Excellent service. Very friendly staff. They had a lounge waiting area with tvs and coffee, so that was nice. I liked the fact they had a decent sized workspace area with electrical plugs so I could have brought a laptop and done some work. The wait time flew by pretty fast for my oil change.Upon arriving, I lined up on the left garage entrance and had to wait in queue. Big garage doors open with the weight if the vehicle I think, so careful not to walk through there. Wish there were instructions outside as to what to do or how to "check in" or "walk inside through this door" or an "oil change go this way" sign, but overall good experience. This was my first time so I just didn't know the procedure.

I would've given this service a 5 but, I noticed my windshield washer fluid was not topped off, which is part of their multi point inspection. This begs the question, were there other parts of this inspection missed? Other than that, the service provided overall was excellent. Diego, my service rep, was very professional and provided me with informative details about my services. The turn around time was much better than the last time I was here.

I had never had such a great experience as we did the day we got our vehicle at the dealership in Pharr,Tx. The salesman Randy was so knowledgeable and friendly. He definitely made our experience enjoyable. I was recommended by my friend to ask for Randy when going there and I definitely will recommend him to my friends. I just had an over all great experience at the Pharr dealership . Thank you for taking care of us.Service: Oil change

Meeting the Hyundai GM was quite something. He really cared about making sure everyone at the dealership had a great experience. You could tell customer satisfaction meant a lot to him, and it reflected well on Hyundai. Thanks to his leadership, Hyundai is now my top choice for anything related to cars.

Rixanne was AWESOME. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She answered all of my questions. I asked her if they had put air in my Palisade and she checked to make sure that they had. I would very highly recommend Roxanne and Hyundai to all of my friends. I have now become a Hyundai customer because of all the people that work there. They re just so friendly and make you feel at home.

I was happy with the service. However I was not happy on the price for ordering a remote control. Then, when the part arrived they charged me $175.00 to program it. So technically they sold me a part that was not functional. I paid over $600.00 for a remote. Highway Robbery!! Very disappointed!!

The Best of the Best. I was accommodated with the utmost professional services for my vehicle as well as my needs with providing me Uber services and keeping me updated on my vehicle. VIP service. I was able to make my appt for next service and it went smoothly. I dropped off my Hyundai at 7:30 am and they got me an Uber to take me to work. They done with my service before I knew it. They were fast and courteous and answered all my questions.

Everyone is very friendly and coffee and water were perfect, but I had set up an appointment at 7:00 am also was the first one to be there and my vehicle wasn t ready till around 9:30 am. I did happen to see other people who got there after me and they were able to leave before I was able to.

The timelines of this Hyundai location was awesome. Angel was spectacular with handling my concerns and getting me and my family in and out with no long wait. Would definitely recommend coming here for all your car services .

Had a 1pm appt for our first oil change. Running late due to a Dr appt. Called to tell them. They said no worries, to come when we finished. Arrived there 40 min late. Ramon Aguilar in the Service Dept took us right in. Had it finished earlier than he said. Very pleased with their service. Newly remodeled entry to the Service Dept is great! Will definitely be back!

Am very disappointed. I had my service appointment for 7 am on Tuesday March 12th. I was told after an hour of waiting that they wouldn't be working on my vehicle until next day. Was truly disappointed. Had to leave my vehicle behind...Called again next day, Wednesday, for follow-up. I was told it would take another day to get to my vehicle. Thursday still nothing. My vehicle has been pushed back to the of the line I guess! Called Friday, March 15th, again around noon still no! I finally was able to speak to Rigo, GM. He said he'd find out what was the problem. Got call from Josh at service department. Said they'd work on my car next but wouldn't finish until Saturday, March 16th. Still waiting on a call to get my vehicle. Totally unacceptable for a simple recall matter. Very. Very disappointed. Finally picked up my vehicle around noon on Saturday.

This is a beautiful area, all new construction, to pull your car inside, where an attendant, comes up to the car finds out what needs to be done, then shows you to the ample waiting area full of all the amenities you could possibly think of for a waiting room. This was extremely comfortable area for waiting.

One month delay on a starter for a 2 year old vehicle, very inconvenient. No weekly followup calls were made, instead I had to call them each week. Location needs to try harder for higher star review. I got three calls the day it was ready.

2 hour oil change with an appointment. Seriously, 2 hours waiting for an oil change. Staff was friendly but I've had good oil changes done in 10 minutes in other places. I am not looking forward towards future oil changes here.

I have been doing business with Hyundai of Pharr for almost a decade. I refuse to go anywhere else. Always the best place no matter how many times I go! The customer service is exceptional and the personnel really do a good job of taking care of their customers.

Everyone is very friendly, and the waiting area is comfortable. I was unhappy with my wait time for my service appointment. I arrived on time for my 1pm appointment for a routine oil change and service and waited slightly under 3 hours for my car. People arrived after me were out the door finished and on their way, and I still waited most the afternoon. This was first time to the Pharr location and for this reason will probably not return. Great staff but I was pretty shocked at the wait time, arriving with an appointment and 1 and leaving at 3:50. Longer than most Dr office visits! I understand things can busy, but this did not appear to be the issues. Not sure what's up there, but ya'll may want to take a closer look and things in the service department.Service: Oil change

I had to take my vehicle in for a repair / really. This was my first time to use the Hyundai Service Center.When you drive up, just go right up to the garage with the green arrows and the doors will open automatically. Then drive your car in and see one of the people at the service desk.Since mine was for a recall there was no charge. I just had to give them my keys, and verify my identity with the phone number used to make the appointment.I was told it would take up to 90 minutes, and I was welcome to wait inside where they have a nice seating area, WiFi, a place to charge your device, TV, and some cool water.My repair took only an hour, and it was ready. I was informed via text message. Just as I was getting up, one of the young ladies called my name, handed me my keys and showed me where my car was waiting.It was a very positive experience, professional, and excellent service.

I thought I was going in for service just for oil change, but I was surprised to see that during this proces, they checked fluid levels, rotated tires, checked tire air pressure, etc. The work was done as part of the courtesy maintenance coverage when you purchase a new vehicle. Also, I was pleased to see that Hyundai's staff remains fast, efficient and always courteous. Thank you.

People on duty gave friendly and timely service. Everyone on task and attentive to costumers. I appreciate seeing employees doing their job. On my last visits I had to wait until the employees had their breakfast and one of the girls putting on her make up.Not this group! They took care of each of us in a timely manner.Thank you for the great service.
