I would not trust this place. Took in my car over 1 month for a small repair. More and more money from insurance request.Excuse after excuse " supposably" 5 year warranty on paint is a LIE! 5 months later paint chipping and guess what more excuses and no warranty. Dont trust them! Waste or time and money!

Been a customer 3 times already and never had a problem before but 3rd time will be the last. You would think that after being a returning customer you would be treated better but that s not the case. Will leave you on read, make 100 excuses over and over & stay with your $!

I couldn t be happier with the results of the work I had done with Chris and his team. There were so many dents, dings and scratches and I wasn t optimistic that they would be able to get them all out. When I picked my car up, it looked brand new!The price was more than reasonable and my car was ready the day they said it would be. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my truck in September 23 for hail damage, kept telling me parts were ordered but not shipped, no proof ever shown, went to pickup my truck since rental was expiring and wouldn t release my truck back to me unless I gave them the insurance checks, hasn t answered my texts or calls for updates since the beginning of December 23, January 24 now and still no response, will gladly change my review if they make good on the service, but for now avoid this business at all costs

Outstanding work they did on my Audi. The shop has done different upgrades on my vehicle, and every-time I leave very satisfied with there work and customer service. Thank you Chris for always taking care of this Army Veteran.

Ok: As far as the paint job, they done well. But here is the rest of the story. I have a 2016 Harley Davison triglide. I needed the front break calibers painted .After the job was done They weren't able to get the breaks working again. So, I paid the full estimate that was on the job, and then I had to take it to Harley Davison to fix the problem. At my own expense, which it should have beenMark of Xcellence responsibility.And to top it off. Somebody changed out my Chrome throttle control on the handle bar for a Corroden pice. So, in my opinion . Marh of Xcellence Customer service is poor.

If I could I'll rate 0 stars. I dont recommend this place to no one save your hard earned $ and take your business elsewhere. Very unprofessional, gives the runaround a lot, overcharges you, steals from you in quote, very shady owner, takes a lot of corners, damages your car and doenst own up to it blames you for it, always blames the owner of vehicle if something bad happens, in his view customer is always wrong. Be very careful in his qoutes charges more than professional dealers and quality of work is not good.
