. Hell, did they take my original hood and switched it out for another? Is that why they painted the hood?...I have no evidence yet, but there is something suspicious with this business.Overall 1 out of 5 stars. The service/work here was terrible. Avoid this business.Let us see if I get a response from the owner here.Service: Painting

I took my car here to get it repaired with minimal damage behind the car and the front bumper was the most damaged but still very minimal they took 3 weeks to fix the car and once I got the car back I noticed they just replaced the front number and covered up everything else, the most obvious cover up was this dent I had on my passenger side door. The dent originally was on the right side of the U and they shifted the U , so now the dent is on the left. I was really excited to get the car back and I still am however after seeing what they Fixed I m starting to have doubts. They did return my car clean and shiny, I strongly recommend not coming here unless you want a really nice car wash.Services: Headlight polishing, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Auto glass replacement

Worst body shop.. Worst management customer service.. Very uncooperative, nobody on their staff ever knew what was going on with my vehicle kept giving me the run around. Car was in shop for 6 months and every time I would call they would give me different information. Kassandra the office manager is Very rude and unprofessional and doesn't know what t she is talking about or doing half of the time! She would give attitude and yell over the phone and would laugh every time I would ask to speak to the Owner (Raul). Mark the mechanic also had no idea on what he was doing and was also very rude and unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MILLENNIUM THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOUR VEHICLE WILL NOT BE FIXED HAD TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER BODY SHOP AFTER 1 MONTH OF GETTING MY VEHICLE BACK!
